I had an appointment for a cut with Amy. She did a great job and was so nice and complimentary. I have Snow White hair and she told me that it was beautiful and so nice to workWith. If I’m still here from out of state I will definitely go back. Give her a try. I’m sure she will doA great job for you

I stopped in with a small hair-emergency, and received great, quick service. My stylist was Julia. She was quite friendly, and also gave some advice to help me avoid problems in the future. Very pleased, and would return!

The girl that did my hair was very nice although my hair did not turn out the way that I wanted it to it was through no fault of the stylist she did a wonderful job I will definitely go back to her

I give the salon 5 stars because Kenzie was awesome with my perm today and because it cost me $60 more than the app claimed I was unable to tip her extra today. Shes awesome and 2 years into it but great, great outcome with my hair perming it curly for me. I was unable to tip because I had to do some additional perm treatment costing me more than it should have been because they assumed my hair was bleached in the past 2 years yet hadnt been. It did have some blonde left from two years ago being bleached but you could tell it was healthy and I guess whatever has to be done do it but I couldnt tip due to that. Had you listened, you could have made extra on my hair perm but I couldnt add more than the $60 more than what I planned originally. If id known Id never went and talked myself out of it but of course she wouldnt have permed it otherwise and by then I was too invested to walk away. So again thank you for the awesome job but shouldnt force a person to get something they didnt need to get because you assumed a little blonde had bleach within the two years seeing how healthy my hair was. I know it was probably policy or something so JCPenney makes a ton extra on peoples hair but I dont agree with that at all. Genuinely it was at minimum two years since I had put any bleach to my hair but hadnt cut it all out yet. Its okay but after that I could see you didnt believe my response and that little $60 upcharge was your tip money.
