    Im very particular (some would say finicky) about my hair. A couple of years ago, l met Sandy. She is truly Fantastic as is this FS location. Sandy is a top-notch stylist and also runs this East Lake location along with a terrific staff. After one of her cuts, l dont even need a comb. Even on a day with strong wind, my style remains perfect with little or no product. Oh and having her wash my hair is just a wonderful included bonus

    I work Nextdoor to this amazing salon.. I got to know Dana, she’s amazing!!! I asked her earlier in the week if she could squeeze me in for a cut and she did an amazing job!! I 10000/10 recommend her for all your hair style needs!!!

    The staff here is great and the salon is clean and well run. Dana has done my hair for 4 years now. She really listens and finds the perfect solutions for her customers. She is an expert with color, cuts and blowouts and many other services. I highly recommend her!

    Had the best experience with Dana! She’s super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Came in with crazy, frizzy, big curly hair and Dana taught me so much about how to care for my hair in the short time I was there. The salon is bright and clean, too! Feels so good to have a great cut, better hair, and a place to return to. I highly recommend. Thank you!

    Cassandra at Fantastic Sams is by far the best hair stylist I have ever had! I have gone to some very high dollar salons, and none of those stylists have come even remotely close to giving me exactly what I want with both cut and color the way she does.She is a great listener and conversationalist too.Not to mention the prices!... they are VERY reasonable. You get a lot more for a lot less money than what you pay at these places that charge ridiculously high prices.Additionally, the salon is always very clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. I am very glad I found this place and even if I moved from my current apartment, I would drive to this Fantastic Sams and have Cassandra do my hair every single time.Thank you, Cassandra... you are the best of the best!

    Came in to get a cut and clean. I was very pleased by the cleanliness of the salon, welcoming staff, and the overall experience. Ashley was my stylist and did... well a fantastic job!     Dana is awesome! she does a great job of making her client feel pampered and listens to what they want. My hair is very thick and she knows just how to cut it to make it manageable . Also always remembers you and makes you feel like you a not a number

    ASHLEY IS AMAZING. My best friend and I went in to get our hair dyed. I wanted my hair like an ash blonde and she wanted hers pink. The lady at the front told us she didn’t think it was possible but Ashley turned around and said she could do it and she saved us! We made an appointment for the next day and we were so excited. She really looked like she knew what she was doing as well. What a a hard worker too! She went back and forth between my friend and I to work on our hair. She is very down to earth and you can tell she loves what she does. She did such an amazing job on my hair, I’ve been in love with it ever since. I’m going back soon to get my hair redone. I highly recommend her!!

    Very clean salon and family friendly. Lynn Madewell and the other stylist are very Professional and friendly. I took my best friend there and Lynn worked magic on my best friends hair and Lynn never criticized who messed my friends hair up.Not only does Lynn know her job as a stylist, she makes you feel great about your hair. Keep up the Good work East Lake Fantastic Sams. A-1 in my book.

    Fist time FS customer. Was very wary of national chain set ups. Have had private stylist  for years. Family emergency necessitated an immediate cut and perm but my girl was out of town and booked solid several weeks upon her return. I looked up FS locations neat me and read the reviews. The East Lake location had the best satisfaction and cleanliness reviews. Dana took the call, was polite, professional and very accommodating. When I arrived for my appointment, I was seen immediately by Renee. She was wonderfully patient with me! We went over, in great detail, exactly what I wanted. She listened and asked questions. I appreciated how she explains het way through the entire process telling you what she is doing and why. She actually apologized for that, but I though it was very reassuring. Polite and friendly conversation but not so much as to be distracting. Shes very focused and conscientious with a good sense of humor. Previous reviews are spot on about satisfaction and cleanliness. This location and staff did not disappoint. Very impressive. Youve got a new customer!

    I just got a great lookin haircut from a wonderful associate, Brenda. She gave an awesome haircut. She asked me what kinda cut is the norm for me. We went through it and settled on #5 for sides. The perfect length and she blended, shaped the rest to perfection. Shes wonderful, personable and easy to talk to. I asked for her business card and up to date current hours. I definitely will be back next time. I arrived on mon night around 745pm or so, the wait time was less than 15min. Very satisfied customer, Thanks!

    I have been going to Ashley for quite a few months now. I am thrilled with her work. Her expertise, her suggestions and the finished results are spectacular. I have highlights, cut and blow dry.     Ashley cut my hair and did an amazing job. While the i had the pleasure of meeting her mother and amazing son as well. Her son has to be the cutest, most intelligent 20 month old ive ever met. His personality is something i wont ever forget. Ill be back to see Ashley next time.

    We experienced a problem cut on my wife on Monday; however the owner/manager called and scheduled her to come back Friday where she was restyled to her satisfaction. Lynn did an outstanding “save” of problem haircut. We are very satisfied. They made good a poor initial cut.
