Im so so happy with my curly cut and style by Katrina today! Ive been cutting it myself, scared to go to anyone... her reviews are top-notch, so I made the appointment. She spent time listening to me about my hair and its problems; she trimmed and shaped, washed and styled, and went over the proper products and styling method to use. She brought out more curls than I ever thought I had!

Curlspiration moved from Boca Raton to Palm Beach Gardens. For me it is worth the drive. Katrina (the curl whisperer) and Jasmine continue to provide their incredible expertise to curly heads. I don’t do coloring but that is among their specialities. It is Suite 17 in Salonz at the Legacy mall. Park on the second floor of the (free) garage and take the walkway over.

My first revisit to a hair salon in south Florida in the last decade.I have visited a handful of salons after moving 3,000 miles away from home, still love my stylist, but am beyond grateful to finally have a viable option near my south east home!My first visit in June with Kyra was nothing short of an impression. She took her time to consult and enlighten based on the details I shared, hands down the most educational session I have ever received - yay for understanding mixed hair more!This session today allowed us the opportunity to delve into more exploration: layers, face framing and even inquisitions on coloring in the future - which I have never done.After both sessions, I have left the salon feeling heard, light, rejuvenated and never rushed. Kyra’s tangible passion and love for her craft leaves you feeling and looking beautiful. My convertible-exposed hair thanks her indefinitely. Looking forward to future visits at Curlspiration.

I have been going to Jasmine for years! I’m talking since 2018 at least! At first I was doing blonde highlights and since then have done crazy colors like pinks and purples and she does so without wrecking my curls. She’s educated on curly hair and knows exactly what will work and what won’t. I trust her with my hair completely. She’s always up for the new hair ideas I have 😂

As a new customer, I was feeling nervous and excited about cutting my long hair short. Ive had straight hair most of my life and within the last two years it developed (2b) waves. I didnt know how to manage or style wavy hair. So I googled a curly hair specialist and decided to go with Jasmine based on her glowing reviews. Im so glad I did! Jasmine is super personable, fun and upbeat. She knows her stuff too and educated me on how to style my waves at home. Thanks for my new do Jasmine. I love it and so does my husband!🥰Ps-I plan to donate my hair to Children with Hair Loss in case anyone was looking to do the same. Among the organizations that accept hair donations, they accept all conditions of hair (8 inches minimum) so you can donate virgin, colored, permed hair and they will not sell your hair to their customers unlike Locks of Love.

I honestly do not think words can describe how amazing my experience at Curlspiration begins. About a year ago I was so unhappy with my curls so I decided to self dye my hair blue and that worked for a while, but I came to realize that my unhappiness was far more than color. That is where Jasmine comes in, she transformed my hair from cut to color and she educated me about my curls while doing so. I AM SO IN LOVE with my hair and it is all because of her magic fingers and knowledge.She took the time to listen to what I wanted and that is so important, as a curly girl I have had really bad experiences where people do whatever they think will look best for my hair and I walk out of the salon in tears from how unhappy I am. Not here. Everyone at this salon really makes you feel at home. We live in a crazy time where cleanliness is so important and Curlspiration does not disappoint here either, every employee keeps their mask on, is always sanitizing their hands and stations. I love to know that not only is my head of curls taken care of, my safety is also taken care of from the moment I enter this salon. Do yourself a favor and book your appointment today!

The salon staff is so friendly. The woman who answered the phone paired us with Katrina who offered the nicest most helpful service. She took her time and help my fiance, Sam (male) with his long curly hair. The curls are much better after one appointment and she gave us so much advice on how to help maintain healthy hair. Love love love this salon. I live in Davie and I make the hour drive just to come to this place. I found this salon 1 year ago. Having curly hair is hard to find curl specialists and finding this place was an answer to my prayers. The owner is so sweet and delicate with her customers. You can see they love what they do. They are very attentive.I went in as a model and was seen by Christiana. Super sweet. I showed them the picture of the color and haircut I wanted and I got just that. My hair feels so light and color looks amazing. I’m very happy. The products they use are healthy and leaves your hair smelling good and holds the style very good.

I have very thick curly hair and have always had trouble finding someone who is able to cut it the way I like it. When I first moved to Florida it was very difficult for me to find a good stylist and I found this salon on google and booked an appointment. From my first appointment Katrina went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my haircut.Katrina is the salon owner and has been cutting my hair for over a year now and is absolutely amazing at it. She is so sweet and really listens to any request you have. Most importantly she really knows what she is talking about when it comes to curly hair. And she is great with scheduling flexibility which is huge because I am a busy college student who works almost full time.The reception desk is also nothing but kind and uplifting every time I walk in. And the salon is ALWAYS so clean and the staff is always smiling and happy. I would 100% recommend booking if you have curly hair and need a good salon in Boca.

So Ive gone through alot over the years and let my hair go for the worst its been in awhile . I looked up this salon and was scared to try a new place in the middle of a pandemic but they were so clean . when I walked in she greeted me right away by name professionally we went through pictures of what I would like and she listened to everything I been through over the years for why my hair was so bad . ( Depression , grieving losses , hair loss from post partum . ) The whole nine yards she took care of me and explained everything through out the way of what she was doing to my hair and the changes that needed to be made to keep up with everything . Very educational and helpful she had short black curly hair I wish I remembered her name . ( Also the lady who washed my hair was such a doll I love her for taking her time and detangling my hair . )Check out the photos they speak for themselves ladys and gentlemen !!! I moved back to FL from Boston two years ago, but hadn’t found a salon I trust to cut my curly hair until 3 weeks ago. Katrina did an awesome job cutting my hair. I loved my old salon in Boston, but honestly I think this is my best “curly girl” cut to date. She really took the time to understand how I like my hair to fall, and what my priorities are before she started cutting. Once she started cutting, it was obvious that she’s a master at her craft and really loves what she does. I will absolutely be a returning customer. So glad I found this new salon! Highly recommend.

I was contacted by Destiny within a day of making an appointment. When I got to the salon, she listened to what I was looking for and also gave recommendations she felt would look better. I left the salon feeling more beautiful than I have felt in a very long time. She talked through everything she was doing and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. This review is wayyyy over due but I came to Destiny back in early Feb for a much needed cut and styling so that it looked perfect for my engagement party. I explained what I wanted in my styling and she did exactly what I wanted without taking my length which has always been a fear of mine whenever I go to a salon. She answered all my questions about a good hair/scalp maintenance routine as well as explaining everything she did and why she did it. I have recommended her to anyone with curly hair who has had similar issues in the past with hair stylist. She’s a super star and I’ll definitely be going back.

I have not been so good to my curls for years. When I got to the salon my hair was dry, flat and my curls were not existent. Katrina cut and styled my hair and was shocked of how curly it was after the cut. She was extremely knowledgeable yet concise on how to take care of my hair. She assured me that there doesn’t need to be a huge process to manage my hair. She demonstrated the right steps I should take in order to maintain healthy curls. Their services are well-priced, especially considering the location, and I really felt that I got my money’s worth with the cut, style, and step-by-step instruction and recommendations provided to me by my stylist (I am relatively new to styling curly hair!). Destiny listened to what I was looking for, and was able to give me a great cut just based off of a verbal description. She styled my hair afterwards, which stayed nice for 3 full days, which is unusual for my hair. Their products all appeared to be healthy for the hair and environment, which is important to me. I will definitely be coming back here for future haircuts!

Kat is the only hair stylist I trust to do my hair. I first met her years ago when she did my big chop. And Ive been following her wherever she went for years. Her passion for curly hair shines through. She and her team also try their best to give clients a positive experience. As someone with 4 type hair living in Boca Raton, its quite difficult to find someone willing to wash my curls and give me growth tips. I highly recommend that you go to this salon for your curly hair needs. These are kind professionals who care a lot about their clients. An amazing resource for any black woman/women of color who feels like the popular salons dont understand them.

I decided to make an appointment with Destiny to do coloring/highlights on my 3B/3C curly hair. After going to another salon a month before and not being completely satisfied with the results, Destiny spent a few minutes going through ideas to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. I walked out of the salon very happy yesterday after seeing my hair. This is the only place I will be coming back to for touch ups and haircuts from now on!

As usual, I received an excellent cut, in a professional environment, on time. Jasmine always knows how to shape my Medusa-like waves and curls into a style that works for me. My hair is coarse, thick, and dense, with a mixed wave and curl pattern, so it requires a certain amount of skill to shape properly. If you have wavy or curly hair that has a mind of its own, Jasmine knows how to work with it, not against it.

Destiny is PHENOMENAL!!! i’ve been extremely unhappy with my hair since january of this year, my ends were damaged and frayed, i didn’t know what to do with my curls aside from wash and go’s for every time i went out because i just felt so upset and sad every time i saw it dry, to a point where i didn’t even try to keep up with that. destiny changed ALL of that! she took such good care of me and my hair, shaped her up, and made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. she even recommended me products that i could use, taught me so much about my hair that i’ve been questioning for so long. my porosity, density, and so many other things, as well as what products would help to nurture her back to full health. i swear i’d never go by another hairdresser, i can’t ever trust anyone with my hair the way that i trust destiny to take care of me
