    Fast friendly service. Marsha did a great job. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. She is very knowledgeable. The salon was clean and well managed. I would absolutely recommend them.

    I had a great experience. The service was fast & professional. Anton was knowledgable & obviously experienced. I have fine curly hair with other bazaar issues & I often don’t get the cut I’ve asked for. Here I got exactly the cut describe. He knows his business. Thank you Anton.

    Jade was great and gave me the best haircut I ever had. She listens and wants to make sure you’re happy. Since I have been going to her I will not go anywhere else. Also they are friendly and clean. High recommend and I will admit I’m very picky about my haircut so if she can make me happy I’m sure if you communicate with her as to what you want she will do the same. It’s all about communication and explaining. Thanks Jade!

    Im really not sure why this salon has a low rating because they are by far the friendliest and fastest and the most reasonable priced salon Ive ever been to. I use Lottie and get the most beautiful highlights and haircut Ive ever had. The other stylists are so nice and always greet me with a smile. PLEASE dont believe what any other review says until you give them a try. Im 52 and have been to many many salons and I havent been this happy with a stylist in years!!! 😁😁😁

    I have been going to the East Colonial location for years and always have a great experience! Ask for Teresa Yelvington - she wont let you down. Teresa has been doing my hair for years and I leave happy every single time!

    Was very happy with the way Teresa cut my hair. I think this place is a great unisex salon where they offer some great deals. After 6pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings its only $10 per cut, with the way it all worked out, I cant see a reason why we would go anywhere else.

    Patricia did an amazing job on my haircut. I couldnt be happier with the results! I was a little nervous because I went a lot shorter than I usually do. But she did a wonderful job and I absolutely love it!

    Jade is my stylist she literally saved my curls . I had a stylist ruin my hair a while back and I was terrified traumatized I sat with jade she gave her options put my whole trust into her and she killed it she cut and filled in my blonde to my natural color .. she sold me this damage curl cream and it helped drastically my curls are beautiful and healthy and growing fast literally brought my hair back to life I will NEVER have any other stylist touch me again . If you have extremely damaged hair and wanna bring back your curls ...jade is the girl for you ! Love her ❣️

    I went to Fantastic Sams to get my haircut and my undercut. I did it all with Terri and she did it perfectly & it was very professional as well as enjoyable. She’s an absolute blast & does everything for my hair so well. Definitely recommend. :)

    I was acknowledged as soon as I came in. There was a bit of a wait, but the stylist was quick and professional and gave me a good cut. Made sure I liked how it looked before she let me go. Very happy with the service!

    I had gotten a cut by a barber earlier in the day. I hadnt realized how very uneven my hair was cut. So I freaked out and ran up to Fantastic Sams where I met Niajah. She sat me down for almost 2 hours amd tried to figure out how to salvage my hair the guy had butchered.She was able to cut it and give me a semi of what I had originally wanted from the barber. I WILL be going back to her for the full look I was hoping to get in a month. Also 4 times I told her to just shave my head and she said no. She was determined to not let tgat happen. Thank you do much.
