Love, love the service Maggie gave me. Told her what I wanted and even showed her pictures she was very professional spoke to me about the haircut and what she professionally suggested and I’m so glad I took her advice. I love my layers and haircut. I love how soft and healthy my hair feels. Throughout the haircut, she was giving me advice and even products that would help me as well. Will definitely be going back to get a cut by Maggie.

UPDATE: 03/02/2024- My daughter was in great hands with the wonderful hair stylist Jayce.Shes very laid back with and inviting aura to her. Plus she is spectacular with her clients, I will be returning back to her & for any of my daughter’s cuts in the near future. I always come in and always helped by some awesome ladies :)Erin does an amazing job! She takes her time and likes to know exactly what you want and explains things thoroughly. Plus if you don’t know what you want entirely but you want something new she has the best suggestions!

The last time I went to a hair cuttery was in miami and none of the workers spoke any English so I didnt have a great experience as I couldnt explain to her what I wanted so this appointment definitely made up for the bad one thanks so much :)

Erin was great! I usually go elsewhere but because of time and my last minute plans I ended up walking in and Erin was my stylist. She was so kind, attentive, knew how to keep a nice conversation going and even gave me tips on having a healthier scalp and treating my hair right! I walked in looking crazy and ended up leaving feeling so beautiful and refreshed! Not to mention the blowout has lasted me almost a week already! Ask for Erin when you go in!

Isabel at Churchill Square trimmed the ends of my textured hair to my satisfaction. This was a rare experience for me because most hairdressers seem not to know the difference between trimming the ends and giving a cut. Isabel also understood that she needed to drench my thirsty natural hair before applying shampoo and was equally skilled at conditioning and rinsing my hair. If you have afro hair like I do or textured hair, I would recommend her. She listens well and understands the assignment.

We stopped in and although that salon didnt have availability they were able to get us in another location just down the road.. My daughter loves her haircut and the price wasnt terrible. The stylist was great and made my daughter comfortable and was very personable. Would highly recommend for the whole family!!

Update... I received a call from Summer stating that she would like the opportunity to make this right. She redid the color and it is much better, an ash blonde. Looks very natural. I am happy. I do hope this wears well as I am having a bit of a problem getting a come through my hair and wont be able to do anything else without completely frying my hair.I have to say that I am satisfied with the outcome. All a person can ask of a business is that if a problem does arise that they step up and make things right. They did. I am changing the rating I originally gave.from one star to four. Thanks Summer!!___________________________________________I added a photo - can be found by clicking on my profile.Made an appointment for balayage/full highlights. When I arrived I also asked for a cut. A long layered bob. I asked for full head of highlights that were not a frost nor a brassy blonde but certainly blonde as I had always identified as such. The girl proceeded to trim my hair prior to highlight and stated that final cut would be after lightening.... Things were going well, full head of foils. Went to the shampoo station and after shampoo and conditioning toner was applied. While being transferred back to her station I was shocked by how dark my hair appeared and commented. I was assured that it would be much lighter when dry. As I have had hair for quite a many year I was aware of the fact that wet hair appears darker than dry and well aware of what my hair looked like when wet.I gave her the benefit of doubt.She proceeded with the cut. While too short (requested collar bone length), hair grows... But the color!!! I ended up with a full head of medium brown hair. Where did the highlights go? Went back to shampoo to try and remove some of the toner. That was unsuccessful. I was unhappy. I also felt bad for the girl as she had spent several hours working on my hair though I made it clear that this was not in any way what I had come in for. I actually had more highlights when I had arrived albeit grown out and a bit brassy. She informed me that she would remove the charge for the toner from my bill. She did charge me for the full highlights that were no where to be seen! And the cut. I was very much in a state of shock but paid and did tip but at a much lower percentage than is common. I drove home crying.I get home and try to assess the damages and how to overcome this disaster. Okay, but it certainly felt as such so please overlook the hyperbole. I see the cut for the first time and see that this also is not what I had requested. A long layered bob it was not. I ended up with a pageboy. In newspaper comic strip Prince Valiant wears one. Also, not a layer one. I am afraid unless diligent with styling products I may find myself mistaken for Rosanna Rosanna Danna of old SNL skits.She did remove charges for toner, who charges extra for toner???????? Is this now a thing?

Destiny was great! She took me in last minute for a full dye job and highlights… I told her to do what she thought would look best and she did a great job! Before and after… she made it darker overall (mix between espresso and black coloring) and then highlights throughout with some front pieces lightened even more. I don’t have another picture but take my word that she did a wonderful job!

I have very kinky curly hair, and every time I walk in to a salon I’m terrified that the person won’t know what to do with my hair texture.
