    Had a horrible experience with a Groupon that I purchased from a salon Daytona for a baliage. I asked the woman to make sure that my color was a natural blended color not yellow and I showed her three pictures one which is me and two others that are very similar to my hair and the way that I wear it when my hair is up. What a butcher job she did. Also waxed my eyebrows and did a very poor and incomplete job. I went to the Chemistry Salon and talked with Brandy to see if she could correct it. She did and did an outstanding job of color correcting. I am so pleased and happy! Right now Ill be coming to the Chemistry Salon on a regular basis thanks to this experience. And I highly recommend them especially Brandy. Top pictures are Brandys beautiful work! Middle pictures are the horrible job done in Daytona & last ones are the pictures are of what I originally requested of the woman in Daytona. You tell me if you see the difference. Brandy I am forever grateful!

    Anna did an amazing job cutting my 11-year-old sons hair! She was patient, friendly, and really took the time to make sure the cut was just right. My son loved the experience, and his haircut looks fantastic. Well definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

    Hayley was amazing! I never dyed my hair before and all I knew was I wanted to “go red”. She was very knowledgeable and very kind. Not only did I get an amazing color, but layers and a trim that were much needed as well. I am naturally a dark brown and we got a wonderful red without bleach. I am in awe with the results! Can’t wait to return!

    Brandy was amazing! I had a Groupon for Balayge, but my hair had so much gray, so Brandy suggested going darker and blending in the grays rather than highlights. I asked for braids rather than a blow out since I usually let hair air dry. She did two French braids very quickly and nice and tight. Great first time experience. Will be going back again.

    Absolutely 5 stars for Brandy! She saved my hair after a disastrous partial balayage I had done a month earlier. From the moment I sat in her chair, she immediately identified the issues and knew exactly how to fix them. Her skill, attention to detail, and eye for color were incredible. She not only corrected the problem areas but transformed my hair into something even better than I imagined. I walked out feeling so confident and happy. Highly recommend Brandy—10/10!

    My stylist was Heidi. Being new to the Ocala area I wasnt sure what salon to go with but I read other reviews and saw Heidis name several times and went with making the consultation with her . I felt good about the consultation and she gave me pricings to expect so there was no shock and I booked the appointment and the day of it went great. She is friendly and fun to chat with and she made me feel good about my decision to make my appointment with her. My hair came out just like I expected. Happy to have found her. 😊

    Kristen is fantastic! She is very detailed and takes her time to give you exactly what you want. The salon is clean and everyone is professional and friendly. Reasonably priced high end salon. Highly recommend!

    A week before New Year’s Eve, I visited the salon for a consultation to address the mess caused by another stylist, leaving my hair with multiple colors. During the consultation, I was advised to return on New Year’s Eve for an appointment with Brandy. Although I had never met Brandy before, I had read great reviews about her.Before starting, she asked about my budget and explained what she could do to help fix my hair. I really appreciated that she took the time to understand my needs and concerns. I was nervous about the outcome, but Brandy did an incredible job repairing the damage caused by a previous stylist.Brandy, thank you for understanding my vision, being so professional, and showing kindness throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be back!

    I scheduled an appointment with Heidi, she was understanding of working with my curly 3a/3b hair texture. My hair was between mid-lower back and I was looking for a long mermaid/buttefly style. The only thing I would have emphasized was to retain a little bit more of the length. I take care of my hair, but it was overdue for a proper trim, so I can understand if a little length had to be taken off to achieve the look. Overall, I do enjoy the new look so am pleased with the overall experience!

    Made an appointment a couple of weeks ago on the phone just to arrive to my appointment today and having the receptionist say that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. At all, not today or another day. What’s the point of picking up the phone and set appointments if you are not going to actually schedule them?She asked if she could booked me for 3 weeks from now. NO! I made an appointment for TODAY, moved my whole schedule around for this hair appointment . I need the service for when I book it, not when works for you today.SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!I’ve been going there for over a year now and always spoke highly of the place and even recommended it!If this is how you treat your repeat clients …. you guys lost a loyal client today!Edit to add:Mike, the owner, contacted me pretty fast after he saw the review. He understood my frustration and I his with his staff. He said that changes were coming soon. He offered me a comp service to come back. Im changing my 1 star review to 3 star for the moment until service is given.I thought of erasing the review, but I think that is important to see that even if a place messes up, they can always make it better if they actually care for their customers.Edit to add:I went on July 30th and saw Heidi.     Ashlee has doing an exceptional job on my hair. I have great hair style which has been just perfect for me. My hair looks great after every appointment. It is hard to find an exception stylist in this area, but she is one. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and appointment are on time.

    Ashlee did such an amazing job giving me a lived in blonde color. With my availability to get cuts and colors limited, she makes my hair color last for a few months without looking streaky or harsh lines. Can not recommend chemistry salon enough!

    I booked what I thought was an appointment for my daughter to get her hair cut. If youre doing this through the website, please note that it is only a request, not an actual appointment (even if you get a confirmation number like I did). When my daughter and I showed up there was no appointment in their system, but Jasmine spoke to a stylist who was finishing up a client and Kristyn agreed to take care of my daughter.Ill be honest, at first I was a bit aggravated over the way things were initially. It seems like poor practice to have a website give you a confirmation number but you actually have to wait whether that appointment is accepted or declined. That being said, Kristyn was very thoughtful and listened to what my daughter wanted and the end result was fantastic! She did a knockout job and in the end they understood the mix-up. We recently moved to Florida and desperately needed a salon that could take care of our needs (haircuts, coloring, etc.) and Id say we definitely found our place! From now on well just call to make our appointments. :)

    Had an appointment today with Xavier who is an extremely talented young man. He consulted with me first to find out what I wanted and he assessed my hair situation effectively. He advised me on specific products to use to keep my hair healthy and I left with beautiful platinum highlights and a gorgeous style. 💇‍♀️ I highly recommend anyone to meet with Xavier at this salon. I’ve been coming to Chemistry salon almost a year and it’s a very nice business. Even though I left happy with my results, I will admit it is a very expensive place. Worth it, but very expensive if you have hair longer than shoulder length because they charge extra for the length and extra if you require additional product (understandable). Lastly, I don’t understand why they still don’t have any signage in the front of the salon 🧐

    Best Coloring I’ve ever had done!!! I’ve been going to salons for over 20 years an color has never turned out as good an as exact as it has at Chemestry. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted an WOW thats exactly what I got..( highlights and lowlights w/ beautiful Dimension). Plus one salon in 2016 really messed up the cut I asked for soft layers , frame face keep length(Nope…chopped it very short shoulder length claimed it was dead ends I freaked out !!) haven’t had it cut professionally since, but yesterday at my appointment at Chemestry considering this is my second trip there in 3 months for coloring an the work is just beautiful I let her trim and do soft layers all over frame face layers keeping the length…. EXACTLY what I wanted. BEAUTIFUL work. Please try this place out for sure. You will not be disappointed.Thanks so much I love my hair.

    Hayley is the absolute best!! I never go to a hair stylist twice (I typically just get Groupons and go new places to save money) - but Ive been working wirh Hayley consistently since the first time she did my hair probably close to a year ago.     Today was my first time at the salon and boy did I get lucky getting Kristen as my stylist! I am extremely grateful that she spent so much time and attention on my hair, cutting each individual curl with such precision! Kristen sculpted and molded and worked her magic...     I started going to this salon a year ago after another salon botched my hair (turning my blonde hair into a hot mess). I called and was desperate for help. Chemistry Salon took me immediately and fixed my hair to perfection! I have been going back ever since. The staff is so friendly and the environment is always positive (and very clean so thats a plus!) I always look forward to going there. Ashlee currently does my hair and she is AMAZING. She always answers my questions (and theres a lot😅) and always helps me when I need an opinion or help with what products to buy.The prices are very reasonable! I dont have to worry about breaking the bank when i go.Chemistry Salon really is the best in this area!🖤 10/10 recommend.

    Did some research and it came down to a top 2-3 salons - with my wedding looming, I needed a refresh/cleanup for my hair (self care has been on the back burner for sure). Decided I had some time this week, so I went with the first available on my list and BOY am I glad I did! The salon is clean and welcoming, chairs are VERY comfy (was surprised by the lack of a neck ache from the shampoo bowl…), and Xzavier was so professional and kind and really listened to me when I talked about my goals with my hair… Such a pleasant experience and I’ve already booked my second appointment. Cant wait to go back!

    My entire experience was 5-star treatment! Xzavier understood exactly the cut I was looking for as I transitioned from long hair to short. My hair is straight and shows every cut so any flaws stand out. They were able to fit me in same day. My hair is really long, thick, and uncooperative but Loretta was patient and gentle with it! I was no help when it came to how I wanted my hair cut.     I am new to the Ocala area and the thought of finding a new salon was overwhelming to me. I have very dark hair and have worked very hard to get blond while keeping my hair as healthy as possible. I was away on business and had my hair touched up by what was to be one of the top rated salons in Dallas. It was a disaster. The damage that was done to my hair was devastating. I was so scared to go somewhere else that I just let my hair go. Last wk, I decided to look up salons here in the area and trust my gut on who to go with...I am so thankful I did! I not only found a salon that knows what they are doing, but they actually care. The owner himself went above and beyond to make sure that the right steps were taken to get my hair back to a healthy state so that my look could be restored. It isnt the fancy building or chairs that make a salon worth mentioning, it is the quality of service and knowledge. I am excited to go back today and get my color fixed. If honesty and quality are what you are looking for, please know, there is no need to look further.

    What a great expierence my daughter and her friends had at Cameos Salon and Spa. They have a Princess Spa Day package! Worked wonderfully with all the girls! Jennifer and Jess are amazing! The girls got manicures, pedicures, some curls in their hair and light make-up. This also included cupcakes, sparkling juice, plates, napkins, and little princess cups with little rings and braclets that the girls got to keep. Shantell was my stylist and did full head of highlights and lowlights with a cut. She took the time to go over what color(s) would go well with my natural color. My hair looks fabulous and Shantell was amazing. I highly recommend this salon.
