I had a really great experience this was my first appointment with Crystal when I say she did an amazing job with my knotless braids she took her time my parts were so neat when I left the salon I received a lot of compliments about my hair. I’ll be returning for my four week refresher when the time comes.Thank you Crystal !!

I had a very pleasant experience with Ms. Crystal. She was a few minutes late but she communicated that she would be. Customer service from the entire shop was good.I had a wash, deep condition and twists (no extensions added). The time frame listed on the website when booking was accurate. I had a few questions about how to maintain the style since I am used to doing kinky twists not natural twists and I never was made to feel that my questions were stupid.I literally live on the other side of Orange County but will definitely be back because the way I was treated and the delivery of service.I mentioned to the stylist that I am picky about who does my hair just because I have had a lot of bad experiences and she totally understood.

I felt like an absolute QUEEN with Crystals treatment. I dont go to salons very often but she made me wanna go back again. I have a looot of hair and most hair stylist just wanna get over with whatever style theyre doing on me but the case with Crystal was very different she did everything with a peaceful manner making my experience outstanding. She makes you feel comfortable really quick as well.Soooo 10 stars to Crystal. Keep up the amazing work!!!!! Be coming back really soon.

This was my first time booking with Crystal and it will NOT be my last!! Crystal was extremely professional, has a great attention to detail and is not heavy handed at all! These braids are SO NEAT! Protective styles normally do not last long with my hair, but after a week in rainy Seattle weather and a weekend at the beach my hair still looks great!! 12/10 recommends and I will be booking again!

Crystal was kind, sweet and personable. She did a phenomenal job on my hair & conversed in conversation with me the entire time. It didnt feel like I was getting my hair done for 4hrs. Crystal has magical hands and is truly great at what she do. It was my first time getting my hair done by her and it definitely wont be the last time. If youre looking for someone with a great personality who does amazing work, Crystal is your girl.

This was my first time booking. Had a great experience with Crystal. She is local to me which works out great! She is very personable and maintains great conversation. Fast pace and not heavy-handed at all. Only thing I would recommend is checking length with clients when starting. The booking site said mid-back/waist length. The knotless I got ended up being mid-back and by the time I realized it, it was too late (was already at the front). I normally wear my braids waist length and the photos were mainly waist length on her IG. Overall would recommend her and will be booking for my girls and myself again.

I got medium box braids by Crystal and she did an awesome job!! The braids are clean, perfect sized and just overall beautiful!! My husband loves them and said that they are by far the best that he’s seen me have!! The pictures that you see on Crystal’s social media pages are exactly what you’ll get! I live about an hour and 45 minutes from her shop and the ride was worth it! I will definitely be going back but right now I’m just loving my hair! Thank you Crystal!

Crystal has been doing my hair and also both of my daughters hair for years. Shes very professional and her work is really neat. My daughters are both tender head and shes the only stylist they dont cry with. Since going to her our hair has become more healthy. She NEVER disappoints. I definitely recommend her to everyone.

Crystal has twisted my daughters hair numerous times! I have never had an issue with booking! My daughters protect style usually last her approximately 3 months with no breakage! In my opinion Crystal has growing hands so Im extremely satisfied with her services💕

Love m’y hair and the experience was great. I always get super nervous when I’m going to get my hair done because I hate making it there before the stylist but all my experiences with Crystal have been great. I always love my hair and she is always on time or let’s me know if she is running late. Very professional and I would definitely recommend her to any and everyone.

Crystal has been braiding my hair for the last few years. She’s professional, friendly, the environment is always clean and my hair is always on point, regardless of the style I choose. She works fast, she has never double booked so the time I schedule for my hair is actually spent on my my hair & not waiting for her to finish someone else. The prices are very reasonable and when I leave I know my hair, whether box braids, knotless braids, feedins or ponytails will be done right. And now that braiding hair is included in most of the styles that makes it a lot easier, I just book my appt tell her what I want, and just bring myself and my money :-). You won’t regret choosing Crystal

The shop is very clean and stylish. There’s also a nice big tv to watch while you get your service. Room temp is comfortable. The location is also nice. I love how Crystal provides the braiding hair! The price point is reasonable for this too. The energy in the shop is welcoming. Overall would def recommend

She did a great job with the braid style I requested. The braids are neat and full. The braiding time was comfortable. I appreciated that it did not feel like the Hunger Games when booking the appointment; my appointment was booked a month in advance. I did notice how she was not on her phone or eating while braiding my hair; she focused on her work. This was greatly appreciated and it probably contributed to her completing the style in a timely manner. I also appreciated that my appointment wasnt extended because she wanted to take a lot of photos of the style. Many customers prefer to be asked if they want to be photographed. Maybe stylist should add this question when booking. Overall, good experience.
