    I can’t say enough good things about this shop. My son and I came in literally after leaving our now old barbershop. They absolutely failed to give him the haircut he asked for and was really upset. After he and I talked and he calmed down I said let’s go to Floyd’s and see if they can fix it.Jose was able to take us right away. We showed him the same pictures we showed the other barbershop and he talked with my son about it. They talked the entire time he cut his hair and made sure it was the way he wanted it.They were kind, helpful and caring. We will be back for all our haircuts going forward. Again I can’t say enough about how well they treated us and how much they engaged my son in the process.

    This was my first time at Floyds and I have to say it was an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The woman at the front was super friendly. Amanda who cut my hair was amazing! I went in because I was wanting to change up my hairstyle I have been rocking for quite some time and she knew exactly what I was going for, she not only slayed my hair but she was very knowledgeable and helped answer some other questions that I had concerns about for at home care. She was a rockstar and I will definitely be back!

    The whole environment is so relaxing and laid back. Front desk is always smiling and friendly, all the barbers look like the enjoy their days. Casey is the best barber I’ve ever had. She always gives me the best cuts, the best convos, it’s something I look forward to. I drive past at least 5 Floyd’s to get to Casey. She is great.

    After my mishap with S. Orange location i went here. Felipe was amazing! He listened to what happened, hooked me up with a sick fade and paid close attention to every detail. Thanks to him and Kasey my evening was turned around and I was ready for my weekend with a new cut. Thanks again so much, you guys rock!

    Just the place to go!I’m very picky with where I go to get my hair cut and it’s been hard finding a decent place in the MetroWest area. Then I found Floyd’s!The vibe was amazing. I loved the art on the walls and the ambient lighting! What truly made Floyd’s different from all other places, was how great my barber Madison was. I felt like the haircut I wanted was fully communicated and understood, and she kept asking questions throughout the cut to make sure everything looked great!Right when you think it’s over, it’s not! I got a warm neck shave, which was amazing! And then! A shoulder massage???!? This sent my experience through the roof and I called up all my friends and told them they had to come to Floyd’s!!10/10, would HIGHLY recommend!!

    Wendy is awesome! She used to cut my hair at the S. Orange location but moved and shes definitely worth the drive. I came to her with a basic bro haircut from an average in and out cut joint. I told her what my vision was and she provided feedback that we couldnt get me there yet and Id have to grow my hair out first. I appreciate and respect her for not just doing what I said to make me happy, fulling knowing it wouldnt look right. After two cuts of properly shaping my hair, Im where I want to be with the style and Ive gone to her for maintenance. 10/10, Five Star, 100%, Definitely Recommend, All the Michelin Stars, EGOT of Hair, and any other top accolade you can think of!

    Jose is the best barber I’ve ever been to. He asked a ton of questions, went over every specific part of my hair, and paid attention to every specific detail to make sure it was perfect. I’ve paid for $20 hair cuts and $100 ones and this topped any before. I did a light fade with a beard trim (electric shaver with a straight Razer to detail). Absolutely come see this man!

    Definitely worth every dollar, lulu did a great job on my hair which is sometimes tough with longer men’s hair. Plus the massages and shampoo were amazing, the rest of the team were all so personable it was a great time.

    Finally made it to the new location to get my hair cut. It has been a long time since I’ve had a “regular” stylist, but Robynn just locked that up! The cut was impeccable, the conversation was great, and the vibe in there was fantastic! I’ll be back for sure! Also, go for the post cut shampoo, Robynn just about put me to sleep!

    I loved getting my haircut at your shop and Lulu was awesome she was the one who gave me my haircut the services were amazing after the haircut she used a back massager Machine on my back and shoulders and it was the best if anyone ever needs a haircut I recommend you go check this place out on Dr. Phillips and Conroy next to CVS
