This place is amazing. I take my elderly mom and they treat her with such dignity and respect. She has thinning hair so Lucy was able to cut her hair and show her a simple style to make her hair look fuller. It gave my mom so much confidence. Before going her she was always asking how does my hair look and now she feels so much better. Everyone there is so sweet and caring you cant ask for a better place to go for people of all ages.

Loved the salon, very clean and pleasant. The staff is very nice. Naomy cut and blowdried my hair and it turned out exactly as I wanted it. Good work. They also have the advantage of speaking both Spanish and English. Thank you girls, definitely I’ll be back 😊

Lucy and Karina are the best! They advise you as to which hair color would go well with your complexion. They are very kind and considerate. Great hair cuts and keratin. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this salon! It is so clean and such a relaxing atmosphere. Lucy is so nice and truly cares about her clients. She is so accommodating when you are there. After hearing such wonderful word-of-mouth reviews, I scheduled my first appointment and I must say, the reviews are 10000% accurate! Karina took care of my cut and style, and she is so delightful as are all the employees/staff that I met! Wonderful place, exceptionally good prices, amazing and caring staff; just an all around fantastic place and I am trying to grow my hair extra fast so I have a reason to go back soon!

Ive been getting my hair done at this fabulous salon since they opened. Lucy is the owner and my amazing stylist who is always letting me know about the newest style/color trends. I love all of her staff and the comfortable friendly environment that they cultivate. I have recommended multiple clients to this salon and every single one has been more than satisfied. I have moved multiple times to different parts of Orlando and even further since I first walked into the salon and Ive still been loyal to this salon because of the fabulous high quality service that I receive. Hair Connection is the BEST salon!!!

My wife and I loved this place! The care and professionalism shown to us by Hilda was AMAZING! She took the time to go over and explain to us every step of the facial treatment process. It was a relaxing and comfortable experience for both of us. The office was very clean and tranquil. Hilda made all of the stress just melt away! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Clean, professional, and comfortable environment. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Prices are very fair. Ive had two keratin treatments done by Lucy and have been very pleased both times. My hair is very thick and curly / kinky so its nice to find a place that does ALL types of hair.

Went in on a whim, based on location and Google reviews. Ended up LOVING my haircut and color!!!! The woman there gave me a pretty, natural red and very flattering angled, long bob in preparation for my sisters wedding. The stylists are very helpful when collaborating a look for you. The owner must be Lucy. Shes really sweet and took me in on my only day off for a haircut & color even though she had no availability.I will say, my stylist mostly spoke Spanish and we needed translating from Lucy, the owner. The girls know what theyre doing so I didnt worry too much about it. I feel like other customers would mistake the translating for training, which is not the case. My girl has 10 years experience, no problem.Honestly, I will go back for both color and my next haircut.

I am very picky with my hair and hardly ever write reviews on services. However, this establishment is the exception as Tina my stylist was able to transform my tacky brown colored w dead ends to a midnight blue w blunt cut! I am in awe of her amazing art done on my cut and color!!! The staff and stylist were ALL accommodating and welcomed me immediately with a sangria and pampered me the whole way thru!! Highly highly recommend this salon and especially Tina for ALL your hair service needs!~~~Thank you HairConnection~~~

I go here all the time for haircuts. Lucy and Tina and Julio are all excellent and accommodate my 5 and 6 year old (Hair Connection is the only place the 6 year old will get his hair cut). Highly recommended!

My entire family comes here. Everyone we have referred here just loves it. We have had a ton of different requests and we have been thrilled with every service! We get women’s, teen’s and men’s hairstyles, colors, highlights - from natural colors to pink and purples, keratins...you name it. They always offer a beverage and make sure you’re comfortable at every step. Go and enjoy!!!

Loving my new straight hair! I entered Hair Connection with a frizzy “rats nest” head of dull aging hair. I was dubious that anything would really help. This is the BEST MONEY you will spend. If you have to wake every morning to pencil your eyebrows,eyeliners or lips you know what I mean. HELDA, did it all perfectly ...She is not only professional , courteous and detail oriented but she is very talented at what she does!She took her time to made sure I was comfortable and made me feel relaxed.. I can’t say enough about Hilda that works here. She does the microneedling and needless to say, is the best in the business that I’ve seen! I’ve been seeing her for close to three years now (sessions and maintenance) and she has turned my skin around from acne scarring to almost invisible scarring. My skin glows, and I look younger. I barely feel the need to wear makeup anymore on a daily basis. She ensures your skin is at its healthiest as she/we believe in natural beauty first before resorting to Botox and fillers. Microneedling works, you have to trust that it will show results eventually and have the patience to see through to it. She is a pro at microneedling as it’s her specialty. I wouldn’t go to anyone else and am willing to travel miles or across state to see her for the rest of my life for maintenance of the skin. She rejuvenates and puts life back to your face and you’ll never have to worry about your sunspots, acne scarring, rosecea, or other skin concerns again. The best part is that she’s a wonderful human being, has a passion for skincare, and it reflects in her work. I’m skeptical and do my full research before going to anyone skin related, and I can vouch for Hilda. Try her once and then a few times, your skin will thank you. :) The $$$ are totally worth it, way better than getting superficial facials done at the spa. Do spend and splurge on yourself, self-love! Thank you for changing my life, Hilda! 💛
