    Wendy did a beautiful, creative and thoughtful job on my cut and style. Looked at the pictures i brought, discussed possibilities and created a style that enhanced my face shape. She provided suggestions to consider when I style my hair. Overall lovely experience.

    Gloria is the best!! My son has high functioning autism and she made sure he was comfortable, she spoke softly to him and kept asking him if he was okay. I would highly recommend her for anyone and kids with special needs.

    Yesterday I walked in for a hair cut and Karina took me. It looked good when I walked out. This morning I went to wash and style it and was horrified! One side is longer than the other! I have no clue how she managed to style it with out the difference showing, but she did. I had also set another appointment for Jan 30 before leaving yesterday. When I called this morning to cancel the appointment, they couldnt find it. Colleen offered to fix it for me and I went in. She did a great job fixing it.

    Gloria is fantastic at what she does! I will be her client FOREVER! I am very picky and hate getting my hair cut, but Gloria always handles me with excellent care. She listens to you!! Finally a stylist who listens ❤️. She does exceptional eyebrows (she does not over pluck or over wax she understands natural brow shapes), she is thorough with color, and she does exactly what you what when it comes to hair cuts. If you want 1/2 and inch cut off, she will take 1/2 an inch. I trust that she wont butcher my hair. I cant say enough about Gloria. She always takes care of me! If you are unsure as to which stylist to book, you cant go wrong with Gloria.

    Signature shampoo and haircut. Gloria has been my stylist for a long time now. She consulted with me about what to do with my old dark hair color. We went blonde, then to silver. You would not believe the compliments I get with this hair color. No more color upkeep other than silver toner to keep my hair silver. I love my Gloria.

    Weve been coming here for years, and honestly up until today, I would have given a 5 star review. But this was by far the worst experience Ive had anywhere in a very long time! We had a 4:15 appointment for my daughter that we made at 1:00 online. We arrived at 4:10, and were told we did not have an appointment. She didnt even look at the computer to see. After she checked, and realized we did, she then told me Oh, you must have just made it, it wasnt there before. Nope, Weve had it all afternoon. She then told me that she just started a haircut, and we would have a 30 min wait, because she has to cut and style the ladys hair who was a walk in. Makes no sen,sense, why I made the appointment! Either way, we decided to wait. Another gentleman qith a 4:30 appointment walked in, and was told pretty much the same. At 5:00 a 3rd gentleman with a lady in a wheelchair came in. The same lady told him he didnt have an appointment at 5:00 (even though he showed her the confirmation message on his phone) and that there was nothing they could do. They were fully booked until close. Understandably the gentleman was a little annoyed, and the 4:30 appointment guy got up and said he couldnt wait any longer, and gave his appointment to the lady in the wheelchair. Im not sure whats going on with their appointments, or why the lady thought being rude to everyone who came in was a good idea, but thank goodness the lady in the back swooped in and saved the day. She really came in and calmed everyone. Then she did a phenomenal job with my daughters hair! Typically we wait and have Abigail cut our hair, I can not say enough good about her, but honestly I forgot about about this young lady. Shes cut my hair and my daughters hair in the past, and Im super glad she was here today!

    This hair cut was not for me it was for an individual that I support on a daily basis. I had dropped her off and went to do some shopping in a couple other stores. When I got back to wait for her the stylist was washing her hair and then she cut her hair also took care of a few other things that is hard for my individual to do on her own or for me to do sometimes. The stylist was so sweet and kind and did not have to do what she did for my individual. She went above and beyond her duties as a stylist and a human being! I did not catch her name but we thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!

    Jumped in with no appointment, 1st visit, for a spur of the moment haircut. Colleen was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the cut I needed for my lifestyle. I love my haircut!

    I got my hair cut here for the very first time. I had.an appointment at another place. I am glad i went to hair cuttery. At first i wasnt impressed. There were 2 employees at the frontndesk,one went out of her way not to help me. When she came back she seemed like i was bothering her. The other lady tild her to go,that she would help me. And she did. Not only did she do a great job on my hair, (Im very particular about my hair,even though i wear a hat all the time) but she was extremely friendly. She worked and we talked and laughed. It was like i have been comming in here for years. I found out that another employee wasthe same woman that used to cut my hair at the other shop inaide walmart. Same price,better service. I WILL BE BACK. Not sure what her name was,but i believe she was the manager. Thank youP.S.I took my son to Hair Cuttery today. we had the exact opposite experience. The lady that cut my sons hair had a hard time communicating with my son,dont think she spoke english very well. My son wanted a certain hair cut,and she butchered his hair. I was so angry i had to walk outside. Before i did i asked him if this is what he wanted. He said no. The lady that checked us in,again,acted like we were bothering her. Said she didnt know if she could even squeeze him in,even though they wernt closing for like 3 hours. If we ever go back,i will make sure we see the manager that cut my hair. Or Deanna

    Just had Colleen fix my hair. I have waist length hair that was in desperate need of layering and fixing. Not only did she get rid of my dead ends, but she layered my hair like a champ. Im so grateful to hair hair that looks good again without losing my length.

    Abbey is amazing with my granddaughter, When I needed wrist surgery she was able to braid all of my hair and very small braids so I didnt have to worry about not being able to wash it.
