    I’m extremely tender headed and was referred to Jazz by someone who also is. I reluctantly went and have been going since. I’ve received compliments each time from my family who laugh that at 65 I’m still so tender headed lol but finally found someone that takes care of my locs with such care and makes me look so fabulous as well. The environment is an added bonus because these beautiful women keep me laughing with their joy and love of family they share with all around them.

    Amazing women with such bright personalities!! I was referred to Urban Rootz in 2021 and never have I thought of going anywhere else. I’ve always felt welcomed and comfortable since day one. They’re very timely yet incredible with the quality and care of your hair.. I absolutely love Denise😊

    Alicia knows what shes doing, my natural loc re-attachments never looked this good out of the 2 times, no thread, no tools.. Her sis does amazing work also. Nice atmosphere

    They always do an amazing job and the fact that they are kind and nice people are an added bonus!!! If youre in the Orlando area, definitely make an appointment!!! I can only vouch for the owner and her sister. Not sure who else is working there now but you cant go wrong with either of those two.

    After getting fired from my previous loctician because my hair was too long, I found this shop. Such an air of positivity and a vibe I havent seen anywhere else. Im so glad I came here. They didnt make me feel bad for needing a little extra work done to my hair due to a ton of new growth.Jasmine treated me like the queen I looked like after she styled my hair. I have been receiving compliments almost daily about my hair since I left the shop. Love this place!❤️

    My stylist loves me she is so friendly and works with me on my schedule! Super clean facility, I had my locks repaired and put back in the ones that popped. I started going to urban roots in 2020 it’s now 2022 and I faithfully go every month! The vibe is so refreshing with great conversations and a chance to build a great client relationship now these 2 lovely ladies have changed my life for the Byers I feel and look like myself these days! And now we are more like family! I wouldn’t t let anyone touch my but urban roots salon thanks you! I encourage anyone with Dred lock problems to come and get fresh and also take advantage of there premium hair products me personally i use the all natural organic hair oils I know ever ingredient listed on the bottle and my scalp has never been healthier! Oh and can’t forget to mention there pricing is spot in for the quality work you get 5⭐️ Rating from me ❤️😎🤩 I’ll be back next month 😉👋🏽

    5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We brought my two year old son in to see Denise to get the dreadlock process started. She had so much patience and gentle hands to get them completed. We are very happy and plan on coming back and bringing my husband and oldest son to get their hair done by her!!!! Strongly recommend

    I found Urban Roots through a co worker. She introduced me to Alicia and the first time I met her the vibe was awesome. They are very professional and courtesy. Dont have to wait long for your SCHEDULED appointment. That is one of my pet peas. The service is very quick. The prices are very reasonable.

    I’ve been going to this salon for years. They started my locs in 2018 and now I have great healthy locs! They don’t use those gels other salons use that attract dirt and and makes your hair stiff. My hair feels healthily and they give care advice for your hair.

    I have been getting my hair done with urban rootz for over 9 years now and I love them. The girls are like family to me and I do not have to break my bank to look beautiful. They care about my hair. I love the oil and the fresh spray. I use it on my daughters natural hair. The best place to go for beautiful healthy locs in Orlando is Urban Rootz.

    Professional and care - I made Alicia my stylist after the first visit. She instantly started teaching me about my hair and the damage that she has fixed. She uses quality products. Would recommend Urban Rootz to anyone with locs for all loc needs.

    I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Normally when I go to a loctician I would have to wait for hours to be seen, but Alicia was right on time and made my visit ever so comfortable. They are affordable especially with the $60 monthly plan. Cant wait to see them again next month
