    I came in after booking an appointment for a haircut and they realized the stylist I was booked with (Fridline?) didnt have enough time to do me so I was quickly passed over to another stylist (I didnt get her name). The wash was very rushed, which was the only negative part of my visit. The sweet lady who cut my hair did a wonderful job, paying very close attention to detail because it was somewhat of a bob. She had another customer waiting but did not rush getting every hair in place. I will be back and bring my daughters as well. Thanks so much.

    Daphne was absolutely amazing and i will be returning to her again! I was a little nervous getting my hair done just because i usually dye and trim at home but i was looking for something new and refreshing. Daphne is very crafted at her skill and is very good with cutting and coloring. My hair is really long and i wanted layers with face framing pieces and she gave just that. She suggested a couple things that would suit me and i ended up going back later in the day for highlights. You can tell she cares not only to make your hair look good but she does her best to preserve your hair throughout the process. I left feeling very confident and happy with my experience.

    I took my 5yo daughter to get a hair cut and Ms. Dawn did a great job. She treated her so nicely, and my daughter had so much fun. I love my daughters haircut.

    I had a wonderful experience getting a balayage with Amy. When I got there she asked several questions to make sure what kind of haircut and color I wanted. This was my second time getting something more than a haircut so I was scared. The first time was in a different salon.Amy explained to me step by step what she was doing, she gave recommendations as well, and she also explained upfront that it was going to take all the afternoon to get the balayage done. (I have very dark black hair). She did a fantastic job! I couldnt be happier with the result. My hair looks healthy, shiny, and natural. I received compliments already.If you need to get color done, get an appointment with Amy, shes very good and nice!

    Had a great wash and cut with Amy! Did a walk-in and was checked-in and taken right away. She asked me questions to make sure she knew what I was looking for and while cutting explained what she was doing. Recommended a product after that I ended up buying. Great visit!

    Queen is a wizard. I had a friend assist me with doing platinum on my roots that had grown out and it didnt go has planned. Queen was able to fix the multi colored madness and tame my locks to perfection. She is a talented pro. Next time Ill just skip the chaos and book an appointment with her.

    Want a good haircut? Make an appointment with Frank. He gave me one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. He listens to what you want and then explains what he will be doing. As a past cosmetology teacher, I know a good haircut. Thank you Frank, excellent job!

    While walk ins are welcome, I suggest using the app to make an appointment. I was able to get a same day appointment.Amy cut my hair, she listened to my concerns and cut it exactly the way I asked. She even went so far as to ensure I was comfortable with using the razor to blend my hair. She is a treat (no tricks here), Ill definitely be back to see her.

    Im a very picky retired cosmetologist. I have trust issues with turning my hair over to let anyone cut it. With to my surprise when I met Danielle I immediately felt comfortable. Still took me a while to let her cut my hair. I must say I will definitely be back.. She did a fabulous job. Now I dont have travel back to Jacksonville Beach to get my hair cut and styled.     Ive been going here for the last 8 months. Emily had cut my hair each time and is absolutely awesome! Shes done a stellar job each time and I am never disappointed with my hair.     When you make the mistake of trying to color your own hair days before a photo session, Dawnette and the manager Frank will come to the rescue! I cant stress how badly I jacked up my hair, but they worked diligently to get it to the color I wanted, and now it is stunning! They are fantastic!

    The staff at this location is very attentive and professional. Trust me, I dont have a complicated cut, but they always do a great job. The store is clean and sanitized. It gets high marks as an affordable neighborhood favorite for adults and kids. App is easy to use to make appointments and they track your cut and style.

    Everyone is super friendly especially the salon leader Ashley. There was not enough dye to do midnight pulrite in my hair even though I had called a head time for the color the first time I came in for color. Ashley and her team made it right. My hair came out Amazon looking. Ashley cut my hair and Obren did my dye job.

    I havent cut or colored my hair in five years today was the day I was in Luck because Jamella gave me a consultation for cut and color! I must say I was very impressed with her services she nailed the cut and color I was going for I showed her a few pictures and I was very satisfied! All the staff seemed very pleasant and everyone seemed to really like my hair including me!! Thank you Jamella for taking such good care of me and my hair I live it!!     Today, I had a little mishap when I decided to try to cut my own hair. Yeah, I know, that was stupid! 😳Haha!! So I went to the hair cuttery behind my house hoping that someone could fix it with out having to cut too much off but was not about to put any restrictions on my stylist because I knew I royally messed it up. When I arrived, I walked in totally embarrassed by my mistake. A young lady named Danielle greeted me with a warm smile and I explained what happened. I was watching as the stylist finished up with their current clients. It wasnt long before Rodger Johnson, (my new hair stylist! 😊) had completed his guest. He greeted me and was happy to help correct my mistake. He did a wonderful job and only had to take about an inch off to fix what I had done. 😊😊😊 I am EXTREMELY happy and will be seeing him from now on. Thank you, Rodger!

    The stylists are very friendly and knowledgeable! I tried several barbers/salons in the Ocoee/Apopka area and Jamela was the first one to get my hair right, understand what I needed, and how to do my hair properly (I have a double crown/cowlick and super oily, but fine hair). I know specifically ask for her any time I go in. Great shop! Get your hair done here.

    I followed Ashley from one location to another.... She cuts, colors and recommends products I absolutely love....
