I’ve known Kelly since before she opened her salon, and when my daughter needed to fix her at-home bleach job, I knew I needed someone with real skill—so I reached out to Kelly. She truly knows her stylists’ strengths and matches them perfectly with each client. She referred us to Leigh Ann, and—excuse the cheesiness—but she worked magic! You would never know my daughter had bleached her hair; it looked completely natural and healthy.When my daughter had a big event coming up, we went back to Leigh Ann. After a hair trial, my daughter gave some feedback, and the final style was even more impressive. Leigh Ann also did hair for our family on the day of the event, taking the time to connect with everyone—more than just a stylist, she became part of the experience.For makeup, we were referred to Amber, and once again, we were blown away. The trial was stunning. Since we aren’t big makeup people, Amber also gave my daughter helpful tips for performances. We were even able to go out and buy makeup that actually works for her needs. The final look was flawless—enhancing her natural beauty while still looking like herself.I can’t recommend Kelly’s salon enough! From hair to makeup, the team is beyond talented and genuinely cares about their clients.

Kelly is amazing!! She’s been doing my hair for nearly a decade, and I’m continually impressed. Her kind attitude and pleasant conversation adds to the overall experience. I always leave happier and beautiful what more could anyone ask? The salon is tastefully decorated with a modern vibe; fresh with green plants and and great tunes!! Don’t miss this gem!!

Leighann is my absolute most favorite stylist in forever! She SAVED my hair from an absolute nightmare that happened on the beach with a stylist I had previously trusted. I found Leighann on social media and she was so quick to respond, discuss and ask for pics. I have zero hair regrets since the day we met! Not only is she a color expert, she is personable and friendly. I have asked her for color (of course!). Extensions (fabulous), a Brazilian blowout (it slayed!) and multiple other services. She has never just delivered 100%… It’s always been 125% or more! She is a gem and the best I have found in Bay county!!!! I value her and her services more than I can express /Thank you Leighann! Kelly at Ruby West was recommended to me after having a not-so-great experience at another salon in St. Andrews/Panama City. She greeted me and made me feel more at home than any other salon Ive been to. I think it was the most Ive ever chatted with a stylist before (Im not a chatty person)! In addition to all of that, she did a fantastic job and -- really important -- listened to what I wanted. I will definitely continue to see her for all my styling needs!

Leigh Ann is Amazing! I just moved here from Utah and was so nervous trying a new salon/stylist and she was so welcoming, along with any other stylist I have interacted with during my app! I’ve been twice now, and even after my first app with her I started recommending her to my friends! I also love how honest she is and will always give her opinion on what she thinks will be best for your hair health, but also will ultimately give you what you are looking for! 10/10!

I love going to this salon! I used to be scared to get my hair cut but ever since I found Kelly I’ve actually been looking forward to getting my hair cut. She always does an amazing job, she cares and is a really good person all around. I refuse to go to any other salon as long as she is around! The atmosphere of her salon is relaxing and it’s beautiful. Kelly always makes great conversation, is personable and we always have so much fun together. If you’re thinking about going here don’t think twice and just go!!

You won’t go wrong at Ruby West Salon. Kelly is awesome. She listens, gives an honest opinion if you ask for it, and sets expectations. She is concerned about hair health and will let you know if something you are requesting will cause damage to your hair. Kelly has been doing my hair for years; I am always satisfied. Everyone at the salon is nice so the atmosphere is very friendly.

Adorable salon! I moved here from out of town (military) and always quiver when I have to find and new hair dresser. When I tried Kelly, I knew right away I found my only go to while I am in PC.
