    Chantea was wonderful! I haven’t gotten a professional haircut in years so this was a little treat to myself for my birthday. She is reasonably priced and her experience makes it easy for someone like me (who is extremely indecisive and doesn’t really know what looks good on them) to give her a general idea of what I’m looking for. I struggle with confidence and Chantea was super honest about what would look best. We were very realistic with the level of maintenance I could handle with my hectic lifestyle and I got the perfect style. I felt comfortable talking to her, even though this was our first time meeting. It felt like talking to an old friend I hadn’t seen in years. I wish my hair would grow faster so I could see her sooner, I will definitely be coming back!

    Chantea has taken care of my hair for 5 years! We have waxed eyebrows, cut my hair short, grown it out, colored, highlighted, and she did my daughters first haircuts also! She is honest about risks (I have thin/fine hair) and knowledgeable about hair care regimens. Highly recommend.

    As someone who is low maintenance when it comes to hair care, I needed a stylist who can provide a work of art that will last me as long as possible between sessions. I found that in Chantea! My previous hair dresser (in NC) slapped blonde in my hair without really brianstorming on what might work best for MY hair type and lifestyle. With Chantea, I was able to book an in-person consultatuon before committing to an appointment.She is great at communicating through the process and asking holistic questions to gain an understanding of who I am and what I wanted. She also has a genuine spirit and passion for her craft. I’m very happy with my choice!

    Chantea is absolutely amazing! Before going to her, I had gotten my hair done at a salon across town and I was totally botched. My hair color turned out a weird purple hue and I was freaking out.     I’ve had the worst time trying to find a reliable stylist who listens to what I need for my hair (after 33 years I think I know what my hair does) and who kills it with color. Chantea did both, I’m super happy with my cut and color and even happier that I’ve found someone I’ll go back to!

    What a wonderful experience!! If you’re looking for someone who takes their time, listens to your requests/concerns, and talks to you like a friend then look no further!! Chantea does an awesome job, gives you honest advice, and makes you feel right at home. I only received a haircut and style but she did an amazing job and the salon is absolutely beautiful!!     I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience here with Chantea!!! I’m visiting from out of town, and needed a last minute color and style service for a special day, and Chantea came to my rescue. Not only was she entirely accommodating, but she is one of the sweetest humans I’ve ever met. She makes you feel right at home in the chair, and I left her salon wishing I lived in town so that I could continue being her client, as I have never left a hair appointment feeling as happy as I was today.     Chantea has been my stylist for over 15 years. Each time I move away from Pensacola and return, I reconnect with her. When you find someone who knows exactly what to do every time plus good conversation and laughter, they’re not replaceable.This past few years, I have been coloring my own hair to save money. Chantea provided me invaluable tips to use at home and did not look down on my home color as she continued to cut my hair. I decided to go all out and let her perform the color plus highlights this time. She did not disappoint!

    Chantea is absolutely wonderful! She is attentive to whatever her client’s wants and goals are but she doesn’t hesitate to give you her expert advice so that you end up with hair that looks even better than what you had initially hoped for. She also can handle whatever mood you’re in (whether you want to chat it up or just sit peacefully quiet) which makes going to see her not just therapy for my hair.     Chantea does a wonderful job. Shes very knowledgeable with hair correction. Shes goes into deep details on the process and hair color cancelations. I never had anyone explained to me about coloring as she does (she evens has a hair coloring book!). She has been doing this for a long time and knows her stuff even about special shampoos for different hair colors. Shes been kind, professional, paitent with my kids ( since ifs summer time), helpful, and more 10 out of 10 for sure!

    Chantea is a wonderful person, as well as a talented and experienced hair stylist. In 2006, I had a lot of gray hairs coming in. I hadnt had a hair stylist in quite some time and Im really picky when it comes to someone cutting my hair. After trying several salons in my town, I went to Penneys because they had spots available for walk-ins. I was seated in Chanteas chair and it was the beginning of a 16 year friendship. She has changed locations a few times through those 16 years, but I follow her wherever she goes and I have no intention of going elsewhere. I especially like the quiet and private type of salon which enhances the personal service Chantea provides.

    The best experience Ive ever had getting a haircut! My hair was past my butt and super out of shape. I was terrified to go to another hair salon because of the bad experience I had in the past, so I neglected it for 5+ years. Chantea not only didnt try to chop off my long hair, she gave me everything my hair needed; a healthy trim, a nice shape that lookes good in the front AND back, and taking a lot of weight of of my head without it looking like rats just chewed off my hair. Besides her skills, she also has a great personality! Really fun to talk with, she listens to what you want, and will be honest with you without being pushy if youre about to make a bad decision with your hair. 100% would recommend and 100% would be back!
