I went to Mychael Humphries for a complete mommy makeover. I was feeling very blah with my look so I booked an appointment with him for some TLC and he definitely delivered!! From the moment I walked in he made me feel like the most important person in the room, he even did my makeup for me for the icing on the cake. I left the salon feeling like the belle of the ball, thanks to Mychael and his expertise!

If you need a new hair salon, look no further than Dolce Vita! I needed to find a salon when I moved to Orlando and when I scheduled my first appointment, I could not have been luckier to get on Kimberly’s schedule! The entire staff and environment at Dolce Vita is so warm and welcoming and Kimberly is absolutely phenomenal. I look forward to every time I get to visit the salon and spend time in Kimberly’s chair. Getting highlights was the first time I colored my hair and Kimberly was amazing in her knowledge, explanations and recommendations. She is always a joy to chat with, and I truly appreciate her attention to detail, extensive product and hair care knowledge, and how refreshed and happy I feel every time I leave my appointments. Not to mention her scalp massages post-shampooing are the most relaxing thing I have EVER experienced! My stylist forever!!!

Tin was Absolutely Amazing!!! She carefully listened to what I wanted and explained to me what needed to be done to get the color that I wanted, when it came to the hair cut she made suggestions on what would look best and the best way to allow it to grow. She also noticed a mistake that had been done on my hair from a previous hair stylist( like I said she is amazing)and fixed it. I can definitely say that I have found THE stylist for me.

Emmy was truly wonderful! Absolutely love her!! She carefully listened to what I wanted and made suggestions on what needed to be done to keep my mane healthy. I had orange/yellow tones to my hair and my fine hair became coarse over time. I wasnt liking the condition my hair was in. She made recommendations which I truly appreciated and I will most certainly follow the action plan she outlined. She was very personable and kindhearted. Put me at ease immediately. Very obvious she puts a lot of effort in her craft and wants the best for her clients. Love what she has done for my hair! The color and feel of it now is amazing!! Ive gotten several compliments so far! Its going to be quite the journey as we go through a few more sessions to get my color corrected and then just maintenance afterwards. Couldnt have asked for a better stylist!

If you’re looking for men’s cuts, look no further. Frank Rose has been doing my hair every 3 weeks for nearly 6 years and if you see him, you’ll understand why. I change hairstyles with the seasons and we’ll always talk through the changes and expectations giving me the confidence to trust him with any big decision regarding my hair. Top that with excellent customer service on both his end and with the Dolce Vita staff, wholesome and comical conversations and every session feels like meeting with family. Loved my experience with Rae! She transformed my hair into exactly what I wanted. We did a consultation ahead of the appointment which helped me solidify what I wanted and it was amazing to see Rae make it happen. Rae also introduced me to some new products that smell amazing and work magic. I have received compliments on my hair everywhere I have gone since leaving the salon! The salon is very clean and tastefully decorated. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. Overall Im very impressed with the experience and will be recommending everyone there!

From the owner, front desk staff, every employee and TIN!Tin will be quick to tell me NO when I want purple hair and I appreciate her honesty and respectfully the upkeep of that style is a lot more work than expected as I can clearly see now. lol. Once I’m in Tin’s chair I feel confident she’s going to tell me what’s best for the health of my hair and then style! Impeccable service! 🤩✨🥂

My hair is a walking billboard for my stylist, Yoey, and her talents. I was referred to Yoey 3 years ago by a friend who has been a loyal client for many years. Best choice I ever made.I had long hair my entire life and cut it off to a pixie 10 years ago and spent 7 years trying to find the right stylist. Well, I ABSOLUTELY found that in Yoey!First and foremost, she cares! She takes time to listen, answer questions, and give advice. I trust her wholeheartedly with my hair cut and color. Yoey takes her time and is meticulous about her process and craft. She is knowledgeable about the products specific to my hair type which enhances the magic she’s already created.I sing her praises to every person who compliments my hair… and that happens A LOT!! She’s kind and so fun to talk with. I always look forward to my time with her.I’d follow Yoey to the Moon if that’s where she said she was going. I have confidence feel renewed & beautiful after my time with her. (P.s. Her head massages are to die for!)

Maddie has been cutting and styling my hair for the past 3 years and I can’t say I’ve ever found anyone better. I have very thick curly hair that can be hard to manage a lot of times, but she always knows best in turning it into something great. On top of this, she is amazing with color. I never thought I would ever try out coloring my hair, but she brought me out of my comfort zone to try several creative colors and styles that I’ve been extremely happy with. She’s an incredibly talented, fun and motivating stylist. Dolce Vita is very lucky to have Maddie join the team. I highly recommend her!!

I visited this salon with my 13 year old for cuts and color. It was our first time at this salon sense we are new to town. Rose was our stylist and did both mine and my daughters hair. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and made my daughter feel super relaxed even though she was really nervous. She made some amazing style suggestions that I ended up doing and it turned out so beautifully. We had so much fun and she turned a basic hair appointment into a really fun afternoon for both me and my daughter, who also absolutely loved her new cut and color. Kim S. Is a magical hair artist! I have been looking for a stylist to do a copperish fire balayage on my hair and Im SO glad I researched for months before setting up an appt with her. First, I went to her for a hair cut fix- two weeks prior I had an awful haircut (by the sweetest, nicest stylist. She cut it WAY too short. I said 2-3, she chopped off 5-6inches and did no style, just a flat bob). Anyways, Kim fixed it up, added layers, made it look hip and got rid of my George Washington the day after the battle of brandywine hair cut. I got immediate compliments from EVERYONE, everywhere. I went back a little less than a month later for the balayage color melt and she did a GORGEOUS job. I have bad hair salon anxiety and used to only visit a hair salon once or twice a year but now I will be visiting Kim every couple months for my hair.Summary- got a lit haircut and hair coloring that makes me look and feel amazing by Kim. S. If you like hip, cool, ahead of the trend hair color and cuts, visit Kim S. You wont be disappointed. Check out her insta and youll see what I mean.

Maddie has been my hairstylist for 3-4 incredible years.She knows intuitively exactly what I want/need. My hair has honestly never looked or felt healthier. Her color talents are legendary! She was recommended to me specifically for her talent with color-a true artist. I dont want to trust my color to anyone else. Maddie takes her time to make sure Im thoroughly happy with the color and cut every single time. I have honestly never been disappointed-which is rare even with the best of stylists. Maddie is a hair color genie. I had my first visit with Maddie Aug 31 this year. But before that the consultation was wonderful, she was just as excited about coloring my hair as I was to have it colored. I.was going for Unicorn hair ... purple pink, and teal is the kind of unicorn I wanted to be and she made it happen. I went from red to unicorn... Maddie was very professional and explained everything she was doing and was always honest and kept and open dialogue about what colors may not look right or come out as I wanted them to. Although we didnt have much trouble in that area it made me feel more comfortable and allowed me to enjoy the experience more. She always asked questions about the colors she mixed and never made me feel like I had to pick what she mixed....so that gave me more creative freedom to go on my own hair color expedition!! She is fun and easy to talk to and that made my transformation day more special. I am VERY particular about my hair and am a perfectionist in my own creative expressions with art and design....she is a perfectionist also and this was refreshing and made my picky anxious self relax and feel confident in her vision. She has no flaws when it come to coloring/cutting hair and providing a top notch customer experience. The only terrible thing she did was decide to move 8 hours away just as I found her :( but I suppose I can forgive her ;) Do not hesitate to book an appointment with this beautiful woman ...she is.amazing!! OH and she loves dogs ....I mean come on ...she is 100% amazing!

I highly recommend that you go to see Rose for your hair needs! I was lucky enough to walk into the salon 10 years ago to get my son’s haircut (age 4) and been given an appointment with Rose. She was so amazing with him and gave him the best haircut ever!!! She cared about every little hair on his head. After seeing how great she was with my son I made an appointment with her for myself. Rose did not disappoint. I have really long, and thick hair. The color and highlights that she did were so beautiful as well as the cut. I started going to Dolce Vita recently. I have been a client of Frank Rose close to 5 years and when he told me he was moving to Dolce Vita, I followed him. I like the vibe the salon has going on and everyone seems to be super nice. But for me if it wasn’t because of Frank it wouldn’t be on my radar. He listens to what you want and does his best to get your color, cut, highlights, or styling there. He is also a great barber, I have seen him do both hairstyling/barber a he is truly gifted in his skills.

Rose is the best hairstylist. I have been with her for years and when I have moved to other areas I cannot find anyone like her and I end up traveling back to see her. Dolce Vita is quite the experience. You can tell you are in a place of great talent and big vibes. The front desk always has a handful of people and they are always warm, welcoming. The space is lively, always has music playing and is very clean.But if I’m truly honest it would have never been on my point of interest if weren’t for Frank Rose. It’s been almost close to nine or ten years if my memory serves me right that I have found him and followed him everywhere he went.I had been through a lot of bad barbers, pushed back hairlines, bad fades, heavy gel, ask for a style and end up with something completely different. So to say my confidence and trust was shot is putting it lightly.I remember my first haircut with Frank ever the extrovert he was open, funny, warm, had stories for days but most importantly was honest and listened. He asked me what I wanted that day and I am sure my only words were “fix it, please.” He did his big heavy laugh if you know him. I had never felt more comfortable sitting in a chair.I have gone through more hair styles and colors than I ever would and it’s because of Frank. He has the ability to only be a barber but also a stylist. So you get a guy that can understand both masculine and feminine cuts, I find that to be pretty rare. And one of his biggest strengths.He’s not afraid to do big changes in fact he encourages them (with some “are you okay?” “Did something happen” “Are you sure?”) and always checks if it’s fitting. Because sometimes what we want and what works are two different things. But you will always come out with a good cut.A lot of my compliments are always my hair. So thank you Frank.So as long as he has a chair open, I am going to it. Or I lose all my hair, let’s hope for the former and not the latter.

I visited the Dolce Vita Salon for the first time last month, and came out feeling beautiful, confident and refreshed thanks to the magic done by their stylist.I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Dennis Mero. Some stylists just dont know what theyre doing, but this is not about Dennis. Right away I could tell hes obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you, Dennis! Great job teaching me how to treat my hair.Most of the great salons are booked for at least a week, so dont be surprised if they tell you have to wait - at the end it is worth it! It is a good idea to give them a call couple weeks in advance.As far as I know second location will be opened soon in Winter Park. The salon and the products arent the cheapest, but they are worth the cost!Will definitely be coming here regularly.

Joseph Tillman has been my hairdresser for 3 years. I’ve had extensions for two of these years. Joseph is hands down the best hairdresser I have ever had...in every way possible. Joseph knows me and my hair so well that half the time I just tell him to do what he thinks is best...and it’s always amazing! He keeps my color on point. I have hundreds of compliments on my hair since I’ve been with him.Not only is he awesome with my hair color and extensions he works me in when my schedule is crazy. I’ve never gotten a curly haircut before; I’ve always relied on my straight/wavy haired family to deal with my head of mess because I never knew curly cuts even existed! I had my curly hair way past my butt, then I had a friend cut it a little longer than my shoulder, but it seemed so dry and not curly I decided that I kind of wanted to get a pixie cut, a fresh start. After (I kid you not) at least 2 months of doing curly hair cut research, I FINALLY found someone promising with only one picture of someone with a curly pixie cut (and it was CUTE) so I was willing to risk it! I contacted Jade through Instagram and asked so many questions because I’ve never had my hair short before so I was scared I wouldn’t even look good with it. She answered any questions I had and was so patient and reassuring (thank you jade I appreciate you with all of my heart), and when I went in she walked me through what she was going to do, and she chopped at my head LIKE A NATURAL. I got the BEST head rub and treatment, I can’t imagine going anywhere else honestly. She told me about amazing products that keep my curls all soft and coiled. I’ve never felt more like myself in my hair until I got this change and treatment. If you have curly hair and you’re thinking of doing a big chop (or just getting a curly cut at all), JADE IS THE PERSON TO GO TO!!! I’m definitely coming back for a trim!

My 16 year daugther was seen by Crystal for the Deva Curl Cut and Style. She has very curly hair that had become dry due to using the wrong products and not maintaining it well. I was very happy with the results. I saw an immediate change as soon as she was done. Her curls were soft and shiny. Crystal took her time to explain what was going to be done during the consultation and really took into consideration what my daughter wanted. My daughter is happy with her hair and is looking forward to taking care of it in the way that she was taught by Crystal. The salon is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I’ve never been to this salon, HOWEVER, my stylist Maddie, just recently moved to Orlando and started working there. She is the most incredible colorist(check out her Instagram if you don’t believe me) and human being, and I highly recommend making an appointment with her! When I lived in NC, I drove to GA to see her and I might be flying to FL now. She’s basically become a part of our family, having had my sister and myself as clients for years, even gracing us with her talents at my sister’s wedding(we looked amazing). I’ve been the same color my entire life (blonde) and had the courage to live life and go purple because of my confidence in her! And I loved it, obviously. My sister and I feel lost without her, but I’m happy for whoever her future clients are!

I made an appointment at this salon because of the great reviews, because I wanted a salon experience that was relaxing and made me feel pampered, and because I was interested in natural/organic hair care. I was so happy to find that Crystal specializes in organic products, and made an appointment with her. I enjoyed every minute of my time in the salon. They offered me wine right away (it was actually very good too) and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The highlight of my experience, however, was getting to know Crystal and her in-depth instruction on how to care for my hair and how to style it. She actually took the extra time to slow down and show me how to style it the way she was styling it. She was honest with me about my hair and how Ive been styling/caring for it and gave me advice and helpful information, which was so refreshing because I feel like I learned so much from her, and Im excited about the changes Ill be making! She also introduced me to the Neuma line of organic products, which I love. She went above and beyond what I expected, and really did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back!

Best place in Orlando for a hair cut and for listening. I had a little issue with a previous hair cut place that I used to go to. And when I called Dolce Vita, not only they accommodate my schedule, she also recommend me to an specific hair dresser so I will be able to get what I would like. Hira Maccain was amazing, she listen and took care of everything, Ive never felt that confident for doing my hair. I am still new here and it felt a little overwhelmed because I had not too many options but going away from the tourist area really was worth it. I will be coming back and that is for sure. I started coming here last year since my hairstylist, or should I say hair GODDESS, Devin (@devthehairdeity), moved salons.The salon itself is very professional, clean, and airy. It feels even more spacious than it is due to the high ceilings. Literally the only downside to this place is the garage parking, but I’m willing to deal with that to get and maintain the hair of my dreams.Devin cuts my hair just right, gives me the blendy blonde that I love, and she’s always transparent with me about services i.e. doesn’t overcharge me for things just because. She’s also a perfectionist and detail-oriented, which is perfect for a hairstylist. Not to mention, she’s basically my therapist too :) I don’t trust anyone else with my hair! I will continue to visit this salon for as long as she is there.

I hadnt been to an upscale salon in years. No sooner had I set foot in the salon lobby, but was greeted warmly and offered something to drink. I filled out a short New Client Form, and only sat a short period of time before my stylist was ready. Crystal was AMAZING! She specializes in DevaCurl Cuts, and I would say she definitely knows her curls! Once again, I was completely made comfortable, and Crystal and I both came up with the exact cut and style I wanted! She was sweet, kind, interesting, and I never had to ask what she was doing or how much she was taking off! Crystal took the extra time to make sure I was quite pleased, and did not need any changes. She introduced me to new product which helps a couple of problem areas, and honestly seemed happy that she had been able to help me out! I would recommend going to this salon for all of your needs! Pricilla is amazing! She did a great job with my deva cut .She made me feel comfortable, understood what I was aiming for with my hair. Pricilla is very knowledgeable. Overall the salon was super welcoming. I will definitely be returning to Dolce Vita.

As a headhunter/ executive recruiter from Minneapolis. Ive lived in New York, and I went to the Top Stylists in the city. Kathleen ranks as one of the BEST STYLIST in this city. In my profession it is very important that I look my best while I am attending meetings on Wall St. Her style is very exentric, always changing and Im always surprised and excited for my great talks, and fabulous hair! Highly recommend this salon, super clean and welcoming!

Maddie, my favorite stylist in Athens is moving to this salon. She has been working magic on my hair with vivid colors and the best haircuts for years. Orlando is lucky to have her!
