Joe is amazingly talented and so funny. My hair was very damaged from previous highlight treatments elsewhere. Joe gave me a fresh cut rwmoved all the damage and revived my hair. It is now healthy and volumous something I thought was long gone. I wholeheartedly recommend Joes flawless work.
