    I’m so happy with my stitch corn roll braids.Amy did a phenomenal job on my hair. I received many compliments at work. She was so warm and kind with her amazing customer service. Not to mention on arrival you feel like you’re in good hands.     I drove a 1hour and 30mins to the salon. It was well worth the drive. She gave a great conversation was very funny. She excepts everyone and every race with an open heart. She did my hair amazing even did extensions for me cause my hair still a little to short and it all looks amazing. This was my first time doing anything like this with my hair. She made a customer for life. Thank you Amy.

    She is an AMAZING WOMAN very professional and fast, best hair salon to got to for any needs, she did my locs very nice as I’m starting my journey with them. She is very good at multi-tasking as I book my appointment and there was a client she wasn’t finish but she got me in the seat very quick extra star there. Happy customer ;)

    Great experience! It was challenging finding someone to braid my hair that was professional and seemed to care about my hair and what was best for me. After calling and then stopping by, Amy scheduled my appointment the very next day for small box braids because my hair is very short. When I arrived for my appointment at 9 AM, they were on time, quick and took care to make sure my hair was not too tight and my edges were not damaged. Definitely coming back!

    A big factor when I was looking for someone to do my hair was fullness in their pictures, and I was not disappointed. I got kinky twists done and am absolutely in love. Theres so much volume and the braids are so neat. Amy herself is quick and professional. Absolutely do recommend.

    After booking, Amy reached to confirm the style. She was very communicative and flexible and sent me pictures to decide on the final look. She provided braiding hair and didnt have a 20 step checklist before booking. She is fast braider and got my hair done in the amount of time listed when booking. Great salon experience.

    Three words: excellent, fast service! Amy came through for me in a pinch and fit me in last minute. Within 3 hours I was on my way with a cute feed-in style. Its a few weeks later and Im back for another round, this time for medium box braids. Im one hour into the service and a third of my hair is already done! I wont be going anywhere else. Lastly, her shop has ample parking and everything is clean and organized. Aces all around!

    Amy did a Halo braid for me and I received so many compliments. I was in love as soon as I saw the mirror. The atmosphere is relaxing, very calm, and welcoming! I had fun with her, the other customer, and other worker (Kay...I think her name was). I am already looking to book my next appointment. So glad I found a hair salon who sees you RIGHT AWAY!     Highly recommend Amy, I went to her for the first time and she did cornrows for me. Her work is very clean and crisp and she was very nice. The salon is very neat and tidy. I will be definitely be returning to get my hair done by her again in the future.

    Enjoyed my time @ Amy’s African Braids Salon. The shop was very CLEAN, QUAINT, & INVITING! Both Amy & Kay were very personable & professional…the longer I was in the chair, the more comfortable I became because the conversation was flowing!! Amy did my box braids & did an amazing job…I absolutely love my braids! I look forward to going back & utilizing her other services: taking my braids down, washing my hair, blow drying it, & braiding it all over again. I think I found the perfect braid salon for me ❤️!!

    I always wait a couple days in order to do an honest and fair review, so here we goI like the final product, but when I book my appointment it was with the owner and for my surprise another girl jumped in (not a big deal) I never fight over prices, is your salon but u had to be more professional and let me know someone was going to jump in, this second girl pulled my hair really bad and was kind of slow, answered the phone like there wasn’t any sense of urgency and that’s when the owner make the mistake, this isn’t a $3 service and I think fair that if costumers pick up a braider the service is provided as we requested for, they’re both nice girls but I would have preferred that instead of braiding one of your kids hair you would had finished with me first, besides that everything went just fine

    I am new to the area and It was my first time going to Amys and I must say this will be the only place I get my hair done. Very professional and they take pride in the work that they do.     I got my hair braided here and I am so happy that I did. The sizing is consistent, the parts are small and even, and the braids are neat. My braider was still braiding another client’s hair when I arrived, and when I saw that client’s hair upon completion, I knew that my hair was going to look amazing. I love my hair and I have gotten a ton of compliments. I will definitely be back. Thanks to Amy’s sister/aunt for getting me right. I appreciate ya!

    They did an amazing job on my hair the service was great. So nice and patient with my knots still in my hair. I got a beautiful kinky twist style in just a couple hours.     I’ve been in the process of growing my hair back and Amy was great suggesting styles that work with the length that I have while my hair grows. The salon is so cute and clean and everyone is punctual. Started right on time and had the other ladies assist on my hair. I got a full head of small braids and I was out in 2 hours. Will def be back.

    This is my second time here at Amys African Salon, first time I got lost and it was way passed my time. Amy and her staff directed me to there shop and still got my haid did in Crochet Butterfly Locs. Amy and her staff are very professional and courteous. I got a lot of compliments on the Butterfly Locs. I would recommend all my family and friends to get there hair done here.Amys Salon is a very clean and professional Salon, they are friendly and while your there you can relax and listen to some great jams as you are getting your service.     Booked an appointment the day before my flight was departing for a wash, blow dry, and braid down. Professional, clean, courteous, culturally aware, and relaxed atmosphere. Kay did a quick wonderful job and was very pleasant and professional! I will be returning when I visit Orlando!

    Found Ami on Facebook after moving to the Orlando area, not too long ago. She completed medium-small below the waist length Senegalese Twists at a VERY reasonable price. It took about 4.5 hours to complete && she did an AHHHMMMAAAZZZIIINNNGGGG job, I was soo happy with it. Can’t wait for her to do my hair again !
