    I normally avoid the chain barbershops, but I couldn’t ignore the rave reviews at this location so I decided to give them a try. Tolia did not disappoint and gave me a phenomenal haircut, especially considering this was the first time she’d touched my hair! My only gripe is that for $30+ it wasn’t dried and styled after the shampoo, but I have yet to find a stylist anywhere that can have me going straight from the chair back to the office. However, after I went back home to style it, I was very pleased. Highly recommend paying this location a visit!

    The service that Tolia provided was great. My son felt very comfortable while she was cutting and even washing his hair. She made sure that she kept engaging with my son and myself while she put her professional hair cutting and styling skills to work. I love bringing my son to your location in waterford lakes to get his hair done because all of the staff is friendly and they make sure the shop remains clean and comfortable for kids and adults alike.

    I went to get an haircut at Sports Clip for the first time last Thursday. I was lucky enough to got the service from Julio. He was very attentive and made me comfortable, while providing the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back for Julio.

    I brought my AuADHD son in as a walk in. We were greeted by Mandy who happily took my son. She was patient, gentle and considerate towards him the entire time. She asked him opinion on the hair cut and even gave him the hot towel, hair/scalp massage and shampoo. My kid said it was the best experience ever and wanted to go back to Mandy again! 10/10, so glad we gave this place a chance. Thank you for making my son feel special!

    My husband usually goes to a high end barber in our neighborhood and on a whim tried Sports Clips for the first time today. He went in for a simple trim and walked out with a trim, a beard trim, and feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Much better experience than what he gets at the much costlier place he usually goes to. Grayce was his stylist and she was delightful. He will be back!

    Previously, I never would have step foot in one these chain haircuts locations; however, upon reading the reviews, I figured I would give it a shot.Overall I am happy. Though the star of the show is Grayce. She seems to be the best person here. She listens to instructions and feedback and is kind to talk with.The only reason I don’t rate this place a 5/5 is while I never had a haircut with the other people working here, some of them just aren’t too kind.

    I had a wonderful first-time experience getting a haircut at this location. I was attended by Yveth, who was amazingly proffessional with what I WANTED!!! She did right by my inspo pictures, and asked me all the right questions. She is an extremly talanted hairdresser, who will do right by you! I recommend her to anyone who is young, or wanting a young looking haircut. SHE KNOWS WHATS UP!!!!

    I recently had a great experience at Sports Clips Haircut. The stylist who attended to me wasnt in a rush at all. She took the time to listen to my haircut requirements, and I must say she did an excellent job. Its refreshing to find a place where the stylists truly care about meeting your expectations and delivering a great haircut.

    This was my first time walking into Sport Clips, I was greeted immediately. Signed in and sat down. My stylist was Ninny. I asked for a 2 to 1 fade and that’s exactly what I got. She was very patient and didn’t rush at all. Great customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

    It takes a lot for me to put a five-star rating. And they almost deserve it. However, this was the first time I got my haircut there. Im very particular about how my hair gets cut, and I usually bring pictures as examples. she took the time to look at those pictures and make sure that she understood what it was I was asking for for my haircut. Further, she was very easy to talk to and chat with, I didnt feel pressured to make conversation as I may with some other stylists. However, her hospitality and service was easy to strike up a conversation about my day and hers. also, her knowledge of specific products for my hair when I asked instead of her forcing them up on me was much appreciated. I will absolutely get my haircut again at this location.

    Really great experience...Angelina was professional, personable and made the haircut just plain fun AND gave me a brilliant haircut! Whats not to love?     No matter which stylist cuts my hair, they always do a great job. They dont make you feel rushed, and the conversations are always pleasant. The MVP package is awesome and affordable. Last time I went they had customer appreciation week and the package was 50% off. So there are perks.

    Michelle took great care of my teen son. She took care of him with a gentle spirit, but also with motherly care. She spoke to him about the importance of maintaining good personal care now that he is a teenager. This was great because it helped to reinforce what we were already saying to him.The service had several inclusions in the price. This included neck and upper back massage with massager, hot towel for face and neck, shampoo and a great haircut. We will definitely return again.

    They did a great cut for my husband. It was his first time there. Scalp massage and warm facial towel almost put him to sleep! The prices are reasonable and fair and they really are skilled at cutting mens hair. While youre waiting they have sports on a T.V. Very satisfied 👍

    Yaneece was awesome. I haven’t had a haircut since March and I usually het a high and tight but since my hair was getting long I decided to try a new style and get my hair to slick back and Yaneece was very helpful with tips and showing me how to come it and what I have to do to get my hair to where I want it and was VERY helpful. Usually when I find a stylist that I like at your location they end up leaving and I hope you are able to keep her as I am only going to her from now on.     Penny Messmer is always good. Ive actually been going to her for years now. I started having her cut my hair when she was at the Sanford store and follow her wherever she goes within Sport clips.     The service and in-duty manager is great. I never had bad haircut when I visited Sportclips Waterford Lakes store.However, considering how busy the Waterford area is, there were only 2 hair stylists working resulting in absurd waiting times. Management SHOULD CONSIDER TO HAVE MORE STYLISTS PER SHIFT TO DECREASE THE WAITING TIME.P.S: Online check in system does not work if there is more 1 hour waiting time, which is usual @waterford lakes, so individual has to go to store and wait there almost every time.

    Really good barber skills and haircuts. Plus its really nice to get the $5 VIP treatment because they wash your hair afterwards so you dont go out with hair clippings all over your neck or clothes. Very relaxing too, with hot towel and short shoulder massage. Plus they keep records of when your last cut was and details of how to cut your hair, so you dont have to explain so much every time.For my boys, who hate showers, the included hairwash is great for them too.
