    I had the BEST experience at Fantastic Sams. I went in and told Lexi I wanted a mommy hair makeover and told her to do whatever she wanted to. She did NOT disappoint! My hair was soooo long, and I know it took hours of her time, but for me...the results were so worth it! I love my hair. I feel like a new woman! Thank you so much Lexi!

    Just had the best time at Fantastic Sam’s with Kimberlee! She totally understood what I wanted and worked her magic in my hair. The vibe in the salon was super chill, and the staff were super friendly. Kimberlee’s skills are top-notch- my hair looks and feels amazing! I left feeling like a million bucks. If you want killer hair and a great vibe, she’s your go-to stylist. Five stars, hands down! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

    I went in because my daughter had a great experience with Dani going purple. Highly recommend Dani.Dani wasnt available so I was referred to Sonata, assured she was experienced. She told me right off the bat they used Chi color and she had only ever worked with Redken. Should have gotten out of the chair then.I wasnt sure what shade of blonde I wanted - was going from a gray/brown to blonde again after chemo took all my hair. Chose out of a color chart a 9N.See photos taken the day after. I ended up with a 13G and she kept trying to gaslight me saying thats what you asked for. I would have NEVER chosen this. Plus she had to keep calling another more experienced stylist over to tell her what to do.They then sold me purple shampoo and conditioner ($60 worth) to take out the brass. I felt like I had no choice if I wanted my hair to look anywhere near normal.Mark (unsure of his relationship to the salon) said to come back so they could fix it but I am not sure I want these people anywhere near my hair, which just means more money out of pocket to have it fixed.Highly dissatisfied and will not return. The ONLY reason I gave two stars was because Dani was so great with my autistic daughter.UPDATE: I was so depressed about my hair that I did go back Christmas Eve and met with Rachel. She was very knowledgeable about color. We first tried to just tone the color, but then it was clear highlights were needed. Used a cap - was a quick process. When it was all said and I looked in the mirror I LOVED it! I scrunched it with my natural curl and I felt like myself again. I was so happy.Thank you to everyone who worked to fix my hair - it was a Christmas Eve collaborative effort. I now can smile in my Christmas pics.

    Lucas cut both of my girls hair and he did awesome. They are 6 and 4 years old and he had so much patience with them! They are so happy with their haircuts ☺️ it was their first haircuts and they also got a certificate with a lock of their hair on it. Thank you guys so much !

    Visited on Friday for the first time. I had a color, wash, and cut by Danyelle. The experience was great, so much better than some competitors in town. She really knows what she is doing and has techniques I havent seen before! I really appreciated the lively discussion and will be returning!

    First time here after being at another salon for over 15 years. Victoria did a great job on my color and talking me through what I wanted beforehand. She also shared that we would only need this overhaul a couple of times a year. I expected to pay a lot this first time with the amount of work she put in and three colors to give me more dimension (which turned out beautifully!) However, mentioning the cost to maintain won’t be as hard on my pocket in the future was a great touch that should help keep customers coming back. I scheduled my next appointment before I left.Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Everyone checked in on me and my son throughout the few hours we were there.My five year old son was with me and we were able to get his hair cut too. He was hesitant at first because it’s not our usual place but Eleanor put him at ease. Within 20 seconds he was following her to her chair. I appreciated the referral from my stylist to someone who was great with kids. My impression is this place is like a family environment rather than just coworkers or ‘every man for himself’.So glad I found my new hair home!

    Everyone one here is super friendly!Tami is my preferred stylist. Very pleasant and patient. She did a fantastic job with my wash, cut, and dry a few weeks back. Since then I’ve gone for a wash and dry weekly. My hair holds up great for the week. Soft and fluffy.

    I started coming here about 6 months ago after we moved to town (so my old stylist was no longer an option), and I was really nervous to let someone new touch my hair because I have worked so hard to get my hair this long - and I was in search of the perfect stylist: someone who is talented at cut AND color, who is gentle with my fine and easy-to-damage hair, and who is enjoyable (I have a ton of hair, so my hair days are long ones! And since this is one of the rare times I am away from my four kids, I dont want my uncommon adult-only times to be filled with awkward silences and boring conversation.) After carefully inspecting reviews from several places and searching for the perfect stylist, I decided Misty was my girl.I could not be happier! Misty does an excellent job asking the right questions and listening to ensure she gives you exactly the style you want. She takes her time going through the process, and pays attention to all the details that separate a good cut/color from a great one. She continuously takes classes and learns new techniques to keep up with the latest trends and improve her skill- its actually hard for me to believe that someone with such a high skillset works at a place with such a low price point. She could easily work at a high-end salon and charge double, but she chooses to work at Fantastic Sams because of the great atmosphere. And a huge bonus to all of it is she is friendly, upbeat and easy to talk to. I always have a great time when I am in her chair.I wish I would have taken a before picture from the first time she saw me - when she revived my hair from a damaged (4 inches of split ends), lifeless, shapeless blob into a healthy, beautiful style. Today, she added high and low lights to help give my hair more dimension (pictured).Anyway, all this to say, I definitely recommend Misty for anything you could want for your hair! She is my new go-to girl!

    Just took my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter there Im not sure the ladys name Im horrible with names but she was absolutely wonderful with my daughter my daughter is usually shy and reclusive especially around people shes never seen or heard before but she took to her very well haircut was amazing she did a wonderful job I will definitely be taking her back there when she needs her next one and her sister needs one!

    I went in without an appointment on 11/10 and was greeted with a warm smile. I was told it was going to be a short wait,(which I expected) and I was seated about five minutes later with Jean. I have to say that I am so happy with my haircut and have had several people compliment me, including a friend that owns her own salon.     This Hairstyle Service is the BEST Ive ever experienced. And Ive been to many in my day. The store is spotlessly clean, before & after each appointment. Ive got the best hair style girl.     I moved to this area 3 months ago and immediately found Fantastic Sams in Orange Park. Danni has been my hairdresser for every visit. She has always been very friendly and pleasant and I am always pleased with her work. Also, Marc always greets me when I come in and always makes me feel welcome and is happy to see me. I would recommend anyone to go to Fantastic Sams. They are all very professional and caring!

    Tammie Lee is amazing! She gave my hair a brand new life. I have natural curly hair and I gave her a picture that I thought was impossible and I said just get as close as you can... she far exceeded anything I could imagine. Im 39 and Ive never had a cut and color like this. She is a color specialist! She gave me gorgeous blonde highlights. I love it! And she is wonderful company to be around! Thank you Tammie Lee!

    Ive just been in recently, feeling a new style. And the stylist going by the name of Ren (Temperance) did just that!She was very patient and took her time to get just what I wanted before she got going. Very pleasant and caring company as well the entire time!They were always making sure every step of the way to keep me reassured as well, whenever I had a question about what was going on.I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Ren for all of your hair needs!

    I went to this salon for almost 20 years and in 2015 stopped going there due to bad haircut’s. It’s now 2021, I was running errands today and decided I will give them a try again. I walked in and the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming, he said he has an appointment at 1230 pm with a stylist that was coming in soon. My hair is thin due to stress I have endured over the years and I know it may make it difficult to cut. But, I will tell you that Haley is totally an amazing sweet, professional young lady and she knows what she is doing. She listens how you would like your hair and makes it happen! I hate having to go back to have my hair fixed by someone else cause I hate complaining, but for the first time I don’t have to and I love it! Awesome job Haley!! I will be back to see you!

But, the true champion of this Orange Park shop belongs to Mark.Throughout the pandemic, he and his partner Jean did not increase any costs (that is only for my services).     I had my hair colored and cut by Ren. I have a lot of anxiety about hair cuts and talking to people in general and they really helped me a lot! They were very patient and kind and considerate while we discussed what my goal was and it came out perfectly. The color is exactly what I wanted and my hair feels amazing, even better than it did before. They even considered my poofy wavey hair when cutting so it wouldnt be too short. Thank you!!

    My son had appointment at 3 and he was seated by 3:03. Asked for undercut ( i wasnt sure what that was, but my son wanted) and the hair stylist explained to me what that is and how she is going to cut and asked me how my sons hair looked throughout the process.     I’ve been coming to this location for about 10 years. I’ve always had a great hair cut. They always listen to what I want and make their professional suggestions. Kristen recently did a color and cut and it turned out so good!! I’ve never had my hair dyed so I didn’t know what to expect. I went from a dull blonde to a bleach blonde with brown roots. I really love it. She spent time and didn’t rush through it. Thank you so much!

    I went in to get my eight yr old nephews hair cut and I didn’t have time to get mine cut but I will as soon as I can . I wish I could remember the stylist name but the owners name is Mark and he was so hospitable and knowledgeable and just so kind and while the stylist was cutting my nephews hair Mark took the time to go over some deep conditioning products . I am over forty yrs old and my hair is dry and coarse and I’ve tried all types of high end conditioners and nothing has worked , I could not brush their it after a shower and I have very long thick hair . Well I purchased the vanilla bean deep conditioning treatment , the FS salon grade deep conditioning and a bottle of the chi serum and the first day I used the FS salon grade and wow it actually worked ! Next day I used the vanilla bean treatment and I honestly had no faith but worth trying and I just cannot believe how well it works and the smell is so calming . I used the chi to top it all off and I put too much the first time it only takes a little bit, but I didn’t listen to Mark and I should have but next use I did it right and I’m just beside myself right now . The conditioner is not heavy and it doesn’t cake on your scalp and it’s so shiny and my highlights look like they weren’t done a year ago . I don’t understand what makes it all work but it does ! If u have dry course hair plz try it it’s worth every penny I promise ! I have even paid for stylist to do a deep conditioning treatment and it lasted til my next wash and was out and it was over fifty bucks plus tip I spent almost a hundred for the session . I never go anywhere to get my hair cut I get my husband to trim it lol but knowing the atmosphere there is so welcoming and comfortable and clean I am going there from now on . And another great thing is the location , it’s right next to Publix and I’m in middleburg too so it’s close to me. I have found my spot ! I hope Mark never moves or sells out and I pray that stylist stays too or ile have to follow her wherever she goes lol. Ty for taking such great care of my nephew , he loves his hair cut and she spent so much time with him , he’s a talker , and she was just such a natural . If u want the same stylis just bring up this post and Mark will know who I’m talking about . Ty so much again for saving me u have no idea how much I look forward to washing my hair now ! ❤️

    Victoria Gaskin is awesome. She spent 2 hours treating me to the perfect cut. If you have LONG curly hair, she is the one you need. I love my hair again. She made my hair look beautiful again.     Haley cut and colored my hair exactly the way I asked her to. This salon was a full service salon and more like a proud family owned business. So many salons just offer cuts only and your lucky to get your hair washed let alone dried and styled.
