    Smart style hair salon in the Palm Coast Walmart had opened back up and the wonderful ladies that used to work at Fantastic Sams, which closed, are working here now. Tamara and Philomena (I apologize if Ive mispelled) do a terrific job and I would recommend trying them out. If youve had a bad experience in the past here I would say give them another try. New ladies are there who definitely know what they are doing.
