    Gin is amazing.Another hairstylist left me with hot roots and I ended up letting my hair grow out. I came to Gin asking for a color match to my natural root color and she killed it! She also gave me beautiful face framing layers. Gin has serious hair cutting and color matching skills.

    I saw Maria yesterday for a cut, blowout and style. She was great. My hair looks awesome. Holly, who owns the place is lovely and friendly. I cant even believe that I was only charged $55 for such a great job! Of course I rounded it up to $100 as you should too! Nice vibes, great work. Thanks Black Swan ❤️

    Went here on my honeymoon and Gina had just started working at this salon. She braided and cut my hair for donation then washed my hair and cut it. She cut is exactly the way I wanted and the perfect length. She texturized it in the best way so it wouldnt be a blunt short cut. Overall loved my experience and so happy with my haircut!

    Update: Owner Holly was very generous, fix my hair color, cut and style at no cost. Went out of her length and did extra darker coloring under my highlights to rid of the red. My hair was perfect, I had tears.In a later week, Holly checked up on me, be sure I was still happy with my hair. I change the rating to a 5, due to no fault of the salon and great people in it. Tina reached out to me and we discussed, and cleared the miscommunication. Mistakes happened, we learn from our mistakes-I gave 2 star rating because the hair stylist I had was Tina, she was caring, sweet lady, wanted to do what best for my hair (2 star because of her kindness). But the downfall I walked out with lack of hair job and my hair half dry. I have kind heart, I do not like to hurt someone feeling, told her I like it but I was disappointed. It tearing me apart to write this, but It needs to be said.My first visit with Tina, told her I want to work my hair to blonde start with highlights. We did 2 hour hair test strand to see what it would look like because I have dark thick hair and it was colored before. We discussed to do de-color, whole head highlights, and cut- we made an 5 hour appointment.I went back for my appointment she decided to move forward to do highlights, because she thinks it will turn out okay, and to de-color my hair will make it muddy.As we were starting Im thinking it might would of been better to de-color (to strip old hair color), I would come back to get highlights.During her working on my hair, she said your hair is so thick, I can only do top half of your hair, you are lucky i am working on your hair, other hair stylist wouldnt touch your hair or they would charge you more than $500, this hair stylist behind us charging her girl $700.During the process most of my hair would sit in bleach for a long period of time, the longest was over an hour. She kept dropping the foils couldnt keep the foil in place. She would push my head make statement it would be either my fault or hers the foil wasnt being place right. She took me back to wash back of my hair before she move forward to finish the job. She used sprayed bottle of water and wash cloth to clean the bleach off (wash cloth was pulling my hair). She told the other hair stylist there working, remind me not to do highlights again.It been over 5 hours, the top front of my hair was rushed, bleach sat in my hair for 18 min, vs all the other part of my hair was siting for a long time more than 45 min. During the last 5 hours, one of her client walked in, waiting for her turn. Tina took me back and wash my hair, and brush it out. And quote come back i will touch up your roots....... almost the entire highlights even the front of my hair you can see the blonde highlight not touching my roots, and to dark up the front of my hair vs the back of my hair- it lighter. I understand i have dark hair and some red, i understand it takes works and come back to get it to the blonde i like. However this is looks bad, I am embarrassed to put my hair down. I got it done 12 days ago and my hair looks like it hasnt had highlights or touch up in months.Was supposed to de-color, tone, cut, highlights my whole hair, and at least complete dry and style. Ive Pay good money, and sat there for 5+ hours....I did not ask for refund or not pay. I did pay her what I owed. I now going to someone new to get my hair fix and cut.

    Was looking for hair stylist who understands what I want. And Im so grateful owner Holly recommended me to go with Hope :)) I never was so happy with color and hair!! and great price too!!!. She went above and beyond make sure Im comfortable and checked with me on everyting she was gonna do. Love love my hair!!!! Thanks Hope, Holly and black swan! Highly recommended if you want to get hairstyle they will execute it perfect 👌 she is amazing with color and tonning and bleaching ! :) will def make my next appt with Hope ❤️ such a happy and good energy and Talented stylist :))

    I got lucky enough that Hope had a cancellation. I had done my own experimenting and pretty much turned my hair into a disaster. She talked me through it explained everything, and actually saved our vacation by fixing the mess I had made with my hair. She did an excellent job and followed up with continued care directions as she said she would. Super fun person. I wish we lived here. I would go to her regularly.

    Highly recommend Ashley for your Mens haircut! Ashley did a great job on my hair! We were in PCB on vacation and I needed a quick/last minute haircut and Ashley was a recommendation from a local Facebook page. She took her time and my haircut honestly turned out better than what it looks like back at home. Thanks again!!

    I took my mother to get a full foil transition color for her 65th birthday. She was gray and white and has always been a blond. She had Alexyss as her hair stylist and she was so patient my mom looked amazing she was able to bring some brightness back into her hair and lighten it up but make it easy to transition as her hair continues to grow our gray and white. She was kind and detailed. Cant recommend her enough.

    I had a wonderful stylist, Hope. She took so much time with me even though I wasn’t sure what to do. She is a true professional and so fun to work with. I would definitely recommend asking for her. The whole place is so welcoming and lots of professionals!

    I got a haircut and coloring with Kristen, she was friendly, professional, and listened to what I wanted. I am ecstatic with how it turned out, the cut was flattering and easy to style, and the colors were brilliant.     I attended the salon with 5 other ladies to have our hair done for the Warrior Beach Retreat parade. I get nervous when new stylists touch my hair because I have vivid colored hair. But the stylist I had was wonderful. She made sure to use products safe for my color and gave me beautiful curls without loading my hair with product! I highly recommend them! THEY EVEN HAVE A BARBER!!!!! My picture is after I had my hair done and I completed my own makeup.

    I took my children into The Black Swan Studio! When we walked into the door we were immediately welcomed by friendly faces!!!!!! Most salons are snobs when it comes to children so I was very nervous !!!! Our stylist Ashley cut and styled both my 9 year old daughter and 6 year old daughters hair!!!! And made them feel soooooo special!!!!! Their hair looked INCREDIBLE!!!! The stylist next to Ashley ( I believe her name was Jenna) was so sweet! So kept complimenting my daughters and just making me as a hot mess mom feel good about the whole experience! The salon itself was super cool and very hip! The owner was interacting with all the customers and staff! Needless to say we will be back and I highly recommend this establishment!!!!!!!

    Britni Simmons is a magician. She is AMAZING. I had a few TERRIBLE experiences with stylists last year that resulted in my very thick, healthy, beautiful hair being ruined and turned into a broom. I saw a woman in ULTA with fabulous hair and asked her who her stylist was, and thats how I found Britni. I was prepared for her to tell me I was going to have to cut most of my hair off to fix my disaster......but after the first visit, she was able do miracles.....we are still working on all of the mess growing out, but Britni has made a horrible mess not only bearable to deal with, but Im loving my hair!! Cant wait until my hair is totally grown out and I have only Britni hair on my head. Also, need to mention that the salon is friendly, professional, and relaxing with a great mix of clients who all seem happy.

    I visited PCB 7 or 8 years ago and had Holly put purple in my hair. When I moved here 4 years ago, she was the first person I called. Shes extremely knowledgeable about all hair coloring and her salon, The Black Swan Studio is trendy, fun, and LGBTQ+ friendly!

    Holly has been my go-to for as long as Ive had my hair done in PCB! She just gets it. Every time. The studio is light and airy, always a good vibe, and its obvious the other ladies are very talented, given the number of times I say oh I like HER hair, and hers, and hers at the other girls in the chair.

    Megan Mann is the best for all your beauty needs! She offers a variety of services but I get facials and my lashes done by her. I am NEVER disappointed with the results!
