    Laura did an amazing job. I was a bit apprehensive to return to this location, after being treated poorly by another staff member a few years ago.Laura made me feel comfortable, and continued to check in with me. She went out of her way to nail my requests! I will definitely be back to see Laura! And recommend her to my friends

    My wife was apprehensive of getting a haircut. She wanted one, but was dissuaded by the opinion of a person that apparently lacked the skill or confidence to cut Her long wavy hair. She was put off by that, but I encouraged her to persist. Today, even though We were Walk-ins, we went to the Fantastic Sams on Mobile Hwy.We spoke to CiGi and She had not only the ability to create a great haircut, but had a settling and comfortable personality that set Us at ease.I think She did a spectacular job, and My wife Joy likes it too.Thank You CiGi and Fantastic Sams was the right place to go

    I had to go to see Mrs.Beverly, so she could fix my hair and eyebrows that were messed up really bad from another place I had been to the day before Mrs.Beverley is phenomenal. She listens to her clients and does what they want, not what she thinks is best I dont give her five stars I give her 10 plus.

    Im still sort of new around town and have been searching for a stylist I can AFFORD. I generally avoid this type of studio like the plague. After reading their reviews (which are really great obviously) and looking around for awhile I finally decided to chance it. My hair is difficult but Beverly put me right at ease. I went with a shampoo and cut as my waves dont like to be blow dried much. Its perfect! Exactly what I asked for! She introduced to me the rest of the staff and I will definitely be going back for color! Thank you Beverly! I finally found my studio! More stars coming as I visit the shop!

    Miss BEVERLY. Is the BEST . Its like she reads my mind. And ALWAYS fixes my hair exactly like I wanted her to do it. Plus we talk to each other. AND she genuinely seems concerned about whats going on with my life. And when I told her that i was just getting my hair cut with NO color she understood my concerns . Because Im doing water Aerobics 3xs a week and I dont want to add the stress of coloring to my hair thats getting dried out BY the Chlorine in the Pool. Even though Ive been using extra thick Conditioners to my hair. Okay

    Well I hate to say this, but here goes! I went here to get my hair cut, unfortunately the lady, Beverly that my mom recommended was extremely busy n I hada 2 1/2 hour wait. Didn’t want to wait, but I really should’ve waited:( Well, long story short, I didn’t wait and my long, really long hair was butchered, chopped into a mullet, yes a mullet!! I was very upset...I even cried! Then I called Bev and she apologized, and said come in and shell see what she can do:) she promised and although when I thought it was not fixable after the lady chopped it up, she said that she could fix it;) I definitely wasnt too sure of that! She did exactly what she said she could do. She did her magic, and voilà, another very happy customer!! So, Go see Beverly and if shes busy I recommend you wait for her....you wont be sorry!!

    I had two little boys who needed a haircut, they were absolutely amazing to my boys! The wait time was no longer than 10 minutes and they were even a bit busy! I would absolutely recommend bringing your little ones here!

    Coming from someone who is traumatized by hair salons because they don’t know how to cut curly hair this was HANDS DOWN the best hair salon! My hair Stylist Ciji was amazing! If you need an amazing ombré or someone who knows how to cut all hair types I’m telling you go to her! I will definitely be doing business with them from now on! Thank you Fantastic Sams!!

    I have been coming here for years. I used to go to Kristina (Kristina with a K) & she was fantastic, but moved to a different store. Now I go to Yashira, and she’s also awesome. Both have great personalities and do a fantastic job.I will say that the first time I went my hair was butchered. The girl that did it hasn’t been there in years, so I’m still giving 5 stars. They did fix my hair for free, but I still felt the need to tip because it wasn’t fair for Kristina to fix someone else’s mistake for free.I can’t speak for anyone else as I always go to the same people, but Yashira is awesome. She deserves 6 stars & a raise! (So does Kristina with a K!)

    I had a Bad haircut from somewhere else about 8 months ago n went in and the woman that worked with me did an amazing job. Went in for to get it cleaned up today. She did an amazing job and showed me how to style it! Love love love it

    Love love love this place. Got my hair cut and dyed here and absolutely loved the outcome and the staff is super nice and works with you well. Lady helped me pick out the right color and length for me and did a perfect job. Will most definitely be going back!

    Been going to Bridget for almost three years. She is my only preference as she made me completely comfortable and gave me the exact style I was after on the first haircut. My mom is a cosmotoligist and has always cut my hair for 20 years. Till she moved too far to reasonably travel. So I tend to be picky with who cuts my hair. Bridget has my vote of approval.

    Every time I come to get my hair cut and colored, I am amazed at how wonderful my hair turns out. My stylist, Ciji is the best at what she is doing. I have never been as happy with my hair, as i am now.

    This place does phenomenal work and take care of everyone and makes it feel like very family oriented my only complaint is that doing the perms or other things they offer creates a very strong smell which if you have any breathing issues makes it hard to stand the smell I would hope one day they find a way to be able to perform the service without the smell being so strong

    Update 5/2025:I stand by this previous statement . Our son is six minimal verbal autistic . Sensory situations such as getting a haircut are huge for him . And when you have individuals like the wonderful women that work at this location that take their time it really makes a huge impact on the situation. This experience was nothing but a good one. We have seen other stylists before but this occasion we got to meet Robin . In the future I hope James has the opportunity to have Robin . She was so patient and kind . Explained everything along the way to make sure that he was comfortable . She really saw my son in all aspects and made what seems as one simple haircut be such a pleasurable experience for him . We are so grateful and we cant wait for the next time that we can get his haircut at this location. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and being so accommodating .Previous review: I will never go anywhere else in Pensacola to get my haircut. The women at this establishment that I have encountered that cut hair are the kindest sweetest and gentlest women I have ever met. They are so patient and so kind. The service is Affordable. I hope that if you had the opportunity to get your hair service here that you choose this location because they go above and beyond.
