I was impressed with Asherah, the stylist who did my hair today. It was a great experience overall from customer service to the cut and style. Asherah listened to what I wanted, then explained how she’d do it and I was very pleased with the end result.I got the impression that the place is short staffed, so you might need to make an appointment and/ or wait. I was able to get the appointment the next day.Other stylists I interacted with were very pleasant. I’d definitely go back. -

Lauren did a great job and is a very talented colorist. All the ladies are very kind and create a pleasant salon experience . My only complaint is that much of the salon is dirty. A couple of stations are kept clean but overall it’s dusty with lots of hair build up. They need a top to bottom cleaning. -

Okay, so I have not cut my hair for two years. I decided to get it done and I went to go visit my friend Lauren. She did an absolutely amazing job. She was able to whip it back into shape. Now I look very professional and cleaned up. I highly recommend this location and do yourself a favor and ask for Lauren. Truly an artist, stylist, and all an around joy. Artesia cut my hair today, and I have to say it was probably one of the best haircuts I have ever had. She was so nice, professional, and accommodating in cutting my hair exactly as I asked her. I will definitely be going back to see Artesia, and I will be recommending her to all my family and friends! -

I just had my haircut done by Courtney. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist and haircut. I’m not one to cut my hair very often, and when I do it’s drastic, long to short. And she absolutely nailed it and I feel so confident and happy with it. -

I have been going to Fantastic Sam for many years, and have always been happy with result hair cut and color, or highlights, my stylist was Soraya,, very professional, sweet, nice lady, sorry I moved to another state, miss Soraya, but Im hoping that I will move back, I will definitely go back to Fantastic Sam to Soraya. I highly recommend her. The best stylist and very friendly nice personality. Love her. -

Sheryl (some misspelled it) is the best I have ever found in town over 20+ places! She does both my boys hair & perfectly & I refuse to take them to anyone else! Last week she was out sick & we left & came back later in week! She is very thorough & asks before & after ,plus a huge bonus she is super sweet & friendly! -

Thank you, Soraya, you have made my first experience in getting hair dyed in the USA really wonderful. As asian, I am not very sure how things work yet in US. I was very worried I will have the same weird and awkward experience like the one in other place (of which I canceled getting treatment done due to that) but from the moment I come in to the place and talked with Soraya, it is a total 180 degree difference. She is so friendly and wonderful and I really like what she did to my hair, the colour is so nice and shiny. Highly recommend her! -
