I couldnt be more pleased with the results! Liset is not only skilled but also really listens to what you want. She took the time to understand my preferences and offered helpful suggestions that worked perfectly with my hair type. The atmosphere at the salon was warm and welcoming, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Recommend 100%.

Yesterday I was saved by one of karisma hair stylist. I went in with 3 knots in my hair, I almost thought I might have to cut my hair off and have a boy look because that’s how bad my hair was tangled. Michelle did the best she could, to save my hair. After and hour of detangling my hair she treated it, Colored, treated it some more and finally rolos, hair dryer and cut. I am very pleased with Michelle and thank you to the hair dresser next to her in helping to detangle. I give karisma a 5 star because everyone was welcoming and very hospitable. I was treated very well and I am very pleased with their services.

I had the most incredible and professional experience with Michelle Pimentel. My hair is natural pitch black and with an orange 🍊 base...which over the years has been a truly nightmare for hairdresser and myself .I left my hair with the natural color for almost a year because I couldnt find someone able to change the color without damaging. I saw Michelle work on Instagram and and hit the jackpot! She was able to remove my black base...remove and handle the orange ...and get me highlights without damaging my hair!She worked with me the full day....invested all her expertise and used the best product! I love the professional work of my Hairdresser Lissette Santana 😍😍😍 She always offers recommendations for the care of my hair and the techniques and products she uses with us are the best. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Coloring, highlighting, cutting and styling is what she normally does for me and I always fall in love with the results of her processes.
