To a girl who has never done anything chemically to her hair, this was a GREAT place to start!!! Rom did an amazing (5 1/2 hour) job on my thick, curly hair! She offered to set me up for my first appointment right after my consultation and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! Their shop is so cozy (especially with the cutest dog walking around). 😊 She took my inspo pics and ran with it! She provided great suggestions for me following my appointment as a “newbie” and introduced me to the owner to potentially do my girls’ hair & makeup for my wedding! Overall, a wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back! 💕

1st time at this salon and was a little nervous. Ingrid was my stylist. She was very professional and knowledgeable about hair. I had over grown roots along with red tones in my old highlights. She was able to get it back to a beautiful blonde with soft tones without damaging hair. I am from Michigan and literally will fly down to have her do my root touch ups! I went in to fix some washed-out highlights I had left over from over a year ago. Rom looked over my idea photos, gave me advice, and took her time caring for my hair. I also did a conditioning treatment, and my hair looks so much more lively. What I really appreciated is her transparency with pricing, which I rarely see in salons, and she kept me informed all throughout the service. It was my first time there, and Ill be going back for future service!

I dont live in Orlando but scheduled while in town. They were able to get me in within my stay. Let me just start by saying this salon environment is immaculate. The owner Trina is amazing and super friendly! The culture and the environment of the entire staff work together as a team. Rom was phenomanal and over delivered with my results. The pictures speak for themselves. During the entire process she was very patient and you can see how passionate she is about hair. Go to her for your bayalages. Highly recommend!

I wanted to find a salon that definitely knew how to do balayage, and this was the perfect salon! After doing a lot of research and stumbling upon this salon in my research, I booked an appointment with Rom. She was great, she explained everything, she was upfront with the price, she fixed a bad haircut I had at a previous salon, and did the most amazing balayage! I was there for 4 hours (I have long and dense hair). If you want hair stylists who know what they are doing, come to this salon! Before and after photos attached! I haven’t gotten my hair done in quite some time and with just moving it’s hard to find a stylist that you trust again with your hair. After doing a lot of research, I found Beauty & The Balayage Hair Salon. I booked with Kayla and right off the bat Kayla was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable! She did amazing on my hair and I couldn’t be happier, I wish I could give more stars! Definitely found my go to salon!

OMG! This place is amazing. I discovered this salon through looking desperately online for days after I had an unpleaseant Experience at a previous salon. I made an appointment and from the moment I walked in I was greeted very warmly. Kayla was my stylist and let me tell you, she is great!! She was very communicative, funny, respectful, and professional. She offered me water, a blanket, and just made me feel very comfortable! Kayla , Trina, and Rom all had bits and pieces of help and input along the way for me and i am very grateful. This was an amazing experience and i already booked another appointment for next week. December 2024:I haven’t gone back to a hair salon since November 2020, but I trust Beauty and the Balayage so I came back here 4 years later. This time I worked with Rom, and she was phenomenal! My hair looks amazing and I absolutely love it. She considered what I asked for and offered suggestions for a better outcome, and is so knowledgeable when it comes to hair. Besides my great hair results, I loved the atmosphere, the salon is beautiful and the hairstylists are all great to talk with. I recommend this salon 1000 times again.November 2020:I can’t rave enough about this salon. Trina put her magic touch on my hair. I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered! I was ecstatic with the end product, a balayage on my dark brunette hair with a near Ash Blonde. Thank you so much Trina!I definitely recommend for a great quality balayage service. I can’t wait to go back for my follow-up treatments.

Finding a hairstylist who is truly invested in curating a perfect look is difficult. But at this salon, I have never felt so welcomed and heard. Kayla did a phenomenal job with my cut and color service. Her genuine interest and attention to detail was very reassuring. Her work has to be my all-time favorite hairstyle Ive had. Its clear to me that the stylists at this salon are passionate about their work and intentional about the environment they create. From the moment I was greeted by Annie, at the front desk, to when I got up from the chair, I felt truly pampered. Awesome business, awesome salon dog, awesome service!

5 stars(!!!!) Brooke is knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly talented. I have had bright/platinum blonde hair for 31 years, but today I was ready for a change. Brooke listened to my “wants,” my maintenance needs, and my overall hair goals. Immediately, she had a plan to achieve the perfect strawberry beige blonde and work with my natural roots for a smoother grow out. It is better than I could have imagined. I could not be more happy with my experience with Rom!! The first picture is the hair I came in with. I had been getting my hair dyed red at another salon and was not being treated well there, and as you can see there’s a huge disparity in the color of my roots and the color of the rest of my hair. I decided that after that experience, I wanted to go back to brown (my natural color) and add some dimension, and wasn’t sure it was possible. As you can see, Rom did such a BEAUTIFUL job with my hair. It turned out so much better than I could have imagined, and I’ve already received so many compliments. Thank you to Rom and the rest of the staff - I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their hair done. :)

I have been to see Trina now 3 times for highlight/low light, touch up, and just a trim in between. WOW!!!Ladies, I have been in FL for almost 5 years and have had A TIME trying to find a good stylist who cares, who listens, who doesn’t fry my hair, who knows how to schedule their time and doesn’t give me 1/2 the service I scheduled, the list goes on….So you can understand my hesitancy in getting one good hairdo and putting a review in. But after 3 times now and each time being spot on with the tweaks I wanted to make from one visit to the next (each having a slightly different hairstyle & color) Trina brings it home each time!So, so thankful I found this hidden gem because there are a TON of salons in Orlando/Winter Park to choose from let me tell you, THIS IS THE REAL DEAL & THEY CARE! They listen AND they’re talented enough to give you the photo & vision you bring in vs. some random rendition of it.My hair has never been healthier since I’ve been in FL and I absolutely love this salon and Trina from the ambiance to the friendly faces, and the way they truly listen and take time to talk through your style with you. You are crazy if you don’t change your salon and stylist NOW to Beauty and The Balyage.And no, this isn’t paid. This is a review that is well deserved. I have been getting my hair dyed over 15 years and I have never been more impressed with the results I received. Selah is the best hairstylist I have had to date. She was extremely thorough and you can tell when she works that she is truly a professional.What was also surprising was the price. It took 3 hours to dye my roots, tone and style my hair and the price was akin to the average salons price for touching up my roots.If you havent tried out this place you are missing out!!

Ellie is a new stylist there, and she is absolutely amazing! She turned my box yellow highlight to an ashy blonde beautiful balayage!! I am moving two hours away, but whenever I need to get my hair done I will be making the trip to see Ellie. Really, she did magic! I found this salon via a google search and absolutely LOVED my experience! The salon itself is extremely clean, well decorated, has amazing energy and feels very cozy. Trina was kind, easy to talk to and did an excellent job on my hair cut. She also washed my hair at the end of the hair cut, which was so relaxing! To top it all off, there is a Salon Dog named Cleo that is so sweet and adorable. I will definitely return and I highly recommend!

I recently decided to treat myself to a visit at Beauty & The Balayage Hair Salon, and I’m so pleased I did! Rom handled my haircut and treatment, and I was pretty much satisfied with the experience. Rom has a fantastic knack for making you feel at ease right away, like you’re catching up with an old friend. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and her suggestions were perfect. The haircut turned out just as I hoped—it’s stylish and easy to manage.I also tried the Saphira defrizz treatment, and my hair looked incredibly shiny and smooth afterward. Today was my first wash after the treatment, and while some of the shine has faded, I appreciate that the treatment isn’t as heavy as a Brazilian Blowout. I’m really hoping it lasts the full 3-4 months as claimed because it is a bit pricey, and I want it to be worth the investment.The salon has such a welcoming atmosphere. Rom and the lady at the cashier were both incredibly friendly, and the entire vibe was relaxing.If you’re thinking about getting a haircut or hair treatment, I wholeheartedly recommend Rom at Beauty & The Balayage. I was very nervous about getting a balayage since I have virgin hair. Ellie took care of doing my balayage. She was so sweet and has an amazing personality. She made me look like a completely different person. She worked so hard on my hair, even going past salon hours to get it done. We started at 3 and finished at 10pm. My thick horse hair sure gave her a big project. You can tell she loves what she does though. I will be coming back for my toner in a couple weeks and I will definitely come back to her!

I have typically booked with Ingrid in the past as she always provides amazing service as well as fully executing exactly what I want to achieve with my hair while still communicating with me about my hair health and how to best take care of it. My most recent time booking with Ingrid something unfortunately came up and she was unable to do my hair on the day of my appointment. No problem at all, we are all human and things come up sometimes and this also is not typical for Ingrid at all. Trina ended up reaching out to me to let me know that unfortunately, Ingrid would not be able to do my hair that day but that she would be more than happy to do my hair for me. I was a bit nervous as I had already builded trust with Ingrid but seeing that Trina was very kind, flexible , and understanding with attempting to make it work to do my hair on top of her regular schedule I decided I would still go in for my appointment. Needless to say, I was absolutely not disappointed. Trina was very kind and personable and was very communicative about the process before we got into her doing my hair and as well as during. I went from having dark chocolate brown hair with a blonde peekaboo to a much more natural brown balliage. She trimmed my hair to where I still had my length but now have some beautiful face framing layers and I am absolutely obsessed with my new hair. Overall, 10/10 services at this salon. Really positive vibes in the salon itself and even better stylists. Ingrid is for sure my go to girl but Trina absolutely outdid herself and I am very glad I was able to get my hair done by her. Would book with either of these wonderful ladies again.

This place is fantastic. I had Danielle, who was a goddess.This is the first time Ive gotten my haircut by someone since the pandemic started. Danielle was thoughtful, kind, very patient in explaining things to me. She talked to me about what would be best for my hair and for what future maintenance would look like. I did a full balayage and a cut and the price was just right ($320, tip excluded) for the two and a half hours I was there.I cannot recommend Danielle enough. Danielle is kind, energetic, so spunky, and she listens to you. She is such a sweet individual and she took care of me when I was having a really rough time. Danielle, if you see this, thank you for being such a sweetheart. It made such a difference to me. You doing my hair made me walk away a little taller, head high and ready to kick some serious butt.I cant wait to go back to Beauty and the balayage. The environment is great, the dog is a cutie, and everyone there treats you so sweetly. 10/10 experience. Ive found my salon.

I went to Beauty and the Balayage salon. Called to see if they had any last appointments, they did not have anything for full balayages although they had room for a partial! It was super exciting to hear they would be able to fit me in their schedule. Already from that it was a great impression on the salon. The girls working on 11-29-23 were extremely professional and kind. I had to opportunity to have Danielle do a partial balayage. Danielle asked me the questions about what I was looking for and she did an amazing job with the color match from a reference photo. They made me hot chocolate and gave me a water bottle. This is my first time booking at this salon and I was not disappointed. I got scheduled very fast which I was really happy about. Danielle was my stylist and she did a great job. EDIT:After a week, I am very sad with my hair now. When its not blow dried and straight, now I see how short it got. I am pretty sure I mentioned not to cut more than 1 inch, and this is like 5-8 cm(2-3inches) shorter than I discussed with the Trina. This is dissappointing to have my hair suddenly way shorter than it was right before my important event...____A friend of mine showed a photo of her with a splendid silver gray hair color she once had two years ago and she told me about Trina. I had my hair done by Trina about a month ago. I’ve been meaning to write my review because I am just amazed with what she did. I came in for a color correction from a different salon and was worried that it wouldn’t be fixed easily but she saved me. Not only is my hair much blonder and even throughout, it’s still healthy. A month later and I’m still in love with it! She also recommended olaplex leave in conditioner that has helped bring life back into my hair. She truly knows what she’s doing and I’m very happy to have had an appointment with her.

This is an amazing little salon tucked in College Park. Its calming to the senses, peaceful and relaxing. The owner, Trina, is a warm and friendly person who makes you feel youre the most important client she has. More importantly, she really listens to what you want, the look you are going for and will advise you based on your hair type, texture, etc on what works best. Im VERY picky about my hair and she has given me the best Bob hair cut ever...and Ive been to salons all over the world. Chose the salon from my initial communication with Trina vs the other salons I had called. She did a great job with my color correction. Also my first time doing balayage and loved it! I booked with Paola and from the moment I came in for my consultation she made me feel comfortable, confident and right at home. Not only was she welcoming but the other staff were just as friendly. Paola was super considerate of the time, truly listened to what I wanted and made sure to deliver.
