THE BEST. Sam took better care of me and my hair than I can find words for. My hair was in a state of long term damage and neglect and Sam helped me through the entire process to decide on a new look I would love. I only had the vaguest idea of what I wanted and Sam’s amazing communication, creativity, and skill completely transformed my hair, and made me feel safe in her hands through the entire process. She is everything you could ask for in a hairdresser! A wonderful experience and a beautiful result. Not something just anyone can do with the state I came in!

She was so fun to talk to and she kept me informed about what she was doing with my hair, made sure to aak permission before doing bigger decisions, and giving me tips on how to take care of my hair. I went in with 2 of my daughters, and could not have asked for a more welcoming environment. All the women were so nice! O have extremely thick long hair, it was desperate for a really good trim/cut. I never felt like an inconvenience. She took her time cutting my hair, washing it, and she braved the time it took to blow dry it! Both of my girls hair looks amazing, and they love their cuts. Phenomenal experience!

Went in there today to get my hair wash and blow dry as I hurt my hand. I was a bit hesitant as I have very curly and thick hair and not a lot of people understand that texture. Mira greeted me with a smile and said she would take care of me. She was very honest in stating that she is not familiar with my type of hair and recommended her colleague Melissa to me going forward. Melissa was off today and I was desperate. Needless to say Mira did a wonderful job!!! Def will be back!!

I brought a friend in for a treat and booked a facial with Sunny. When my friend walked out of the facial room an hour later, I can only say she looked like pudding. I mean that in a positive way. The relaxed look on her face was the ultimate reward! I couldnt wait to get my own facial and booked one for the following week.I had my appointent yesterday. To call it a facial is inadequate. It was an out of body experience. Sonny worked her magic and I simply dissolved into mush. Not only does she focus on your just your face, (this alone was awesome) but, its an upper body delight. Sunny wrapped warm cloths on my hands which was wonderful (especially for my arthritis) she then massaged my hands, arms and along my shoulders. I did not expect that and was in heaven.Compared to the prices in the major chain salons, this was a bit pricier... but the private attention and excellent service was well worth every cent. Treat yourself, call Sunny. You deserve it!

This spa is unmatched! The outside plaza is deceiving, not a place that you’d typically walk into or even notice but inside is a hidden gem! The cleanest, best salon I’ve EVER been to. The services are all amazing and it’s a one stop shop. Hair, nails, facials and gift cards for loved ones. You have to check it out, you’ll be so glad you did!

I love going to see Sunny for a facial, she is great at doing my facials and very thorough. I can really tell and see a difference in my skin...I dont have to wear make-up anymore my skin is looking so youthful and healthier.I see Mira for my hair and she has done wonders on my hair. My hair was a hot mess...color and cut wise. I can actually wear my hair down and feel comfortable. Sunny and Mira are just awesome. And not to mention the atmosphere of the salon is so inviting. If you havent given this salon a try, you have to just try a facial with Sunny..you will be hooked.

I’ve been going to Mira for over 30 years for a pedicure and manicures and would never go anywhere else.Today was my first facial, and it was wonderful. Relaxing but my face is so soft. Only thing I recommend is go on a limousine with the driver you’ll need it to get home. 😂

Wonderful place to spoil yourself. Diane has been doing my hair for over 5 years. Love her. Mira did the microblading of my eyebrows and the permanent eyeliner. Very very pleased. Her attention to detail is very important to me. And of course the atmosphere in the salon is very welcoming and fun. I highly recommend the salon.

Melissa cut and highlighted my hair last night. This was my first visit to this salon and first time having Melissa work on my hair. To say that I am pleased is an understatement. Ive been searching for a new stylist for awhile, and I will definitely be a repeat customer of Melissas for a long time to come.On top of the fact that Melissa is a great stylist, everyone in the salon was so nice! I have been going to the Sweetwater Salon and Spa for over 10 years. Everyone there is so kind and thoughtful and engaging with the customers. I have watched the owner, Mira, build this business up to the high standards it has become known for. I will never forget my first appointment. There was lots of conversation and care, as well as education on what should and shouldnt be done for me. My favorite service is getting my eyebrows waxed because they take the time to shape my brow while hiding a small scar where hair no longer grows. Before going to Sweetwater Salon and Spa, my experiences with this type of service at other locations was disappointing. I recently moved out of Oviedo but I still drive the 45 minutes to see Mira. I have found a professional who is like an artist with my unusual eyebrows. I look great every time I leave, and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. If in the future I have to drive a couple hours, then I will still do it and make a fun day out of it. I highly recommend the services here, and encourage anyone to give them a try.

I have seen Melissa a few times. The first time I called was on the spot and was seen within the hour. I wanted a super short haircut and Melissa pointed out if I went as short as I wanted I would not be able to even do a pony tail and given it was July she suggested going a bit longer. I listened to her and sure enough she was right! It was the hottest July so far and I would ave been miserable with hair all over my neck.I have seen Melissa since and she is great, VERY GENTLE (I have had hairdressers try to pick my brain out of my scalp when washing my hair). I love the place, it is beautiful, quaint, and peaceful. The owner Mary is very accommodating as well.I will definitely be returning and would recommend them to anyone!

She was great! Went in for a wax, she was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable. She knew how to help a client deal with any pain that comes with that service. She was very friendly and kept a delightful conversation the whole time. The pricing is a little bit higher than a run-of-the-mill salon but I definitely would pay a few extra dollars for the kind of service she provided (and Im a college student!); plus she made sure to charge in the lower portion of the range of prices and even charged me much less than within the range for one thing I had done. The place was very clean and very professional looking, not to mention beautiful interior. She also gave me some tips and taught me some things as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Awesome experience!

After having a stylist at other salon completely destroy my hair while attempting to do a balayage style color, that she never achieved. My hair was left broken, brittle and with 3 shades of blonde😡. After many tears I stopped at Sweetwater salon.. they were very prompt and did a consult that put me at ease that my hair could be fixed. The next day I went in for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised by the chance in my hair. The owner did everything possible while keeping in mind the integrity of my hair. Sweetwater Salon is outstanding! Melissa is a miracle worker. I came in with a trainwreck on top of my head. Another professional did highlights and it looked awful. I gave Melissa exactly what I wanted and she nailed it! I now have a GORGEOUS balayage look with all the colors I wanted from the beginning.Mira, the store owner is also extremely friendly as well! She created such an amazing atmosphere with each of her employees and CLIENTS! It felt like I was apart of their family. I cannot wait to go back!!

I went in for my first Guyzilian wax. Mira was very friendly and explained to me how the process worked. She was very thorough and a master of the craft. I was very tense and a little fearful since it was my first wax but she eased the tensions and fear by explaining everything she was doing before she started. There, I regularly schedule my haircuts with Diane, an exemplary, intelligent and accommodating hair professional, who always exceeds my expectations in a time-efficient manner with great attention to detail. Furthermore, Diane and I regularly engage in riveting conversations, another factor I admire. In conclusion, I am very pleased and I cant recommend Diane enough and she has been my go-to hair professional for about a decade!
