Callie is the best! Been going to her for about 2 years now. SHE IS GREAT WITH THICK HAIR!!! She fixed the mistakes another salon made, and she got all the old dye out of my hair…for a good deal and 1/2 the time! The salon is great. Elaine does great facials as well!!

Thank you, Ashley Tranter. We have now found our Forever Stylist. 💜 My family and I were in search for a new hair salon and after researching we came across the J W Salon. We were a bit nervous having to book a new salon and stylist last minute for a wedding, BUT…..AMAZING. This salon is super cute. It’s not too fancy on the outside, but once you walk through the front door it’s clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and it just felt like home. Ashley was so accommodating. I made an appointment for three people. (myself, my daughter and sister) Ashley exceeded our expectations. Not only did she cut, color, & style our hair but did all 3 of us in under 4 hours. I was hesitant when she booked us all together, but she came through and exceeded our expectations! (Booking us together was so convenient since we all rode together:) Our appointment started at 10am and we were out of there by 2pm. Ashley was amazing & super funny. If you are looking for a new stylist definitely contact her. We only had our long hair trimmed (so not sure of her cutting expertise, but I’m sure it’s fabulous.) I can definitely attest to her Color technique. It is on point! She colored my hair dark brown W/ purple highlights, my sister is older and has grey hair. Instead of bleaching her whole head (she used to be a blonde) she did a light white, grey, blondish triple highlight so when her hair grows out it doesn’t look colored but more natural:) My daughter got a beautiful chestnut brown. (I will add pictures of us from the wedding which was the next day:)Sorry for the long review but I just can’t thank Ashley enough for her beautiful work and professionalism!!! You are amazing. I cant recommend Hannah Bowen (IG: @hairbyhannahbowen) at Salon JW enough! About a year ago, I was searching for a stylist who could help me repair and lighten my hair after using a dark espresso box dye for over a year. I knew it would be a process, but Hannah has made it such a seamless and enjoyable journey.She is an amazing colorist and stylist—her expertise and attention to detail are evident in every step of the process. Hannah has now colored my hair three times, and each time, the results have been absolutely stunning in their own way. She knows exactly how to achieve the perfect balance of color, tone, and style while keeping my hair healthy.Beyond her skills, Hannah has a kind and grounding energy that makes every appointment a pleasure. This is by far my favorite salon and hairstylist I have ever been too! Callie is amazing!!! I have been seeing her for hair extensions and color for years now!When I first came to her I had the bottom of my hair shaved, and very short on top….and even a small bald spot caused by my hair matting. I felt so insecure as I have always had long hair and it was just really hard for me to try to adjust and feel confident without long hair.Well, after I saw Callie I left the salon feeling beautiful for the first time in years! She was kind and supportive and understanding…. And beyond talented!She gave my scalp and hair a treatment and then colored and highlighted my hair to match perfectly with new hair extensions! Even though my hair was very short and not in the best shape I left with long beautiful hair and literally everyone thinks it is all my own natural hair!Now that I have been seeing her for a couple years my natural hair is growing out great, and very healthy even with still having extensions!I highly recommend her!! She is so fun and easy to talk to and gets back to you right away!As a bonus, the whole salon vibe and staff is a blast! You will leave feeling beautiful ( or handsome) and like you just made some new friends and had a great time! :)

I have had excellent service from Hannah for color/cut and from Callie for color, cut, weft and fusion extensions. The salon is friendly and clean, and everyone is very professional. Callie is very skilled at extensions and always learning the latest new techniques. Their pricing is very fair and affordable. You get Park Ave quality service without the inflated pricing. We love Salon JW!!!

I have been neglecting my curly, frizz prone hair for a long time. It had been 3 years since my last trim! I have an important interview coming up and knew I needed to get my hair in presentable condition. Id seen Sarina recommended multiple times, so I made an appointment.Sarina was friendly and took on the task of giving my hair a desperately needed makeover. We talked about preferences and she gave advice and suggestions. I was happy with the finished product; my hair looks so much healthier and my curls are lively again! She gave me tips on styling and managing at home which I have been working on! I will definitely return to her and prioritize keeping my hair the best it can be!

I’ve been going to JW Salon now for a few years and they are the absolute best in the Conway/Downtown area! Sarina is my hairstylist and she is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks, my hair color is always flawless and ALWAYS consistent!! Love the fun banter the staff has amongst themselves and their clients. The owner Jen has always been super kind to me as well and I would recommend them to anyone, anytime!!

My sister had hair and makeup booked for us for her pre-wedding function at another salon, and the makeup artist never showed up and ignored our calls. We were in an emergency situation and called this salon.When I called and explained the situation, the woman on the phone was extremely sympathetic and told me she was immediately calling someone and doing whatever she can to help.Ellie did a fabulous job on my hair. Shelby even gave my sister a hug and consoled her as she was crying. Shelby did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this salon!Calli was at home and was called in to do our makeup. Shelby was my go to hair stylist until I moved away. She’s an absolute pro and amazing at what she does. She and the rest of the folks in the salon are super friendly. It’s such a great atmosphere. There is plenty of parking all around the building so no worries if you drive there. I would highly recommend this salon and miss coming here.

This salon is my favorite, and I’m picky. I’ve been to chain salons and expensive boutique salons.. and this one feels just right. Ciara is such a doll and did such a great job on my hair color, cut, and style. She went above and beyond with my hair so I highly recommend seeing her. She is also very sweet and easy to talk too. Prices are very fair. The salon its self is a charming place to have some self pampering. There’s plenty of coffee and magazines. Everyone has been friendly and inviting. I just LOVE this place! Oh! The service and people were outstanding when I arrived to the salon. I did not have to wait and was attended to quickly. That being said: Make an appointment, always! You can’t be upset when they can’t take you because they are booked.I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my hair and the service I receive. I have been to multiple salons and have found a few WOW Places but let me tell you; Megan Hudson blew every single one of those places out of the water. She was absolutely Amazing.She listened to my concerns, she gave me ideas and she was patience when I wanted her to cut my hair shorter. She was honestly one of the great stylists I have worked with. Her prices were also fair.She did a great job on my ombre and was faster than any place I had been to before, without making it feel rushed. After she showed me the finished product I wanted to cry tears of joy. I had found THE ONE. The hairstylist I will stick with through thick and thin. I left feeling sexy and ecstatic. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants great service, especially with Megan.

Hey my name is Camila and I just wanna say WoW! What and good salon, SalonJW is and the best that I’ve been in. I am very picky with my hair. That’s why Ms Jennifer W. has been my hair stylist for over 20 years. Of course, I have used other stylists while living in Miami and during prolonged trips abroad. However, I have never found the same quality, even when paying 2-3 times as much for a haircut. I recommend her to all of my friends.

I got butchered at Hair Cuttery, so I looked up Salon JW and saw they had great reviews and they deserve them. Carol fixed my hair, took me in without an appointment and did a wonderful jon. I would recommend them 100%.

This a place you can find all kinds of stylist. Hair dressers. Perment makeup, waxing. Threading, lashes, facials ect.It is very eclectic in atmosphere. It is fairly larger. Our hair dresser of 20 plus years got a place at JW. Pleasant place to hang out.

Rochelle is truly amazing! She gave my daughter the best curl cut she’s ever had—her curls are now beautifully shaped, defined, and so much easier to manage. Rochelle was incredibly patient and gentle, making the whole experience fun and comfortable for my daughter.I also see Rochelle for my own hair, and she does a fantastic job with my color—touching up my roots and adding highlights that look so natural and vibrant.
