    Mr. Jay was phenomenal with our son who has sensory issues. He was kind, patience, and respectful to our young son. He took time to show every tool, letting him get comfortable with each item before moving on to the next step and giving breaks when the sounds and stimulations became too much for our young son. By the end our son said this was his favorite ā€œhaircut place.ā€ Thank you for your kindness.

    Some in with my son to get his hair cut and decided to get mine cut also. Ani cut both our hair. Very professional and great conversation. Vivian was also there cutting others hair. They both made the kids and I feel at home. Will definitely becoming back. Iā€™ve been all over Pensacola barbershops and Iā€™ve found my place. Thank you Ani and Vivian. You two are amazing.     I recently moved to the area, and have been looking around for a good place to get cuts on the weekend. Came here for the first time a few weeks ago, and I just had to come back. One of the best high skin, bald fades Iā€™ve ever gotten. Phenomenal military haircuts. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is shopping around. When you come, schedule an appointment with Madison. Fantastic barber. Highly skilled, fast, and super friendly.

    Ive been getting my hair cut and my Italian neck hair shaved by Madison for probably about 3 years now. Shes kind, down to earth, and cuts fast without sacrificing quality. Layering, fade, taper, straight razor...she doesnt miss. Shes understanding when Im running a little late, but Ive also never had to wait very long beyond my appointment time if she was still with a customer.As far as the shop goes, its always a clean and comfortable environment to get a cut. I have zero complaints.

    Great barbershop, Jay is amazing at what he does. Heā€™s been cutting my hair for almost a year now and heā€™s very efficient but also takes his time to make sure youā€™re always satisfied with the result. Chill environment, a lotta places just wanna get you in and out as quick as possible but I never feel that here. Definitely recommend the shop and get Jay as your barber if you can

    Great haircut as always, without question. Itā€™s great to see Madison back at the shop. She has been cutting my hair for 3 years now and has always continued to earn my business. Making an appointment online is easy or if you forget they are usually available to take walk ins. Highly recommend going to see her if you were a previous client or someone looking for an excellent cut in Pensacola.

    Madison was very efficient. She was quite busy when I arrived and booked me for an appointment an hour later. I ran some errands and came back in one hour on the dot. She was finishing up with a customer and I was seated in a jiffy. The high top bar area with bar stools is a great place to chill and have an adult beverage while you wait. Very nice touch with that. Madison did a nice job with a fade that has taken other barbers twice as long. Another bonus was learning about local places to eat and things to do with the family downtown. I will definitely be back!

We were NOT disappointed. Jay was AMAZING! He took the time to talk to my son about what he wanted and he explained everything to us beforehand. He is VERY knowledgeable and very skilled.     Ive been coming to this shop for 4 years now and while I enjoy all the Barbers at the shop, Mr. Jay is most definitely the coolest cat amongst them. A military man, a professional, a visionary and best but not least offers the cleanest medium skin fade this side of the Mississippi. Thats a fact.

    Q is a pure artist who really cares about his craft and clients. The entire team made me feel very welcome and taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised and left feeling like a new man.     The vibe at the shop is so great, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Tina is awesome as always! Iā€™m recently out of the military and trying different. Turns out after that long of doing the same thing itā€™s tough to decide on something different, but Tina has been so helpful in deciding. Even helping to fix exactly what I asked for and just decided I didnā€™t like lol For sure visit this shop, cause everyone is so cool just make sure to leave me some reservation slots with Tina lol

    Jay saved my hair, I got the worst cut of my life from someone that took my hair to the skin from the top of my ear all the way down with no fade and didnā€™t even cut the sides of my head. Jay was able to l turn it into the best cut Iā€™ve ever had! Definitely recommend!

    We started coming to Guys Cuts after a few hair disasters with my teenage boys. Weā€™ve been four or five times now and always leave happy. The staff knows who we are and how they like their hair. They wear their hair in long Shaggy surfer styles and lots of barbershops really struggle with this. I highly recommend trying.

    My husband made himself and my two boys an appointment at this location and I gotta tell you. When they walked in the door the haircuts were unbelievable. My husband is going on and on about his experience with the barber, and I can attest that he was very professional and hes been doing this for awhile. My boys are excited about going back to see him because he made them feel so comfortable. He even let them hold his clippers so they wouldnt be scared of the noise. Amazing experience all together.     Q was able to see me on Sunday and did an absolute perfect job! He was very professional and a master of his craft. Ive been to about 7 different barber shops in Pensacola, and this is by far the best! Q lined up my beard and gave it a haircut. It looks amazing! Highly recommend Q.     I stopped into this location last minute desperately needing a haircut. I explained to the barber what I normally had gotten in the past, and he took that information and transformed my haircut into an art. I was previously messed up pretty bad from a barber who I wont disclose here, but when Jay was done, that was absolutely the best fade and beard trim I had ever received. Hes knew to the shop and Im not sure where he had came from, but man Im glad hes there. Hes now my barber, and the only barber that I will allow to cut mine, and my sons hair. Great job finding this guy! Thanks Jay! You are extremely talented and such a professional!!

    I walked in with no appointment and was sat down quickly. I donā€™t know much about how I get my hair cut , but Kristina was VERY helpful in helping me get it figured out just from the picture I showed her and gave me one of the best haircuts with the best attention to detail Iā€™ve had!     Kristina did an amazing job on my hair. Ive been through 3 different hair stylists since Ive moved into town and have been reluctant to try another and figure Id just go cave man for a bit until I could find a good stylist.. My hair is hard to cut, Ive got 6 cow licks and it grows in a pinwheel lol very rare when someone gets it right.. And Kristin nailed it. Highly recommended, you wont be disappointed!     This will be a double review as Ive had two haircuts from these ladies so far. Jenn was my first and Sam was my second. Both ladies were extremely good at cutting my hair the way I wanted it. They were also done very fast which makes it easy for me to want to return. I was able to book online with Booksy for the first haircut, but now it seems to not be working. Perhaps they didnt want to keep paying for the service and my walk-in was right to a seat anyway so not a big issue. The price is very competitive for Active Duty military and the location is easy to find. This is my new barbershop.Second review. Been going to this place for over 8 months. Maddie and Jen are both awesome. They give great service and a pleasant environment. Its definitely a good time going to get my haircut and I will continue to go there.

    Sadly, I do not remember the names of the two young ladies who took care of my family today but they were very nice. I had a beard trim that turned out very nicely. My wife is happy with it and that is all that matters. My wife also had a haircut and is very pleased with the results. I will be returning to have my beard maintained. I hope I can catch the young lady who took care of me next time. Very clean, professional staff and very prompt. Make an appointment through their website. She was able to do a good job even though she had not taken care of me before.     Came to Florida to get a tattoo and had some time so I decided to grab a hair cut before my appointment, Amber got me in asap on a walk in.. being from Kentucky I donā€™t know anyone here but she made me feel like Iā€™d been going to her my whole life, had a great experience and the haircut was on point just what I wanted I was highly pleased when I left if I lived in Florida Iā€™d be her regular customer!!! 5 stars and more if I could, I highly recommend going to her knowing what you want and thatā€™s exactly what you will get I definitely walked out with my hair and beard exactly how I wanted it to look like if I get to vacation again in Florida she will definitely be one of the stops I make while in town !!

    Sam did a great job on my hair! I saw a sign on my way to school and figured since I have job interviews this week it was time for a professional haircut. She was happy to take me as a walk in and after showing her a picture of what I wanted got it done super quick, and made it even better than what I had imagined to begin with!     Q did a great job cutting my almost 5 year-oldā€™s hair! When we walked in the shop he immediately turned the tv to the Minions movie, which was really insightful and considerate since my son was the only kid in the shop. He was patient with him even when he got squirmy in the chair and offered him a capri sun and lollipop at the end! The haircut looks great and we will definitely be back!

    At first I didnt know what to expect. It looked to me like any other haircut place. The wait was long and they had only one stylist in today. That being said, service was entirely top notch. They have a free coffee and snack station and a few places to sit. The hair stylist (Gali) there is very professional and knows what shes doing. In conversation I found out she used to work at a Sports Clips so shes got good experience on styling hair. Theyre located on Cervantes a couple of blocks from 9th avenue which is a very convenient location for anyone living in East Hill. If you live nearby, go here. Its affordable and worth it.
