10/10!! I absolutely love the look and feel of my hair extensions! From the start, my experience has been very pleasant and professional. I initially went in to get color matched and with the amazing team here, they color matched me perfectly to my blonde highlights. Coming back for the installation was a breeze. I was greeted by the owner (Yasmin) who guided me through what we were going to do. She recommended products based on my needs, I was given a complimentary head massage, and delicious coffee while I was getting my service completed. They play up beat, modern music and all the staff is kind and helpful. I have definitely become a member and can’t wait to do more together. I highly recommend for daily maintenance or for special occasions! Did I mention they have makeup and coming soon waxing services? SOLD!

Got off the airplane and stopped here to get my hair done. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The store was clean, there were a few people getting services but there was no wait with appointment. They have a makeup area and the regular hair area. Area. The waiting space is all the way in the back of the store which is different and fine. The weather is horrible so I hope the hair will last!

The staff at Blo were all so incredible. I live in Boston but am in Florida for a wedding and our whole bridal party went here for hair and makeup for rehearsal dinner day. (As a less crazy option than the professionals for the actual wedding day) I couldnt be more impressed with their performance and the way they treated all of us. It was amazing and I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Blow old town West for maybe eight months and I’ve never had a bad blowout. They even put tinsel in my hair and I get a lot of compliments on it. Everybody I’ve worked with has been superb. I would highly recommend getting your blowout I use a curling iron or I have the music curling iron after my blowout And I get a lot of compliments on my girls. It’s a lovely salon and the owner is very kind and friendly. They serve coffee and water and tea and fizzy water. There’s a lot of light in the room and there’s no bad smells. They only do blowouts. They don’t do color or cuts. They also do make up.

Going to Blo is always an amazing experience. Everyone is so kind and genuine and the stylists are all wonderful. I came two days in a row and got two different styles, a half up half down and glam waves for a wedding I was attending. My half up half down look lasted from 9am to 2am and still looked absolutely perfect and my glam waves stayed for 12+ hours. I would 1000% recommend this salon!!

The team at blo is absolutely amazing! Everyone is extremely welcoming and they make you feel so comfortable. My make up turned out exactly how I wanted. Monica was so patient and executed the look I was going for perfectly. They truly listen to you when it comes to what you’re looking for. I have been to many different blow out bars - in various cities, including LA and this has been the best blowout I’ve ever gotten.We are in town for a wedding and needed a blow out. My SIL and I came - they were efficient and it looked fantastic. It lasted not only the whole weekend there but with a little bit of dry shampoo we washed our hair one week later. Highly recommend.

I have never been to a blow dry bar. And I had the best experience with my stylist Anna. She made me feel very welcomed, walked me through the options of hair styles, gave the best scalp massage (that I almost fell sleep), and best blow drying experience and hair style I’ve had in a really long time. This place with BLO you away! I used to go to a Blo back in Addison, TX - loved my stylist there and had a membership for YEARS. So much so that I had kept my membership when I moved to FL, at the time, the only Blo open was the Downtown Orlando one. I felt like the stylists at that location constantly tried to upsell products I didn’t need & also just had crazy attitude problems. After a really negative experience there, one which included the manager being nasty & refusing to give me the owner’s number until I emailed corporate, I wound up canceling my membership.Now for O-Town West: I had seen that they opened up this location which was closer to my house. Around Easter time, I reluctantly decided to give Blo a chance again since it was this location’s soft opening. I was one of their first customers. I got paired with Cristina and haven’t looked back! She is amazing and her energy just gives me bestie vibes. I am in such good hands here. She has consistently slayed my hair, she understands my hair texture and exactly what my hair needs to thrive and still look perfect, with her knowledge of hair, it even survives the summer humidity in Florida! My hair has grown so much since Cristina has started blowing out my hair, just a testament of her good energy. The manager, Yasmin is also the sweetest human and is always customer centric - she is amazing at what she does and really looks after me. Because of them, I have a monthly membership again. They have a forever customer out of me! 💖 Thank you Cristina for keeping my hair beautiful!

Went to Blo Town West to get a blow out and I absolutely fell in love! My stylist Anna started with a relaxing hair wash. They all use Unite products (which smells amazing btw) I felt so pampered throughout the whole process and my hair came out so good!They provide a book of different styles and pictures so even for my indecisive girlies, they have a very great way of giving options and opening your horizons when it comes to styling and what looks best on you. Anna did amazing and did exactly what I asked for. She even educated me about my natural curl pattern, how to care for it, and recommended me a product to keep my hair healthy while maintaining my desired look!

Called for a same day appointment for me and my friend, and luckily there was availability for us! My stylist was super attentive and did exactly what I wanted. I was worried about the Florida humidity and my hair being stubborn and usually frizzy they used the Wow Color Dream Coat and now my hair is so perfect! My stylist even took the time to explain how to use Dream Coat at home properly. I am attending a conference and didn’t want to spend hours doing my hair at the hotel and it was well worth the price. My friend’s hair turned out amazing as well.

My experience with Blo Blow Dry Bar O-Town West was wonderful. The Bar is beautiful, spotless, and well organized. The equipment (heating tools, station and shampooing chairs, lighting, etc.), is state of the art. The Blo Team was professional, accommodating and very friendly. They were also truly knowledgeable about the numerous services and products the Bar uses and sells. Of course, the absolute best part of my experience was the “Pin Straight” blow out done by stylist Christina.My hair is long, thick, and wavy but Christina worked her magic and “Pin Straight” blow out was stunning. Amazing experience this am as an out of towner who needed wedding guest hair stat! The staff were also so gracious when I messed up the initial booking date and corrected my error quickly! On arrival greeted and met the dopest and most fashionable stylist, who turns out to be my hair expert for the day. She showed me the style options and I let her just go for it. Great wash and blowout and silk press all in under an hour. She then pin curled me so I could get my outfit on and not ruin my hair and told me how to take them out. Convo was great and the owner was a great conversationalist on her many travels! Thank you for the fun stories Yasmine. I shopped and waited for my Lyft and grabbed a new lip color and mascara. Highly recommend this spot!

I had a fantastic experience at Blo Blow Dry Bar in O-Town West. My hair is super fine and straight, and it never holds curls – that was until I met Adriel, the hair magician! He immediately understood my hair texture and knew exactly what it needed. For the first time in my life, my hair stayed exactly the way he styled it. Hes amazing, and I highly recommend booking a session with him.The owners, Fauzia and her sister Yasmin, are dedicated and hardworking women.
