    My daughter and I have been going to this Hair Cuttery for a long time. Queena is our hair stylist and she is a pretty cool chick. Always love my haircut. She listens to what I want. She also offers up a great conversation while cutting your hair.

    Yesterday I came in to the salon with long dead hair that made me miserable and left with my hair 6 inches shorter and the most beautiful blonde thanks to Pedro. Pedro did an incredible job with my full foil, cut, blow dry, and style. All together the service did take over four hours but I was happy to wait because the service I requested takes time and the results were incredible. I will absolutely be back to book with Pedro again!

    Had one of the greatest hair experiences. The facility was clean. The people were super nice and awesome and very friendly. Now let’s talk about the stylist. My stylist name was Tatiana she got my hair washed, treated, de tangled, blown out and pressed. As an African-American is very hard to go into different stores to get your hair done. However, the stylist was very caring paid attention to detailed always asked if what she was doing was OK with me. The overall experience was awesome. I am on day five or six and my hair still looks luscious and healthy and flowing. It is hard to find a stylist. Awesome awesome awesome job!

    First time to Hair Cuttery but not the last. I had a great lasting experience with the staff. I came to meet Tatiana for a consult but I left out looking and feeling wonderful. You see I moved from up North looking for a hairstylist that would cut my hair the way I wanted. I have met about 4 I believe (lost count) and not any of them Understood the assignment. I talked with Tatiana and She got it right the first time. She is #1 in my book. The staff is just wonderful. It is such a pleasant environment. Everyone is so friendly and get along wonderfully.     Natalie is such a great hair stylist! I went in for a simple shave but she managed to talk me into doing dyed highlights in my hair and its one of the best hair care decisions ive made! Never tried dying before but she made it so easy and beautiful! Not even that expensive for the work put in either! This is my go to spot for hair care and im always satisfied with the work done, and they are great with alternative hair styling too! Im definitely hooked on dyeing highlights in now thanks to her!

    Ive been seeing Emily Bagley for a couple years now and can confidently say- I have found my(and my daughters) stylist for life. Not only does she give incredible cuts and styles, shes great with advice on how to maintain what she does in the chair, doesnt charge an arm and a leg for long, thick hair, AND is an absolute pleasure to talk to. Shes also a great sounding board for all those styles youre interested in trying but arent totally sure about. Book her now and thank me later!

    Amazing place! My hair was very matted and dry, but with a good deep wash which is very massaging and relaxing. Half way through and I’m already writing down a review! I definitely recommend this place, they can fix any hair type! The workers are very nice and talkative in a good way. Not to choose a favorite but, Tatiana and Angie are most likely the best! 😊

    Angie has done a great job on my hair again. My mom and I have used their services for years, Angie and Pearl are always very nice, professional, and always pay attention to the clients needs. We tried Hong a couple of times, but she was a nightmare, argued about what she thought was best for my mothers hair, ignored her requests, and was very disrespectful. So, we stopped using her and now we are very happy with Hair Cuttery once again.

    Excellent experience from start to finish. I went to the website for the Colonial Plaza location and managed to get a last minute appointment. I arrived on time and Queena greeted me within seconds of walking in. Queena is THE BEST. She was very mindful of the style and length I was looking for. It was like she cut my hair a dozen times before.My hair looks great and my Wife loves it. I found my new spot!

    I gave 5 stars, because the owner and staff have always been nice to me. Ive been coming since April 2020, but today was my last day. My recurring stylist has consistently demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect towards me. Today was the last straw. She made me pay for my hair that she messed up. I left with my hair still looking messed up. Its right before the holidays and now my hair looks bad. Im very unhappy with the service I received today. And I have to love myself enough to let go of a toxic relationship. I hope my former stylist learns to be more professional and respectful of her clients. I will not be returning.

    I have been coming to this location for several years and have been a customer of Nikki for 7 years. Everyone there is very friendly and acknowledges me upon arrival. I would literally follow Nikki anywhere she goes and have. She is an amazing stylist and always takes the time to talk with you about what you would like to do. She will advise you on what is best for your individual hair and makes certain you are happy with the final result. She is an outstanding master colorist and I love going to her for highlights. My hair always looks like I spent a fortune on it. Nikki is amazing!! She even takes the time to fix my bangs that in my impatience try to cut myself. :) Hope she reads this, she deserves all the kudos she can get.

    They were very busy today, but I only waited five minutes, if that. I was introduced to Danielle but her business card says Dani. I told her my hair was feeling dry; I wanted a trim and something more professional looking for my office job. I then explained I was going to a holiday party later this evening and she suggested styling it. This ended up being the best hair cut I have ever had in my life. She did not talk about anything but my hair which I really appreciated because it made me feel very special. My experience was very relaxing and I enjoyed myself, honestly, I felt like I was at an expensive spa. She taught me how to style my hair without making anything feel difficult. Once she was done, I loved my hair so much that I asked about eyebrow waxing, which only cost 8$. After my wax she fixed up the front of my hair again and I told her I might shop for a dress. Danielle even gave me some shopping tips about the surrounding stores. She made me feel very beautiful and on my way out I even had a few comments about how wonderful I looked. I will continue to have my hair done with her, and I think Hair Cuttery is very lucky to have her! Danielle, I hope you read this someday because I want you and everyone to know that you are extremely amazing and I to thank you with more than just my tip money. She works Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 9-3 and Wedensday 3-9.

    Thank you to the place I tried to go that didnt accept walk-ins, because of them I found this gem of a hair cuttery. Ive been to a few hair cutteries around the Orlando area and they are definitely not all created equal. It was super easy to make a same day appointment.     Lynann did an awesome job on my hair. I’m 29 and pretty reserved about my styles so it’s hard for me to trust anyone to cut it 😝. It was almost two years since my last cut, my hair feels so healthy and looks so much better. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, she loved the pictures I provided and halfway through she let me add a blow dry to my service no problem. She didn’t make me feel rushed, it was a great experience. She was super clean and she was friendly and funny, whenever I was quiet she didn’t push.. She was so kind and welcoming, I’ll definitely request her next time for upkeep. She really turned my entire day around, thanks Lynann!! It’s like a weight (a literal weight) off of my shoulders!     They were very busy on the day before Thanksgiving, but we only had to wait 5-10 minutes. There must have been at least 15 stylists working!!! One person checked us in, another cut my hair, and yet another cut my sons. All were moving quickly and efficiently like a machine. Very professional and friendly staff. Nguyen cut my hair. Very good cut. I dont recall who gave my 6 year-old son the faux hawk, but she was very nice and made him feel comfortable. My wife said he looked adorable!!! Thank you for a great haircut experience!!!

    I came in 2 months ago and had the best experience... letting my hair grow for the past year from a #2 to feathered lower layers! Then brought my husband for his first store bought cut in 10 yrs for a very important interview out of state... the women in this store are spectacular. They understood both our levels of discomfort and handled us like a dream. And we aint easy!

    To my curly hair sisters how many times have you been told by a stylist that your hair needed to be flat ironed to achieve a good haircut? how many times have you been told by stylist or heard that the best cut for naturally curly hair is a deva cut? did you know with a deva cut you can only wear your hair curly because if you straighten it, it will reveal a choppy cut. Do you have trepidation and anxiety when it’s time to get a haircut? How many lopsided haircut have you had? I know I don’t need to share all my bad experiences because it seems to be a common struggle which is why I feel obliged to share the only stylist I’ve found that has given me a proper layered cut and she didn’t have to flat iron my hair. I’ve paid $$$ thinking I had to in order to get the right layered cut. They can’t sell me on those ridiculous gimmicks anymore because for a good stylist to give a proper cut , scissors is all that’s required .Gladys you are a talented stylist

    Pearl Pearl Pearl !!I have only been to this location twice, but let me tell you. My last haircut was on New Years and today was my most recent. Because of Pearl. I’m not sure about the other stylists, but everyone is always very friendly. I have slightly longer than short hair and I like it that way. Pearl on both occasions managed to groom the sides and shape my hair into something very clean and professional while respecting my desired length. I couldn’t be happier :-)Thank you!

    Genevieve is awesome!!! I was a nervous wreck when i walk in. I had my long hair since I was 15 I only went to one lady to trim it in Brooklyn New York I moved to Florida and I went to six different salons and I didnt trust no one to even trim my ends so after 6 years and after asking around and looking at different reviews I finally found this place once I walked in they were lovely people they made me feel like it will be ok. Genevieve cut ten inches of my hair and I donated it to children who cant grow their own.     We love this location, the plaza has so much to to offer and parking is plenty. Simone Pimble is an amazing hairstylist. She has been doing my wifes haor for nearly decade. She knows the best product and uses them. Men or womens hairstyle give her a try.
