    At the Avalon location ask for Rihanna she is absolutely the best hairstylist that has ever cut my hair. She is always very professional, cheerful and charming to talk to.She is a total 10 stars at customer service and quality of hair styling’s.

    Tamika and Vanessa are fantastic. Id recommend calling ahead and asking if they are working.Two of my kids had a terrible experience with Zoe. She didnt listen to what we asked for. My son was growing a mullet out and even with showing a picture and using the word mullet her first move was to go up the back of his head with clippers. She then tried to convince us that we could leave a crooked line to grow out. Her only corrective action was to give us a $2 discount. My daughter asked for long layers and a trim and Zoe pressured her into a long bob.

    Tony is amazing. My kiddo had a really hard time getting haircuts. Even going to one of those very pricey specialty places he would scream and cry nonstop.The very first cut with Tony - not one tear! We have been going here for about 2 years now and my kid asks to go see Mr. Tony all the time.Quality of the cut is also great!

    Great service ! We came 5 minutes before closing time and they STILL accommodated us! The hair stylist that cut me and my sisters hair was amazing and made fun small talk!See you next year for another cut!

    Tony is the best! I brought by 2 year old for his second ever haircut. He normally takes a while to warm up to new people. Tony greeted us with such an upbeat, cheerful attitude that my son instantly felt comfortable with him. They had a blast with lollipops and misting showers. Now my son is excited for the next hair cut with Mr. Tony!! Thank you for making his experience a great one🙏.

    Not sure why the overall rating is fairly low. We have been coming here for about a year. Tony is absolutely amazing! I used to spend 45 min driving to one of those kid hair places and my child would still scream and cry plus get a horrible haircut. Tony cuts his hair beautifully plus my kid actually asks me now to take him to get a haircut! Tony is absolutely great. Venecia (sp?) cuts my aunts hair and also does an absolutely great job. Love the service and the quality of work.

    I have found my hairstylist. I have a flattop, and Thuy never questions my decision for length. I ask for short and she does not hesitate to cut the hair off, just checks to make sure she has gone short enough. Wish she worked another day or two a week, she has such a following the wait can be awhile at times.

    Had a great experience here today. Was my first visit, and my experience was a positive one. Tammy helped me get set up, then gave me a great hair cut. I walked in in the afternoon, and I was in and out in ~30 minutes. Definitely recommend.

    Great Clips has a nice app where you can check in early. Whats put you into a queue so when you show up you might not get pulled in immediately but youre next in line type of a thing. Todays service was awesome, COVID procedures were being followed to the T. Its very apparent that the Personnel working there have gotten used to giving a great haircut even masked. I would highly recommend going there, I do meet some of the high-risk criteria and felt very comfortable and their environment.My haircut was great and looks fantastic, this will be my go-to Great Clips!

    Tamika was so kind to my anxious 5 year old. She worked quickly, smiled through my kiddo’s cries and made sure mom was happy with the cut. The online check in and text when it’s your turn feature was very helpful; no waiting around!
