    I have been going to the Great Clips in the Trails shopping plaza for a several years. It is a wonderful place, very accommodating with a super good staff. I prefer to walk in when I need a cut, which means that I get the next available stylist. I never wait long, if at all. I havent had one stylist that I havent liked. I always get the hair cut that I prefer.

    Tiffany is my girl for sure. My hair looked fabulous. She washed it with the great clarifying shampoo and boy oh boy my hair looked fantastic.

    Ive been getting my hair cut at this store since my relocation to the area, in 2022. Ive always been very satisfied. Everyone has always been courteous, efficient, and professional. Frankly, I should have left a review a long time ago. Honestly, you cannot go wrong at this location. All of the stylists are awesome.However, I must give special recognition to Tiffany. She cut my hair today for the first time. I literally look 10 years younger!! She is truly talented and skilled. This is the best haircut Ive had in years. Thank you all for everything!! :)

    The haircut experience was OK. I wasnt satisfied with the quality of the amount of hair that was taken off. Usually when I get my haircut its a lot shorter. Then I was asked if I had sideburns or how I wanted my sideburns. I showed them where and I no longer had sideburns. I usually have a good experience when getting my haircut at Greatclips. As for the checking in online and the wait time I was in and out in a reasonable time

    Yesterday, was my first trip to Great Clips. Denise did my hair. She was amazing. She explained everything about Great Clips. She was very specific as to what she planned to document on my file for future visits. She was very outgoing, pleasant, and professional. One of the best haircuts I have ever had. For sure, I will be back.

    Amanda is an awesome hairstylist who always listens to what I’m hoping to achieve and she always manages to deliver a style way beyond what I thought possible! She gives styling tips that I’ve been able to use so I’m much happier with my cut for much longer. When she uses a product, she explains what it does and exactly how to use it so I can get the same results at home! Amanda is a pure pleasure and always worth waiting for!

    I had Amanda cut my hair. Amanda made good conversation also by far the fastest haircut I’ve had in at least 5 years! Amanda gave me exactly what I had in mind as if she read my mind.     By far the best haircut Ive ever had. Never had a consult before a haircut it was awesome that Amanda cared so much about what I wanted.     Absolutely the best place for hair care! All stylist are wonderful, you cant go wrong. We always wait for Amanda; shes a great stylist and she has a very warm personality. Highly recommend her. We really like the on-line check, save a lot of time waiting. Weve been loyal customers for 8 years and plan to continue.

    Very efficient service. Staff was welcoming and appointment tines were scheduled and met. Clean facility with more than enough parking. As a senior for $15 haircut was most reasonable for the treatment received. Would recommend Rachel as she was most pleasant and accommodating.

    Kinsley did a great job, very professional and made sure to know exactly how I wanted my hair cut before starting. I dont trust anyone to cut my hair and would normally not go to a Great Clips but this experience changed that for me. I would recommend Kinsley to anyone, will definitely go back the next time i need a haircut.

    What an excellent experience on a Saturday afternoon. My son (with autism) was greeted and welcomed by Amanda even though we had not checked in online.     While visiting Ormond Beach, FL. I was in desperate need of a haircut in a very short notice. I came across Great Clips located in the Trails Shopping Center and gave it a go! My first impression when walking inside was the welcoming staff. All were very polite and accommodating. I waited no more then 2 minutes to be serviced by one of the stylists. The stylist was informative and made my experience unforgettable. My haircut was styled exactly how I wanted it. If in the area I would strongly recommend this hair salon.
