Theory Salon Mills 50 has a great vibe to it. I booked a cut and color consultation. My stylist Savannah gave me some great advice on both. I love that when you come to Theory Salon they send a detailed questionnaire up front so that youre coming in with inspiration and they already have your information up front.Savannah was very efficient with our time and the cut / color consultation went very quickly. She was really helpful with navigating quite a few ideas I came in with for color. Im already looking forward to coming back to officially do the color!

Rae is quite literally the best to have ever done it. She listened to every want I had, and executed my hair far better than I could’ve imagined. My hair is extremely soft, she taught me how to care for it. I will be coming back to her over and over again. I am very particular with my hair and I have never felt like I could trust someone to not cut more than I asked. To blow out my hair without a curl in sight. I feel beautiful, truly the best lux experience.

I drove 4 1/2 hours for my appointment (The Curly Experience) and the drive was worth every minute. My stylist (Angelina) was so attentive, professional, and personable. She explained what products worked best for my hair texture and offered suggestions. Additionally, she answered the questions I had. My hair cut was perfection! My hair was done exactly like I wanted it. I’m definitely looking forward to my next appointment!

This was my first visit to Theory and I am so happy with my experience! The staff is friendly and the salon is clean, modern, and comfy. My color and cut was done by Mae and she is outstanding. Easy to chat with, super knowledgeable, and taught me so much about my hair type and what works for it. Not to mention, the finished product looks AMAZING and exactly what I wanted. I have been on the hunt for a new hairdresser for quite some time! I finally found somebody that really knows what they’re doing! Savannah did such a fantastic job at color correcting my hair and still maintaining its health. The salon itself is also fantastic, beautiful ambience and even comfortable chairs that don’t hurt your neck when getting your hair washed. Super grateful and the owner Erin is also, fantastic. Happy to support a woman own business! Definitely worth it!!!

She did a wonderful job with my root touch up and highlights. I recently moved to Orlando from NYC where I was getting my hair done at an Aveda salon. Savannah expertly converted my formula and I couldnt be happier with the results. I look forward to going back!

Today, I had my first experience with Sandrelly, who specializes in curly hair like mine. My experience with her was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, explanatory, and highly knowledgeable about what my hair needed to revive its vitality. I also appreciate that she speaks both English and Spanish, which is personally very important to me.She performed a cut, wash, steam mask, and style on my hair, and I absolutely loved the result. Ill definitely be coming back every month for her to wash and style my hair. Maintaining curly hair can be challenging, so monthly visits will help me stay on track with my hair improvement goals. She recommended Shu Uemura products that she assured me would help enhance the health of my hair, and Im looking forward to trying them out and seeing how they improve my hairs health.Upon entering the salon, I was quickly greeted, didnt have to wait long to be attended to, and was immediately offered a beverage, which the stylist also kindly offered me before I left. The salon was clean and well-maintained. One observation I have is that the stations are placed very close together, which Im not accustomed to since stations usually have more space between them.They had a promotion where if you bought three products, you received the fourth for free. They have parking both in front and at the rear of the salon, but I couldnt find the entrance to the rear parking. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking to have work done on their hair.

I’ve been on the search for a new stylist for almost a year and finally came to Gabby after following her on Instagram for years. I’m so so incredibly glad I did. Not only did she correct the color of my hair from a previous service, she was able to get my hair to a beautiful, blended blonde, exactly the tone I was looking for. My appointment was with Sami Fernandez for the curly girl experience for the first time. I absolutely loved the whole experience. Sami was very educative throughout the whole 3 hours I spent with her and we had a lot of enjoyable conversations. I showed her some pics for inspiration and she also offered great suggestions about the cut style that better fit what I wanted. I felt immediately I could trust her. I loved the end result on my hair. She walked me through the whole process on how she was styling my hair so that I could also do it on my own. Will definitely be back for my maintenance appointments with Sami.

I’ve had a curly cuts and treatments in the past, but nothing compares to this one. Sami was amazing! She made me feel like the entire treatment was catered to my specific hair. Having curly hair and going to salons can be traumatic, because one mistake can ruin your hair for years. But Sami made me feel super relaxed and comfortable with the entire experience. Walking me through every step she was going to take, and products she was going to use on my hair. I felt like all though she had total control over my hair, I still had say in what was done. I’ve been going to Angelina Dalhouse for my curly hair for YEARS. Curly hair has always been more difficult to deal with and for most of my life I’ve never loved my hairstyle. If you have curly hair, any type, she is the master! She is so sweet and attentive, she knows what she’s doing and gives you what you’re looking for every time! I have been searching for a new hair salon for a few months when I was recommended Theory. I am very picky about who cuts my hair and I was especially worried because I wanted to try bangs for the first time. And WOW, this salon is amazing and my stylist Emily cut my bangs absolutely perfect!! She is literally the sweetest and helped me learn how to style my new haircut too!! I couldn’t be happier and definitely recommend coming here😊

Sandrelly Is the very best. She asks all the questions, She preps her self well and She goes in for the design. She takes the time to answer any and all of your questions. At the end she provides a superior cut; She is her own artist in the hair industry. I simply say that because my hair is not easy at all... So I am talking on experience from the other side! I had the most amazing curly hair journey experience at Theory Mills Salon! My stylist was Star and she was not only very thorough from the beginning explaining my color options/color procedures, or how exactly she would cut and style my hair, but she also took the time to carefully explain how she was styling my hair so that I can style & maintain it at home. Not only is Star an amazing stylist that took my hair from dull lifeless frizzy waves to hydrated spiral curls, but she was also so pleasant to converse with.☺️She has an awesome personality! Her assistant Alex is also extremely pleasant and gave the most relaxing shampoo experience/hair treatment experience. She also gave me great tips on curl finger styling techniques I can use at home. They make a great team together. Already looking forward to my next visit! (Btw, Star is also highly knowledgeable on what products work vs are not necessary for your type of hair.)

Went for the curly experience and had some heat damage that honestly didn’t know whether it was salvageable but sandrelly did a great job addressing my concerns and answering all my questions. Sometimes when you go to the salon, the stylist’s techniques and tricks to making you look good feel so secretive and proprietary but she literally was telling me everything she was doing pretty much step by step so I can learn how to recreate the look at home myself, and actually informed and educated me on the health of my hair! 🫶🏿❤️
