    I just had my first visit at theSHED, and I definitely found my new hair home. I was greeted warmly and offered a drink upon arrival (thanks, Jose!). The people and the place have a cool vibe. Conversation was fun and flowed which makes the salon experience more enjoyable. Music was on point, too.Kim is incredible! She listened to and honored my preferences, but also offered insight and suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle. Thank you to Emily as well who helped with my hair treatment and blow dry.     Iā€™ve been going to TheShed Hair Studio in Orlando for the past 4-5 years, and I canā€™t imagine going anywhere else. Jose, the owner, who runs the studio with his wife, is the only one I trust with my haircut and beard. His attention to detail is amazing, and he always makes sure I leave looking and feeling my best. The atmosphere is super welcoming and laid-back, which makes the whole experience even better.If youā€™re looking for a place where quality and consistency are guaranteed, Jose is your guy!     Looking for a great haircut or trim? Looking for an inviting atmosphere with great music and stylist who listen, take their time and have great attention to detail? If so, then head to The Shed. Everyone has a smile, remembers your name and are always engaging. Kimberly has been my go-to stylist for years and she is amazing. She always remembers my typical haircut but, is always open to experimenting if I have a new request. It is easy to book appointments online or on the phone and easy to change them as well. There have been times where I have had to go with other stylists due to scheduling conflicts but, the entire crew is understanding and accommodating. When I can get a cut with Kim, Jose will take over and he also does a wonderful job with my hair. I have very difficult, dense curly hair that not many people know how to deal with and I always leave happy after a cut at The Shed. You really get what you pay for here. I shouldā€™ve written this review sooner and I canā€™t recommend them enough!

    I was in so much pain and I needed a massage. It was suggested to me to go see Zulay. I can sayā€¦I am not disappointed! Working in construction leaves your body feeling defeated someday. Having someone like Zulay who doesnā€™t just listen to you but your bodyā€¦.it helps! She is so kind and humble. Her membership that she offers is 100% worth it and priced very reasonably. I know a lot of people think a massage is relaxation (which she offers) but I go for pain management. She is such an array of talent! Oh, I also got a facial with herā€¦skin was amazing. Also a nice perk is that from walking in to walking out everyone is just so nice. You truly feel like part of their crew.

    Kim is such a gem! Not only is she super easy to talk to but she actually takes the time to listen to your wants and needs. She also will take her time to make sure all your questions are answered and if you are getting a completely new hair style she helps show you how to style your new look!     I canā€™t even begin to explain this miracle of a salon. This little ā€œshedā€ of a studio contains a big hearted, creative, and talented hairstylist named Liana. She has worked wonders on my hair that I didnā€™t even know were possible to achieve as Iā€™ve never had the pleasure of having such a skilled stylist do my hair before! Iā€™m so overwhelmingly happy with the haircut and partial highlights she provided me. She explained everything down to me in a way I could understand and helped teach me how to use styling tools that would help me in the future with taking care of my hair. She is a great listener and a great communicator who takes every bit of what you say and creates the best look possible for not only your desires but also for your specific hair typeā€™s abilities, tones, etc. She wonā€™t stray you wrong, just trust her and she will take care of you.     Kim does fantastic coppers, is excellent at styling curls, and is so much fun to chat with!She shaped my hair and made it look longer and healthier.     Love theSHED! Everyone makes you feel so welcome and comfortable! The decor is super cozy!!     Jose is the bomb, great person and damn good at what he does.Just moved to the space coast, but their website and branding hooked me in and was quality made so I had to make the drive to Orlando and test them out.He gave me a traditional skin fade and took his time getting it right (in comparison to some past barbers of mine).Worth it, this is my goto even if its an hour long drive away.

    My husband came into The Shed with quite the hair and task for Jose. Jose not only took it on, but went above and beyond what we could have asked for. He most likely took off 3-4 inches of hair and turned my husbandā€™s hair into exactly what we wanted if not better. Jose worked some magic and you can tell he is a master of his craft.     Id been following this salon on IG for like a year and finally made my appointment. Sharon cut my hair and she gave me the cleanest cut I have ever had here in FL. She fixed my hair, which I was unhappy with for a while, all with a smile. Shes very kind and delicate but dont let that fool you, she is precise and on point with her tools. The vibe in this salon is very calming and friendly and the decor is beautiful. The staff were all very nice and I wasnt rushed out. Definitely coming back.

    I love this place, you walk in and you feel at home. Super chill, very clean, always playing dope music. Not too many ridiculous products for sale. They sell what they actually use on you! Which is great, because you know they actually believe in the product they sell. My step daughter wants to go to beauty school to do hair and makeup and they are always so helpful and give her advice and suggestions. They are so great here, I drive an hour away just to support this salon and their awesome staff.

    I have had issues since moving to Orlando finding someone I can trust with my hair. Iā€™ve always been a blonde but when I met Liana she convinced me I could pull off an even better color. She has taken such great care of me. Happy to appease me and all my changes Iā€™ve made with my hair style and color. Liana has even made my 5 year old daughter completely comfortable and gave her the sweetest style. Itā€™s been a week and Iā€™m still obsessed with my hair. Iā€™ve gotten a lotttt of compliments about how perfect my haircut is for me.From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave every single person in this salon is welcoming, warm, and friendly. Upon arrival she did a consult with me to talk about my hair type, how to take care of my hair type, etc. She was transparent about what lengths/styles would look good with my face shape. Then during shampooing I got a scalp massageā€¦.which everyone knows is the best thing ever. Then on to the cut where she was communicative about what she was doing and why.     Zuley thank you so much for all the pain you take away from me. One of the best massage therapist I know. Trust me the hour commute to come to the Shed itā€™s always well worth it.     Im very big on self care and I used to think that the major companies were the way to go until I experienced going to theSHED! I ended up canceling my memberships and become a loyal client at theSHED. I have received massages and have monthly facials with Zulay and shes absolutely amazing! I frequently get compliments on my skin. I have even taken my teenage son who is going through puberty to her to get his facial treatments and Ive seen a significant difference!     Prices might be a tad bit higher than what some are looking to spend, but every penny is worthwhile! Friendly and professional staff, theyā€™ll talk out what it is that youā€™re looking to get done and know how to provide. I know very little about hair or how to communicate what exactly it was that I was looking for, yet they still managed to figure out what it was that I wanted. Itā€™s rare that I get a cut that Iā€™m perfectly satisfied with, but The Shed is I the place I can rely on to do it right.

    Love this place. My daughter and I come together every two weeks to get our hair done. Shauna does our hair, and she is fantastic. Our hair not only is styled nicely, but is also much healthier since coming here. Its not easy to find someone who can style and treat natural hair, so Im very happy we have done just that. I also see Zulay for facials regularly. They are so relaxing and am always left with a glow. Everyone there is friendly, and the atmosphere is very cool. So happy to have found them!

    Just got my hair done recently by Liana and I absolutely LOVE it! She knew exactly what I wanted. She is a great stylist. The rest of the stylist were also very hospitable and courteous.     This is the best hair salon I have ever been to. I have very bulky hair, that must be thinned, like a lot of thinning is needed at every hair cut, or it just doesnt look right. I just walked in one day, took a chance, had never heard anything about this salon, walked out with the best hair cut I have ever had. Shawna is amazing. I have had my hair cut there about 4-5 times, and every time, I get compliments. Have had a few strangers ask me where I got my hair cut and how much they liked the style. My hair is not easy to cut, because it has a lot of natural curl and, like I said before, bulk, and she knows just how to work with hair like mine, that needs a lot of thinning to look right.

    This place is so welcoming and the energy is amazing from the moment you walk in. This is a hair salon, but also a massage studio! The owners are a beautiful dynamic duo couple! I receive massage from Zulay pretty regularly now, and I canā€™t stop coming back! She creates a space where you feel like you can just let go and unwind. Her hands are truly magicā€¦ I would recommend her massage to anyone who is wanting quality bodywork! She also is an herbalist who makes healing tea blends, tinctures, etc. Iā€™m super grateful to have found her.

    I was referred to the salon, Shawna specifically by a coworker. So glad I heeded the advice. Shawna is spectacular. A true artist, she is professional and warm.     My experience at TheShed was wonderful! I had my first massage EVER delivered by Zulay (pronounced like July with a Z). I was a bit nervous but she put me at ease with an a detailed introduction on what sheā€™ll be doing and a very soothing demeanor. From beginning to end it was an enriching experience.     A stylish, intimate salon with truly some of the best people around. Every time I come here to get my hair cut and colored Iā€™m treated so well. Everything is explained to me clearly and concisely and theyā€™re also upfront and honest about cost and care.     This is the place to go! I moved to Orlando in 2012 and have been searching for a good barber shop since.     My visit to the shed today was truly the BEST salon experience I have ever had. For once I felt like my experience was worth the price & I didnā€™t leave feeling disappointed. From the moment I stepped in I automatically felt welcomed and right at home. Liana worked so hard on this look and even though it took up her entire day she never complained about a thing! In fact she was so hyped and excited about my hair it had me feeling good before I even got to see the end results! She took my idea(s) and made my dream hair a Reality. And let me tell ya... she did waaaaaay better than I could have ever imagined too. The colors she helped me pick blend so perfectly & work together to create such a beautiful look I canā€™t believe is a piece of art I get to wear so proudly. You can tell everyone in this salon really cares about what theyā€™re doing and enjoy every minute of the experience/ their work days.     Ive always had long hair... Every time I went to go and get it cut short I would be told its so long, why do you want to cut it? And I always ended up with the same length of hair but a slightly different color. When I went to Jose, he did exactly what I wanted. He cut it short, treated it, lightened it, and styled it.
