My first experience was amazing. And then I had a little issue with a stylist. I contacted the owner Jen and she was so responsive, professional and had a great solution to my conundrum. Now I absolutely love my stylist, Sanford, and he will be a life long friend. The great thing is this is not just a business they are all family. The employees are genuinely kind and wonderful people. I highly recommend! Love you Company C🫶🏻

Charlotte was absolutely wonderful with my overly anxious mom. She listened carefully to what she wanted and made her feel completely at ease. Not only did she do an amazing job covering her grown-out grays, but she also gave her a fantastic haircut! My mom looks and feels great—Charlotte has definitely gained a lifelong client. Highly recommend!
