I called and said I was on my way there but my gps took me to the wrong place. I got there 5 mins b4 closing and the lady allowed me in and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. Thank you so much! I will b back soon

I love my hair! I even forgot to bring in a photo and Stephanie got it right. She gave me cut and color. And its perfect. Stephanie also found common ground and was interesting to talk with. Very friendly. Ill be back

I have been going to Christa Spencer for years. I attend many events throughout the year where I need special occasion hair and Christa hits it out of the park each and every time. She is quick and attentive and always sends me off to my event with fabulous hair.Most recently she has added my son as a client as well - he is a very tricky, picky middle schooler and he leaves just beaming ear to ear - thats a really big deal!I whole-heartedly recommend Christa to anyone!

I have been going to Emerald Cuts Hair Salon for over 9 yrs now and I havent had a bad experience since I have been going there. I live in TX now and when I get back to Pensacola, I always make appointment to see my hair stylist Angie! She is awesome!!!

The cleanest inside that I have ever seen..now sure wish they would make the outside more appealing....pressure wash your building and trim those big palmy looking things in the front... more handicap parking available please...employees like Stefanie are awesome and very talented hair stylists...and Mattie the receptionist are very polite and people friendly too....thank you....
