    I had an amazing experience with Marissa! She did a flawless job blending my roots and covering grays while achieving the perfect “old money blonde” look. Her attention to detail in coloring is unmatched, but what really sets her apart is that she’s just as talented with haircuts—mine turned out absolutely perfect!     Payton did such an amazing job on my hair! I came in with a dye-job from a previous salon that I didn’t like, and Payton fixed everything and I left feeling so amazing. She did a great job explaining what she was doing, and collaborated with me on what would look best. Honestly, I only trust my hair with her from here on out! She was also super fun and easy to talk to, I left feeling fully rejuvenated.The salon itself is super cute and clean. They have put together a beautiful aesthetic and I’m so pumped I found this place!

    This is only my second time here, but both visits have been incredibly comforting, especially during my interactions with Vanessa. She puts so much care into making me feel at ease, offers me drinks if Im thirsty, and always addresses me as baby or love. It reminds me of the lunch ladies in high school, who made me feel safe and loved, just like Vanessa does. I would give her a 10/10 and will only go to Vanessa at Hair + Co. for any hair needs I have.

    I’ve been in Pensacola for a little over a year and have gone to 2 other stylist who come no where close to Vanessa and her talent !!     I tried the head spa experience and it was such a great way to revitalize my hair. The private room is very relaxing and the socks and robe they give you are super cozy. You also get an eye mask that heats up. Marissa was very attentive to making sure I was comfortable. It’s definitely elevated from a typical hair wash in a salon. They spend time massaging your scalp and even use some tools. The treatment I had made my scalp feel tingly. My hair is very fine and gets oily quickly, so this gave my hair a deep cleanse without feeling dry. I was able to go days without washing it and got several compliments. Marissa styled my hair afterwards and did an awesome job. The salon itself is decorated very cute and has a good atmosphere. I also got a haircut months back with Vanessa who fixed a botched cut I got from another salon and she was very personable. Everyone I have interacted with here is so kind. If your hair needs a deep cleanse I highly recommend trying a head spa appointment!

    Vanessa saved me in a hair emergency while I was home for six months caring for a sick parent. She seamlessly took over my balayage, kept my hair together while everything else was falling apart, and handled it with a smile when I informed her I had no idea what I needed done with my hair, but I could see the roots. Life took another 180, and now shes stuck with me. Good thing shes easygoing, uplifting, great with color, AND leaves you feeling better about yourself.Make an appointment with Vanessa. I called and after sharing my story and what I want, I took an appointment with Vanessa. She made me feel so comfortable and did amazing work with my hair.     I came into the salon to see Amanda for the head spa treatment and it was fantastic!! Such a good and relaxing experience. My scalp feels so refreshed! The treatments were very tingly, but i was laying down on a table with a blanket and a heated eye mask. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who asks!

    Amanda has been doing my now for 3 years. I have transitioned my hair from all over platinum blonde to balayage to now highlights. My hair has never been healthier with her advice and technique. She is realistic with requests and is great at finding the balance of what I want & what is realistic with my hair type. I have sent other friends to this salon and they are all pleased with the end result. Amanda is BEYOND talented & always puts the customers first. She is also the manager & does well with trying to manage staff/customers (which can be so difficult as some people are just impossible to make happy). I am so blessed to have Amanda as a hair stylist. My new hair extensions are stunning & I am asked frequently who does them.

    I recently came across Vanessa via social media. I am a Pensacola local and have been searching for someone to my hair properly as my previous hair stylist moved cities. I have always been super picky about my hair and after almost 2 years of searching for someone I trust to do my hair I finally came across Vanessa and couldn’t be more thrilled with her professional, friendliness, and perfect blonding skills! I was VERY impressed with how well she did my hair and look forward to going back to her soon. 10/10 recommend her. Plus she’s so easy to talk to.     Ive been seeing Claudia at Hair & Co for a little over a year now. When I moved to Pensacola two years ago I dreaded finding a new stylist because of how tough it can be to find someone who gives you the style you want and is also nice to talk to for over an hour :) Claudia is excellent at both! She listens to what style I want, makes adjustments if needed, is very efficient, and is SO nice to talk to during your appointment. Its like youre hanging out with and old friend. The salon itself it super clean, smells wonderful and the staff are all so friendly. They dont push product on you, but ALWAYS have great recommendations, some of which have brought life back to my hair. Cant recommend Claudia and the team at Hair + Co enough.

    I’ve been coming here for almost two years now and exclusively see Lindsey S. here and I’ve ALWAYS been so happy with every cut / color / style/ blowout .She has helped dramatically change my hair from brittle thin broken off with old color. To healthy shiny thicker hair!!!!!They are always full scheduled yet still somehow accommodate to the best of their ability.The salon is always relaxing and not rushed. They serve hot tea, water etc. And not to forget.. they use & sell the most coveted hair products out there. Ans they stay in the know if any new exceptional product as well.No complaints. Worth my drive across town!!

    I love it here! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I see Amanda who is the hairstylist everyone needs , the integrity of my hair is always her number one concern.     Ive been going to Claudia for my every hair whim since 2021. She is the absolute best! She has brought me from black box dye to blonde (several times), given me the best hair extensions (also several times), and had the confidence to tell me when something isnt a healthy option for my hair.I recommend her constantly and will continue to use her services for years to come!

    After carefully reading many reviews, I called Hair+Co and by the best luck, spoke to Vanessa. She was very patient and knowledgeable when I explained the type of service I wanted. The salon has plenty of parking and is super cute and clean. Vanessa is ON POINT!! Vanessa took the time to explain the service step by step, showed me photos and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend Vanessa and Hair+Co!

    Glad I gave this place a shot on a whim. Most of the stylists there specialize in womens cuts, so they put me in Ashleys care who seemed knowledgeable and experienced in cutting mens hair, and understood how to navigate around cowlicks and straight (Asian) hair. She was very gentle with my scalp and did a fine job giving me the cut I wanted and was nice enough to offer a wash afterwards.I had a great first experience and will come back.It was $35 for a mens fade including wash.

    I never write reviews, but Chelsey Domschke is so fantastic that I absolutely had to! She has consistently delivered my dream dirty blonde balayage. If youre searching for natural-looking highlights/balayage, stop right now and call this salon. Youre not going to find better. Chelsey matched my root color perfectly. My highlights are also perfect and exactly what I asked her for: zero streaks, face framing, and a smooth fade from root to end. Did I mention my hair was a brassy mess before I sat in Chelseys chair? Shes a magician. Now go call her:)

    Claudia has been doing my hair for a year now and always does an incredible job .     Salon owner Amanda followed up with me after I wasn’t happy with a previous service with another stylist. She was so gracious and offered me a free cut with a proper blowout. Amanda was so kind the whole time I was in her chair and I left the salon with a perfectly smooth blowout and refreshed ends. I really appreciated them taking the time to try and make things right. As always the girls in the front are super sweet and the atmosphere of the salon is great. I look forward to a future visit!

    Vanessa did an amazing job bringing my hair back to life! I was nervous going back to brown after almost 6 years maintaining blonde. She got me through it and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result.     This salon has truly done wonders for me. I wanted to go blue and got exactly what I wanted. Vanessa, an absolute angel of a human being was entirely thorough with the entire process considering I had trauma from other stylists. We bounced around ideas and she showed me different swatches of color and how we were going to do it. The blue turned out BEAUTIFUL! truly everything I dreamed of. THEN I was personally having maintenance issues on my end with the vivid colors so decided to go back blonde... listen to me when I tell you this, she got me a bright blonde in one session! I am still beyond shocked and so beyond grateful for her work. Vanessa truly has changed my life regarding my hair, she truly loves what she does and is always determined to make you the happiest with your hair. The pricing is always reasonable for the incredible work done. I will never see another stylist. We are locked in for life now AHAHA.

She asked and listened when I explained what I was wanting with my old dull roots and cut. If you are looking for someone to do your next foil, she was amazing.     I had a lovely time at Hair and Co today! I am new to the area and this was my first haircut in a while. I was able to get in with Claudia and she did an amazing job!     Lindsey was referred to me by a coworker. I’m so glad I made the appointment!! Lindsey took the time to listen to what I wanted , evaluated my hair ( which was damaged from previous treatments and colors).We came up with a game plan and proceeded. My hair feels and looks great!! The whole experience was incredible from the first moment I walked in until I left. The salon was clean , the staff was warm and welcoming.     I absolutely love getting my hair done here. Lindsey is AMAZING! She’s cut my hair many times over the years, I’ve always gone back. She’s done 2 balyages on me as well and I never really had a vision of exactly what I wanted I just let her do her thing but I’ve loved it both times! She does an amazing job and really makes an effort to get your hair exactly how you want.The place itself is SO cute, I’m obsessed with how it’s decorated and it’s always very clean and pleasant when I go in there.     Hair+Co is the only place I go to get my hair done. I literally just love coming here. It’s so nice and peaceful! Everyone is just awesome.
