Where can I begin, speaking solely on the manicure and pedicure aspect of this establishment. I absolutely adore this salon as well as my wonderful nail tech, Natalia. I have been seeing her now for 4 years and I’ll never go anywhere else. She is so patient, kind and knowledgeable. She specializes in Russian manicures, nail extensions, medical pedicures and a variety of other types of nail care. She has cured my toes of some esthetic issues to make them the healthiest and most beautiful they have ever been. My fingernails are gorgeous, long and all mine and I have her to thank. If you’re able to get an appointment do it.

I had incredible experience with Jackie VI definitely plan to make the extra drive to see her for my hair styling needs. I needed a full highlight and haircut. She did a wonderful job asking me about what I wanted for my hair and it turned out exactly how I had envisioned. Her attention to detail was impecable. She was amazing to talk to especially when in the middle of my haircut I got unexpected bad news about a family member. She wanted to make sure I was okay, and took great care of me. Couldnt ask for a better stylist or person in that moment. 10/10 recommend her.

I fell in love with my hair again thanks to Shelby. I rarely get my hair done because I don’t trust people but being new to Orlando it was time to find a new stylist. I was not disappointed in taking a chance at this salon. I love the location, vibe, how easy it was to make a same day appointment and how patient Shelby was. I went in with no expectation or pictures and Shelby held my hand through it to have my dream hair. Couldnt recommend this salon enough!

Jackie did an amazing job with my scalp treatment. It literally opened my eyes to whole other world about hair care as she showed me the before and after photos of the treatment.There was a clear difference between the oil-filled hair-follicles versus the clean scalp after treatment. I was having scalp sensitivity as well and she showed me areas of possible irritation. She is so knowledgable and recommended me shampoo and conditioner products for a healthy scalp. The whole experience was informative as well as relaxing. I cant wait to get this done again!

I’ve been here a few times & had the pleasure to have my hair done by Shelby & Jackie! I also got some Russian mani/pedi with Olga as well. The most recent visit was a few days ago. Jackie did a hair treatment, hair cut, and blowout on me. She’s super knowledgeable, understanding, and easy to work with! I took advantage of the product sale & got home some Redken goodies per her recommendation, and dang, are they good! This salon is full of good vibes & that’s all I aim for!

Lindsey demonstrated great care and attention to my hairs health, ensuring that the process would not cause any damage. The first session lasted approximately five hours, and I am pleased with the results so far. My hair remains healthy and vibrant, without any signs of damage.In addition to her expertise, Lindsey possesses an exceptional personality. Recognizing that I would be at the salon for an extended period, she kindly arranged for food delivery. The entire staff at the salon was friendly and professional, despite their busy schedule. I express my gratitude to Lindsey for her guidance and assistance throughout this process.

I’ve been going to Kali for the past 3 years. She first did my hair when I was at my lowest point. I came in with unbrushed hair and feeling the worst I had in a long time. Kali did not only make my hair look amazing she made me feel beautiful. I never felt judged by her and she always does a great job. I am moving states now and I wish I could take her with me. The salon itself is cute with easy parking and a relaxed atmosphere.

My appointment was a bit of a last minute one for my wedding day, yet Waynie scheduled an appointment that worked from me. From the moment that I walked in, I was amazed with the service, professionalism, cleanliness, and safety precautions that the salon had. All of the employees were nice and sweet. Waynie, who attended me that day was awesome and super sweet. She was extremely thorough and took her time doing my hair which is extremely long. Down to the last detail and the position of the hair pins she took care of and made sure I liked it and felt comfortable. She even painted my nails in the perfect pink which I wouldnt have had time for on my wedding day. My hairdo came out beautiful and held up the entire night. I am not from town but I would really like to come back to this salon for a haircut.

Steven is the best! I had hair extensions put in. He chose the colors , they matched perfectly. He explained what and why he did this or that and guided me with my hair care for best results. The salon was in a wonderful little part of Orlando that you could walk around and shop or have a meal and the staff and salon was very nice and comfortable! Highly recommend them!

This place is 10/10! Was here for the first time two weeks ago for an extensions re-tab and some color. The salon was spacious and clean, and the staff was super friendly. The location is pretty sweet, great vibe in quaint Thornton Park. Also, they have their own parking lot! So convenient. Ingrid did my hair and she did a fantastic job! She is the absolute queen of making blondes even brighter and blonder! Cant say enough good things about both Ingrid and the salon.

There arent enough words to express how grateful I am to this salon and Jennifer L. I chatted with her last week about getting both my girls hair cut and we set up a day. Sadly, my special needs daughter had a spike in seizures and because of multiple ones on the morning of the appointment, I had to reschedule. Jennifer was very understanding and empathetic and didnt get upset at all that we needed to change the day. We then decided on yesterday evening. The salon itself is beautiful and everyone I saw there was extremely kind and welcoming. She did a perfect job on my younger daughter and her hair turned out beautifully. My daughter still hasnt stopped talking about how much she loves it. She was attentive and interactive with her and made her feel so comfortable, a difficult thing for her to find. The work she did with my older daughter was above and beyond what I could have expected. She was so patient and never got frustrated when she didnt want to hold still. She took her time and made sure we liked it. She framed her beautiful face perfectly and now she doesnt have hair falling in her face. I plan on taking my son up there to have his hair cut and have some green dye put in as he has been asking for that for a long time. Im hoping to save enough money up to get my hair dyed in the future. Their prices are pretty cheap, especially for the quality you get and the whole atmosphere. I have no complaints at all and would reccomend them to anyone.

I dont think i could ever go anywhere else after today! Took my little sister to Red Scarlet Salon because she had a really bad bleach job done. Steven Do was AMAZING and fixed it right up! It ended up looking beautiful and complimented her skin tone SO WELL! Steven was very professional, but made the environment comfortable and relaxed. Definitely recommend him!

Ben is an awesome hair stylist. I needed a last minute make over for some professional head shots for my business. He made me look and feel like a million dollars. If you want or need to be pampered and you are not in a rush, see Ben for that professional treatment. You dont get a clip job or a bunch of pointless chat, just amazing service from a real pro.Note:. July 2019. New owner of my favorite place for upscale hair stylist and beauty needs. This owner is actually a hair stylist and she knows how to get you looking good. I am looking forward to seeing what great improvement is made here to keep this friendly place a 5 star salon. Make an appointment with Ben if you want excellent service and a very dedicated detail oriented stylist. You dont get chain store service or chatting ad infinite, but you do get a guy who has experience with high fashion show and commercial photo shoot quality work. Block out some time for a quality haircut or style. He is not a chop and go guy, but you take the time to make an appointment to see the best guy in town with some scissors and a blow dryer.

I love this salon and I adore Blake! The salon is set in a perfect location downtown with the easiest (and free) parking. There is always a friendly face at the front desk to welcome you.Blake is my favorite hair stylist. I was introduced to his work through friends who all have fabulous hair. I am in the hair and makeup industry and needed serious help fixing a cut I had attempted on myself but was super nervous about who I let fix it. I booked an appointment with Blake knowing he consistently produced excellent work and have been seeing him since! He is excellent with listening to the look you want to achieve, gives honest feedback, and always achieves beautiful results that continues to deliver! His cuts grow out beautifully which is a true indicator of a hair cut done right! Besides being a gifted hair stylist, Blake is enjoyable to sit with-he is always pleasant and easy to engage in conversation with. I love everything about getting my hair done by Blake

Most AMAZING COLOR CORRECTION that I’ve ever had! Thank you so much Jennifer A.Over the past year going lighter from box dyed black hair has been a nightmare. I’ve been to every “award winning colorist” from Orlando to Jacksonville. NONE have been able to accomplish what Jenn did today at the salon.The original plan was to just come in to have my extensions moved up. But once they were removed, Jenn saw how bad off my hair was, (knowing that I wanted to go lighter), and went above and beyond to help me out. There were huge black patches and uneven color everywhere that the previous colorist tried to hide with extensions. Jenn was able to get my hair to one overall balayage color without any damage at all. Most importantly she was completely honest and upfront with me every step of the way. I will never again go to any other stylist other than her. This girl deserves an award.

I came in for a hair color consultation with Jennifer L. yesterday and was blown away by the salons service and the staff. They were all smiles and offered drinks for myself and my mom when we arrived.Jennifer walked me through the options, the process, and patiently answered all my questions. She was able to complete my hair color the same day, and it turned out beautifully!I worried over how it will turn out because I am Asian with a yellowish skintone and dark brown hair, and my end goal is a blonde color with dark roots.Jennifer picked the perfect shade of ash blonde that complemented me wonderfully and both my husband and I love the new look! Things didnt workout with my last stylist, so I decided to go to the red scarlet since they were the only salon i called that could take me on short notice. BEST DECISION EVER! Everyone was so sweet!!! Jennifer L did my hair and may I say, best blow out Ive ever gotten in my LIFE (and Ive gotten a lot of blow outs!). I cant wait to schedule my next appt with her. She gave me the most beautiful cut, fixed my horrible roots, and styled my hair beautifully. I was offered wine and magazines and told to relax, the atmosphere was so zen! I came to get my nails done with Zina and she is amazing! It was my first time coming and I will be returning to get my nails done here. Everyone was nice and welcoming. A big bonus is that they have their own parking so it’s convenient.

This salon is beautiful. Employees are super nice and polite. They offer refreshments. I got a coffee which was truly needed. LolI big chopped my hair on Monday 9/5 and went for a shape up by Danielle. I came across her work on Instagram. She does wonderful work for natural hair.

Ive been going to the same person most of my life, but once she moved about an hour away...getting my hair done became a whole day affair. Within the last 6 months, I have started getting my hair colored and cut by Aixa and she is FABULOUS! I am very much a creature of habit, but she always helps make my same cut look fresh in every way!! Very relaxing atmosphere and super easy to schedule! I wouldnt mind making this an all day affair! I had Aixa Bayala do my hair up for my wedding and it was PERFECT! I had it done up in braids and an intricate romantic bun. I had guests literally asking me all night long how she did it, because it looked so cool and telling me how amazing it looked. It was an incredibly relaxing experience on what can be a sometimes stressful big day. No touch ups were needed for the pictures ,as the hair lasted perfectly all night long, even through dancing.

Excellent first time with Rachael Raerae (instagram). She knows how to do a Marine style haircut. Being an Army veteran its difficult to find a stylist who knows their way around a good old fashioned military haircut. A side from mens cuts she looks to be a color specialist on her Instagram page.The salon itself is super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Certainly not a dollar cut kind of place. Id place them with a high end salon with people who are competent and skilled.Will be back with my wife. Who will enjoy the other services.
