Jacquie has been my stylist for well over 6 years now. Her work is her art and her art is my hair. I am grateful for her skill and knowledge and receive compliments all the time on my hair. I cant receive those compliments without thanking her in my heart. I share her name with all that ask and many ask. A woman gives a sacred trust to her stylist when she returns over and over again. Jacquie has my full and wholehearted trust and I give my highest recommendation to her work and her art. If you want a stylist that never stops until she achieves perfection, well, then you want to go to Jacquie at Shear Vanity. She is perfection.

Jacquie is a true artist! I trust her with my hair 100%, which doesn’t come easy to a former stylist. She has been doing my hair for at least 13 or more years and now does my daughters hair as well. We both love our time in her chair, she always makes it fun! We also love the fact that it’s a clean, professional, and private setting. Even though we all know hairdressers aren’t magicians, Jacquie comes extremely close! She’s always caught up on the newest techniques, and will take all necessary steps to get the look you really want, while maintaining the integrity of your hair. My daughter and I highly recommend her work!!

Jacquie always does an amazing job on my hair! I send her a few ideas and let her do what she’s best at, I always leave feeling refreshed and so happy with the results! I originally had black hair, and she was able to achieve the perfect accent highlights. The surface products she uses are highly recommended.

Jacquie did amazing on my hair, all my layers had pretty much grown out and she did an excellent job putting some back in. She is also very knowledgeable on how to deal with curly hair. I’ve never had a stylist take so much care in doing my hair, now I’ll never go anywhere else.

Jacquie, owner of Sheer Vanity, has been keeping my blonde hair at its absolute best for the past 5+ years. I love she uses all natural products - meaning NO harsh chemicals and NO nasty chemical smells. My hair is always soft, silky and stylized like a boss when I leave!! Jacquie is fantastic at what she does! I have very stubborn white roots and black hair. Jacquie gets it right every time and she knows how to handle the stubborn whites. My hair looks shiny and healthy and gets so many compliments. The product line she uses is my favorite and I was pleasantly surprised to find someone in Ocala using it(I’ve only been able to find this in bigger cities previously). Jacqui is an expert colorist! No matter what I want, and I change my mind often, she is able to make it happen. I get a lot of compliments on the color and cut. It’s also wonderful that she has her own room at Phoenix Salon, so it’s a safe and private. I have been seeing Jacqui since I first moved to Ocala and i wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wow! Just WOW! Jacquie has been doinng mine and my daughter’s (which was 4 years old at the time) hair since 2011. She is the only person we will go to! If your looking for someone that knows about THICK CURLY hair! She is the girl for you!! We have thick unruly curly hair and when she is done with our hair! WOW JUST WOW! I use to go a very long time between cuts because I couldn’t find that right person for my hair! Jacquie is that right person! She is very personable, cares about her clients and listens to how and what you want your hair to do and look like.
