I have had so many compliments on my new hairstyle. My stylist, Karen, was amazing! I showed her pictures of sample hairstyles I was considering, and she asked many questions before she started the cut. I felt like I had a new friend upon leaving the salon. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at the salon, from my initial welcome from the staff to the final product. Highly recommend Karen and De Nova Salon.

Hailey Fell is so incredibly sweet and did an amazing job on my hair! She spent a lot of time to assure the outcome would be perfect and to not compromise the health of my hair. I appreciate her amazing talent and passion for her work. You can tell she thoroughly enjoys what she does. I’m really looking forward to seeing her again in a few months for my next highlight and cut.Also, the salon itself was so nice! Theryn works at the front desk and is so sweet and helpful! The salon gives off a very comfortable atmosphere with great music and a super friendly staff. You can definitely sense the stylist are more like a family rather than co-workers. My experience was exceptional.Finding a new Salon can be frustrating.After trying to book an appointment with a few Salons in the area DE NOVO SALON was the only place who reached out to me in a timely manor.And I was very pleased to find such a professional ,relaxing Salon.I was very pleased with Jason who is professional, knowledgeable and very talented with matching hair color to your skin pigment.. I needed a cut and color he nailed it. I have already booked an appointment for the next time.So if you want GREAT SERVICE and feel AMAZING afterwards use this Salon here in Pensacola.

Every time I walk in the front desk girl offers me a drink and is always so friendly. The salon is bright, clean, and welcoming. Tarah who does my hair, is amazing. She listens to me as a client and is dedicated to giving me the best service every single time. She is the best with blonde hair and never misses with the color. 10/10

When I first made the phone call, I actually was trying to get set up with another stylist within the salon and she was unavailable so they suggested Jason. Jason was fantastic. I walked in with a complete disaster (From a certain salon/stylist here in Navarre) and within a couple of hours he had it looking 1000 times better. I would DEFINITELY/HIGHLY recommend Jason if you’re in search for a GREAT stylist. Needless to say, I have now found a great stylist in Pensacola after several years of living here in Navarre. For the last several years, I have been driving to Mobile to get my hair done and God knows, I love Shannon to death, but Pensacola is closer than Mobile Alabama and Jason is awesome. Very pleased.

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable took her time asked me questions looked at my hair felt my hair really did a great job investigating what I wanted so that I was happy when I left. Tarah has been coloring my hair for over three years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. She often does blond icy highlights for my hair specifically but she is very versatile and works with many different colors/hair types. We have also done all over purple which was my favorite color transformation! If you want a fun color, icy blond, or just a trim/blowout she is your girl.

I normally see Jesse when I come here, but she is out on leave so I saw Hailey both of these girls are the sweetest, nicest people you can ask for to do your hair. They are great at getting to know you and being personable, and they are spot on every single time they do my hair. I’m elated every time I get my hair done. It’s perfect. I could not ask for a better experience, everyone is so welcoming and you feel right at home. I absolutely live for the atmosphere of this salon. My stylist Hailey is absolutely amazing to work with, and is so so talented. I’m a hyper perfectionist, and have a very specific vibe of the cut I ask for, and she’s hit a home run each time. She’s SO creative and so versatile.I’m biased toward my gal of course, but every single cut and color I’ve seen so far has been artful and sleek. Every woman walks out looking like a goddess, and I feel like one when I leave!They also offer beverages, and it really adds to the relaxation. I booked an appointment with Hailey, after reading all the positive reviews, and I have to say... this beautiful woman is BEYOND talented!! She gave my sad, washed out dirty blond hair a new life... with creamy blonde highlights and a trim to get rid of the dead ends. I havent felt this pretty and confident in forever. And not only is she talented, she went above and beyond to make sure that my hair remained healthy, throughout the entire process. She definitely knows her craft and anyone would be lucky to have her do their hair.

So Jackie is my stylist and I have to say I am over the noon with how my hair has turned out!! She’s been my stylist for a couple years now and I’m happy I’ve followed her to De Novo. It’s a beautiful salon, with a friendly front staff, and just overall good vibes! I recommend this place to everyone, especially if you’re looking for well trained staff who are masters in their craft. I’m telling you my girl Jackie is a queen when it comes to hair and everyone needs to see her ASAP!

Omg where do I start I had went to a place not de novo salon to get my hair colored and let me just say they messed it all up and so I was on Facebook and found Hailey fell AT de novo and went to her and let me just say she worked her magic and I have been to her 3 times already that should tell you she really does really good I love my hair after every time!! She is my go2 for sure HAILEY FELL is the best!!

Firstly this is one of the only salons open on a Monday. I scheduled an appointment for the same day and the salon was wonderful. My hair was almost to my belly button and cut it to shoulder length. I love the style and and I think her name was Haley(?) cut it perfectly! I will def be back!

The atmosphere is so relaxing!If you have thick wavy or curly hair, I highly recommend Melody. She is also an exceptional colorist! And very consistent! Sam saved my hair! I had a horrible experience at another salon in town and was hesitant to sit in the chair again. Sam was able to not only fix the color but she also did wonders with the cut! I thought nothing could be done about the butchered short cut I was given at the other salon, so I made an appointment on a whim here to see if I could at least get the color like I wanted. Sam was wonderful. She knew exactly what I wanted, listened to me, and even managed to fix the cut. She ended up staying almost an hour past closing just to fix it, going above and beyond. The salon was beautiful, everyone was so nice, and I will definitely be making this my new salon.

Fantastic salon! Stacey Garrett french braided my hair for my delivery after my doctor told me Id be induced that night (the ob/gyn is a few doors down from this salon). Such a sweet lady and made me feel so welcome there, even without an appointment when I just popped in. My nerves were a wreck, but she made me feel pretty and confident. Thankful for that.

Love going to De Novo. Everyone is friendly and the salon has that modern vibe. Bri is my stylist and has been doing my hair for years. She always does an amazing job. Every four weeks I get my hair done. Whether it is a simple touch up, hair cut or a full process she always takes her time and I always leave the salon with a smile and feeling refreshed. My favorite is her blow outs. She does magic with her brush and blow dryer my hair always looks so healthy when she is done. If you are looking to be pampered and need some one who listens to your needs than Bri is your girl. You won’t regret sitting in her chair.

This was my first experience at De NOVO Salon. I was referred to Andi by highly respectable hair dressers in our area.I was very hesitant about getting a new hairdresser due to my hair is fully platinum and bleach can be difficult and the process is lengthy. Andi not only conquered my wants and requests, she was so patient and pofessional, but at the same time hilarious and kept me laughing. Andi is very talented with bleach and toners that lifted my hair perfectly. She trimmed my hair to get it healthy again and cut the style I had asked for. Andi is now my go to stylest. I could not be happier and more relieved. The salon it self is clean, personable, and the atmosphere is so upbeat and positive. I love this place.Brittany Birsette
