Edit: Great Clips reached out to me after this review and issued a full refund of the formal style haircut. They agreed that stylists should always double check that they are doing the service the client asked for, and not assume. Leslie was very helpful with the process, and Im glad that we came to a resolution.Original review:Went to this great clips and asked for a trim and a blow dry. I mentioned that I was getting my hair done for a work badge picture. Lady did the trim and asked if I wanted her to make the ends wavy, I said sure. She took her time with the straightener and when I went to pay, she charged me for a formal haircut without ever mentioning it beforehand. I ONLY asked for a trim and a blowdry, and she charged me $90. Outrageous to charge a customer this much without asking if they want the service first!!! This place was convenient bc its close to home but Im never coming back here again, theyre just looking to scam you. Im absolutely PISSED.

I am ALWAYS extremely happy with the service at Great Clips. Especially with Daisy at the Storey Park Shopping Center in Orlando, FL. Daisy and the Story Park team make going to get a haircut very pleasant and enjoyable. The atmosphere is light, friendly and happy. I highly recommend Great Clips and the Storey Park Shopping Center location!!

First time here and Michie did a great job cutting my hair 🤓. She advised some recommendations but also accommodated my request as well 👍. Very gentle and nice person. The salon is clean and modern 🤗. Highly recommended 😄!

This is great place and there was no wait. Marisol listened to my preferences and delivered. I am pleased with my cut but more importantly my wife was extremely pleased with my cut. Go now and dont wait in line, because its only a matter of time when they will be as busy as the other nearby hair cutterys. And to top it all off, I had a coupon.

Each experience is unique, with my haircut and my sons it was great but I didnt like the attention my daughter received at all, I always came back for Melanie who does a spectacular and dedicated job with my sons haircut, but it turns out that he is no longer there, in the same way it was with the gentleman who had cut my hair, he is no longer working at that place.
