Marcia is amazing!! She is very dedicated to her craft and takes her time with you. I love that she listens to what I want and always works with me to make sure I happy. The customer service is also outstanding, everyone seems happy to be there and that are all attentive to every customers needs. I love the atmosphere and the way that they cater to their clients. I get Kay Tip extensions and I am always very happy with my results. I full recommend her and her staff!

I came all the way from Savannah Georgia and I have to say worth it! We have no services like this in my state. the moment you walk in to the salon THE VIBEEEE!!! To begin with the vibes are just so peaceful, friendly, loving, caring, clean, Happy. I am amazed I left the salon feeling so Confident, feeling great, and Hubby Loved my new hair 😍.When Marcia puts her amazing hand on your hair Giiiirrrllllll she does wonders like magic lol 💞. And her husband Great person very welcoming very respectful. What I loved about there salon is the history of it Marcia worked hard for her dreams and she did it it’s amazing. Her staff everyone are so friendly MAs eme feel like i knew them forever lol that’s how comfortable they made me feel I will definitely be coming back.

My first time ever getting hair extensions and Marcia was the perfect specialist. When I walked into her new Downtown Orlando location I was stunned by how beautiful and big the set up was, already leaving a good first impression. We did a consultation and then ended up getting i-tip extensions which she was super professional and informative the entire process and super friendly and welcoming. I’m so glad to have found a good hair extension specialist after hearing stories from others about bad experiences. You can tell Marcia cares about her clients and providing a high quality experience and skilled services. She even had a snack cart and offers numerous drinks. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else.

I’ve been coming to get my hair done by Marcia for the last 2 years which is crazy time has flown by that fast, and out of everyone I’ve been to over the coarse of years.. Her and her team outranks them all!! My friend found Marcia on TikTok and got her extensions done by her and they looked so natural and pretty. Unfortunately I was born with thin hair and wore extensions for years. I went to Marcia to get ktip extensions and it changed my life. She will do a free hair consultation and quote you for the price before you book the appointment to install the extensions. She has a variety of colors for hair extensions and she matched mine perfectly. Her new location is closer to my house and the new studio is gorgeous! Marcia and her husband, Javi, always make me feel like family whenever I come visit. They make sure you’re comfortable and fed lol They really go above and beyond for their clients!

Im absolutely loved with my experience at Ktips extensions! When I first got my extensions, my hair was severely damaged. But after 10 months, Im amazed to say that my hair has completely recovered! I did have some thinning after another salon ruined my hair but slowly and surely I was able to recover. A huge part of my positive experience is due to Marcia, the talented stylist who works with me. She has a magic touch - her skills and attention to detail are top-notch!I highly recommend Ktips extensions to anyone looking for high-quality hair extensions and exceptional service. Listen I usually avoid hair salons but after I found Marcia, she is the only person I would ever allow to touch my hair! She’s so experienced, so gentle and really cares about you as a person not just a client. Her work is phenomenal. This is my 3rd time in a row with ktip extensions and my hair has no damage, the extensions look beautiful, shiny thick and healthy and the price is well worth it! You won’t regret it 🫶🏻

I am more than an opinion, it is an expression of happiness and gratitude, I came to see Marcia a little over 2 years ago and my hair was not growing, and in two years using extensions and color done by her, today my hair is the center of everyones attention! It is incredible how pleasant the time is in your living room, and in my opinion it is the best in Florida! Super recommended
