    I went to this salon to see Megan, as she came highly recommended and had many reviews. Ive seen her a few times now for just a hair cut, and shes given me quite literally the best hair cuts Ive ever had. Not everyone is great at cutting hair, and shes done a great job. Also I really appreciate when she finds herself running behind with clients, she will personally call me and ask if I can come in a little later. If you need a hair stylist definitely give her a try!

    I am absolutely head over heels with my perm and have been since i walked out of the salon! best experience without a doubt, laura is beyond incredible and she talked me through the whole process, explaining what she was doing and why. super appreciated!!10/10 will go again!

    Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I was very apprehensive about getting my hair cut but Aline was great! she made sure I was comfortable. She did a wonderful job on my hair. So glad I went to Salon 209! I will be recommending them to anyone and definitely plan on return visits in the future.

    Alina did a fantastic job on straightening my daughter’s crazy curly hair. When we walked out she looked like a completely different version. She was so excited to finally have straight hair. If you need a stylist I would definitely recommend Alina 5 stars and above!!

    Best salon EVER! The people are so kind and the environment is so peaceful. A few months back I decided to add in extensions to my short scraggly hair. Bri has done a phenomenal job over the past months keeping them intact and blended. Added highlights the other day and you cannot tell the difference between my actual hair and the extensions. Highly highly recommend! Just a fantastic staff and very attention to detail.

    Megan has never disappointed me with her work, whether that be color or even just a cut. She never takes my hair too short and always exceeds my expectations! She is very good at what she does & I always enjoy the whole experience. I always leave with my hair feeling fresh and smelling amazing.

    My first visit. I like my stylist, Alina and I think I like my cut: really can never tell personally until I’ve washed it and see how it comes out. She did listen to my general directions. I have short, grey hair these days with good body and if cut right & to enhance it, a good amount of natural wave. The cut feels good and appears well done. In retrospect, I’d make one change, but that’s on me! I’ve recently moved here and had my last hair stylist for over 30 years and she was skilled and knew my hair & me. You don’t replace that on one visit. Aline is the 2nd stylist I’ve tried in Ocala and the cut I got today is far superior.Salon customer service-communication. A plus: there’s someone answering the salon phone & who could sort out the vague address. I was 5 minutes late, but I called ahead, as one I respect other people’s time & felt bad to be running late. Secondly, if they could use the 5 minutes to make a call or anything, then they know they have thst. I got there and was told she was still with another client. It ended up starting about 20 minutes late. I would have appreciated being told when I called that my stylist was running late, so I didn’t feel like I was pushing to get there & then stressing to make sure I was at right location. It was 20-25 minutes from time of my appointment & I had no update & id had an unexpected zoom meeting added about which I had no control and so didn’t have extra time. I was ready to leave as I had no idea how much longer, so got up & said I was going to have to leave. Alina, whom I hadn’t met yet spoke up behind cash register that she was just ringing up her client & would be right with me. I put the burden of lack of communication on the girl answering phones and the woman standing next to her the whole time I waited. By her dress, she also worked there. 5-10 minutes behind - whatever, but 20-25 minutes behind is another thing and I should have been told to not rush when I called in. Not angry about it and present this in the spirit of constructive feedbackAlina still receives 5 stars for the cut I received. I’ll know more tomorrow and in the days ahead. Thank you!

    Maggie did EXACTLY what I described I wanted my hair to look like but somehow even better! We had great conversations too. All of the girls made me feel so comfortable, safe and at home and even hyped up my hair (and stylist) throughout the appointment, which I adored. Good vibes all around and 10/10 service.

    Celeste is THE BEST!! She’s been the best stylist I could ever ask for- I’ve been through 8 other salons in Ocala in the 3-4 years I’ve been here alone and she’s been the only one to not only take care of my incredibly stubborn hair, but also make me feel so welcome and comfortable in such a clean and well kept studio. 10/10 with the service and comfort her and the rest of the staff have provided. I’ve finally found MY hairstylist 🫶🏼

    Today was my first day at Salon 209. . Alina did a great color and cut. She suggested something different instead of doing a base color, adding highlights all over to blend the grey. So I’m excited to see how that looks when it grows out. It looks great now.She is very friendly, very easy to talk to and the salon had a very nice atmosphere. I will be back 🙂

    I have been going to Salon 209 since I moved to Ocala Florida in 2011. They do hair, pedicure, and manidures, and they have a coffee bar. Friendly stuff and clean environment. Go see Laura. Shes an amazing hair stylist.

    I had been looking for someone who could help my brassy, uneven, damaged blonde when I found Skylers work through the salons instagram! I was so excited to have found someone who specializes in blonde! I came in with a mess of color, lacking confidence, but left feeling like a million bucks with a head of beautiful cool brown hair to match my roots and tons of beautifully lifted teased highlights! She truly rocked it and shes such a sweet soul to talk to as well! Could not be more pleased with my experience.

    First time today - Booked last minute today and she was polite and professional on the phone. No attitudes at all :) My stylist was Alina and she was super sweet to me! Felt welcome and she took her time out to chat with me and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted for my service and had great feedback. I had questions about other styles and she was informative and patient and never rushed me. I appreciated her time, effort and her overall character is great! Will definitely return to Alina again!

    I have needed a hair cut for a couple years. I get cold feet, keep saying Im going to go and never do. Emily reassured me it would be ok!.     Kellie Hunter has been doing my hair for years and does amazing work with my lived-in blonde! She recommended Lucy for a facial and I had my appointment last weekend. Lucy was absolutely amazing and the facial exceeded my expectations. I was having trouble with some acne on my chin and it’s all cleared up just days after the appointment! She also waxed and tinted my brows and they look great. Highly recommend kellie H. for hair and Lucy for facials and waxing!

    I went in today for a super last minute hair cut. Ive been very skeptical about letting anyone touch my hair but decided it was time. Seleste took me in with nothing but a great attitude and did everything i wanted. The whole time she made great conversation and also had knowledgeable answers to some questions i had about my hair. I could tell shes great at what she does because she loves it. Also they have super reasonable prices, im a broke college student and id say it was worth every penny.     Really happy with my experience at Salon 209!! I called this morning and asked if they had an appointment knowing it was a long shot. Kelley was able to fit me in same day and I’m so so happy with how my hair turned out. I’ve been blonde for a long time, and on a bit of a whim decided to go from blonde highlighted hair to a darker blonde/light brown with just a few little blonde streaks. Kelley was able to beautifully execute what I was asking for and went above and beyond to make sure it was done right, since making a big hair change can often be tricky.
