I love my hair! I was nervous and looking for a new stylist when I met Jessica. I previously had a bad experience with another stylist burning some of my hair off while leaving the rest feeling like straw/hay. Jessica suggested the salon Olaplex treatment after bleaching to help repair the bleach damage. She has done my hair 3 times now. My cut looks great! My color is on point and my hair is so much healthier! It feels like silk and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Jessica. She is very personable and truly Awesome at her craft! Thank you for making my hair look and feel beautiful!!

Jessica was absolutely AMAZING! I showed her a picture of the highlights and cut I wanted she was very honest with me and I got exactly what I wanted. I walked in with brassy hair and walked out with soft blonde. Highly recommend her as a colorist. I cannot thank her enough.

It’s hard to find a hair stylist who listens to what you want, whether it’s a hairstyle or color, but I’ve been lucky to have found Jessica. I’ve been going to her for many years now and she always gets it right every time. These days I just sit in the chair and it’s like she already knows what I want. It feels like visiting a friend instead of just getting my hair done. She’s great and I highly recommend her and her team!

Mayerlin did a terrific job! I have severe scarring on the back of my head, and she gave me the super-short, layered cut I was wishing for, and still kept the large scars covered. I love this new cut! They were right on time, and paid complete attention to what I was asking for. Im definitely coming back.

I had went to get a basic trim and the stylist assign to me manage to mess that up.🙃(Idk maybe she was having an off day) but Michael managed to correct the issues asap. Victoria recognized an acknowledged my physical limitations, and was understanding, patient and knowledgeable about how to assist and make me comfortable. I am currently unable to fully turn my head, and when she would see me reaching back for the armrest she guided my hand directly to the armrest so I wouldnt have to fall backward and hope to land on the seat. She lined the neck rest of the sink bowl with a towel to cushion it, and each time I needed to stand up she would turn the chair so my feet were directly over the comfortable mat instead of on tile/linoleum.She produced color swatches and colored and cut my hair perfectly.I was badly injured, have had several surgeries with more to come, and this was the first time in years I went for something other than a trim. I was treating myself to something nice.Victoria made my experience SO much better than I expected it to be, and I walked away happier than Ive been in a very, very long time.

Everyone here was so amazing throughout the whole process. From scheduling to actually being there. I went in to get a cut and a dye. I had a basic idea of what I wanted. Michael actually reached out to me and went over some options and then once I got there we were able to make the final decisions. Michael did such an amazing job. He made me feel so comfortable and taken care of through the whole process, always letting me know what or why we were doing something. I booked an appointment and got a call a few hours before to notify me that the stylist I chose was unable to see me as she was leaving early. I decided to go with whoever was available. I got to the salon and was placed with Victoria. I showed her what I wanted and unfortunately we couldn’t match it to the exact picture in the end but while we were getting started another lady came in (about an hour and a half before close) wanting to be seen as a walk in. Victoria explained there were only two of them & her counterpart still had 2 appointments (& I’d booked a long appointment) so she stated they likely would be unable to get to her & apologized. The lady was incredibly rude & yelled a lot of nasty things about the salon and then left (I wasn’t the only customer inside there were 4 of us as the other stylists client had friends) regardless we get close to being done & the red in my hair didn’t exactly take the way we wanted (at this point it’s past close) Victoria was committed to finishing my hair & making sure I left feeling great (today is my birthday) & reapplied a red dye to make it pop even though I know she was hungry & tired as it was late. As someone who has seen a lot of stylists I’ve never had a stranger care so much about ensuring I felt my best. She was caring & attentive & was extremely patient with me. I can’t say enough good things about her & the other stylist that helped finish my hair. They were honestly the best part of my day making me feel important and happy with my hair. The ladies at this salon tonight were the kind of employees that businesses need. Victoria took on an appointment that wasn’t hers and made sure that the result was what I wanted. That is the kind of stylist you want & I will definitely be back!

She does phenomenal work! I live all the way in Orlando and I will do the hour drive just to have her do my hair she’s that amazing! Every time I walk into the salon I’m greeted by a friendly staff and have always felt comfortable and welcome. 10/10 for this hair cuttery location and especially for my girl Jessica Moore!

Updated! Eileen did an amazing job on my hair today! She took my horrible box dye job that was faded and about 4 different shades and turned it in to an amazing strawberry blonde and evened me out! Eileen was thorough and got my hair looking amazing again!Also, Eileen cut my boyfriends hair a month ago, and it was the best haircut he has had in 6 years. A month later and it still looks great!Eileen is amazing! She cut my boyfriends hair for the first time and he was ecstatic! He had been going to the same place for 6 years and hasnt had even a decent haircut in the last year. She knocked it out of the park and now he will only see her!

Great place!! This is the first hair cuttery Ive been to where everyone, for the most part, is outgoing and friendly. The rest are just quiet & a bit introverted. They truly listen to what you want. Ample amount of products to purchase (a bit pricey). Great location and so close to shopping. Maria has been my stylist for a couple of yrs now and has never failed me to do a superb job (highly recommended)!

Michael Duzan, has been doing mine and my husband hair for many years. Unfortunately my husband passed away. Michael did amazing with his hair. He was a picky man when it came to his hair. Michael did amazing pleasing him. Ive been to Michael 2 times since his passing. He always went above and beyond to make my hair beautiful and healthy. Unfortunately I will be moving out of state to be near family. I will miss Michael so very much. I have trouble trusting people with my hair. Especially since its now so perfect. Im thankful for Michael he gave me the formula (or whatever you call it) to give to my next stylist. We were a little emotional when I left. We are family and will stay in contact. Radmila is wonderful! Im very sensitive to any kind of pain or stimulation, and used to avoid getting my hair done because experiences at other salons had left me exhausted and in pain just from the regular process of a cut and color. Radmila has been very accommodating from the start, using gentler formulas for bleaching, and using a gentle touch for applying color, washing, and every other step. She frequently checks to make sure Im comfortable. Not to mention that she makes my hair look and feel fabulous! :) She worked with me over several appointments to reach the color I was looking for, and tweaked the process a bit each time to make it better. Even after I moved out of town, I still drive 45 minutes in to see her, because she is the reason I can finally look forward to going to the salon :)

I had an issue with my hair after the stylist was done with my hair ( my fault because I never speak up) the stylist said to give it a few days and I did however it still wasnt what I wanted. I called to see if they could fix it and I had an appointment right away. This stylist is the manager and did everything perfect. I love it so much! I owe an apology to the first stylist for not being more vocal and also not giving her the chance to fix it. This place is amazing! The prices are fair! I will be back!

I enjoyed my time at the salon and felt Brianna did a good job. However, I was very disappointed in my daughters experience. She had a picture of the cut she wanted. It was a picture of Snow Whites cute pixie cut from the Once upon a Time Disney TV series. Shes gotten the cut before and all was well then. But she and Nancy had difficulty in communication apparently. My daughters request for the sides to be made shorter to more closely match those in the picture, only made matters worse. I could have and actually have gotten the look, cutting it myself at home with our Clippers! Ive done much better than how my daughters haircut came out looking. Her bangs came out shaped all wrong. The cut went from not quite matching the look she sought, to no where near it! I am very disappointed as I was treating my daughter with the works for her Birthday coming up. And now shes not happy with the haircut she received. Shes had no problem before. Shes been successful, getting the haircut she wanted with the picture she brought with her at other Hair Cuttery salons. We will be requesting a different stylist for my daughters next haircut if she returns to that salon.

I’m very picky with my hair.. cut/dye, whatever. I went to hair cuttery as a kid and always hated it. I tried this one out for a cut and dye service and i am beyond satisfied. Jacinda is amazing.. her quality of work is great. She’s friendly and her work speaks for itself. She got my hair exactly how i wanted it. I even went back for a second session to go even lighter and she amazed me even more. Definitely ask for Jacinda she won’t disappoint you!!

Fantastic!! So glad to find a hair cuttery still open. Stephanie fixed a totally botched haircut done at great clips. Hair Cuttery always have had great stylists with personality who like their job. Courtney was very accommodating and friendly while getting us an appointment. Stephanie was very professional and friendly,pretty much the exact opposite of the people at great clips. I tried cutting my own hair because I had some damages, and ended up really butchering it! It was horrible I had a hole right on the side of my head of missing hair I cut off! I went in late to the salon around 8PM and Eileen took care of me. She did an absolutely amazing job with fixing the mess I had done on myself. Gave me a very nice bob and not to mention the treatment she did to my hair it feels like silk. I have a lot of hair and it’s heavy, she did a great job with thinning it out and blow drying it, I am super picky with my blow drys. I can move my head now it’s so silky and no longer heavy!!! Thank you Eileen for fixing the mess I made!
