    I HIGHLY recommend Rosie’s Hair Design. I have been a customer for at least FIVE years. She ALWAYS does a FABULOUS job on my hair. I have baby fine hair which is VERY difficult to work with. It perms and colors so quickly it gives Rosie quite a challenge. Yet she ALWAYS makes it look fantastic. I will NOT let just anyone work on my hair. In fact, I drive an hour to my appointment. That speaks volumes in and of itself. Rosie is highly SKILLED in styling, coloring, highlighting, hair extensions, perming AND she even does eyebrows. However, you will need to make your appointment AHEAD of time because appointments fill QUICKLY.I give Rosie’s Hair Design 5 STARS. Give her a try today and she’ll make you look your greatest too!

    Today I visited Rosies Hair Design she did such an amazing job on my hair. She gave me great tips and advice on how to maintain my hair to be looking and feeling healthy. I also purchased two of her product that she recommended for me and I Love it!! She even stayed really late to do my hair highlights, treatment, and trim. The best experience I have EVER had at a salon! Thanks Rosie.

    I saw many reviews and photos of women with long hair and gave Rosie a chance and Im so glad I did. She is the only hairdresser Ive ever been to that knows how to cut long hair. Ive been coming here ever since I moved to Florida and my hair has never been longer or healthier.Every other place adamentally cuts off multiple inches of my hair against my will to fix split ends and it ends up much shorter than I want, never grows as long as I want, and ends up growing in so unevenly within just a month or two. I dont have these problems, or any others, with Rosie. In fact, I havent gotten a cut in nearly 8 months due to the pandemic and its still perfectly straight in the back.She listens to what you want, gives some suggestions, but does what you want and makes your hair look fantastic. I also have really fine hair, and so many other hairdressers comment the entire time about how my hair is so fine and difficult to work with, but shes never even mentioned the fineness of my hair. Shes even suggested bangs for me that make me look 10 years younger while others in the past said my hair was too fine to make bangs look good.If you have fine or long hair and are struggling to find someone to help your hair I definitely recommend her!!!!!

    I got one of the best haircuts i ever had fr Rosie...she is a great colorist as well! Im a former hairstylist fr NYC/ NJ and new to St Pete - cant begin to tell you how happy i am with Rosies work!Been to Rosie a couple of times now and she is very consistent and a true professional artist ...Almost forgot to mention that Rosie is very sweet and very enjoyable to chat with while you are a guest in her salon 😀I highly recommend Rosie to anyone that wants to have great hair !

    Rosie is the very best! She listens to what you want and follows through. Ive been coming here for over 2 years and she has gotten my hair healthy! Her prices are reasonable and she has great products that are a far better deal than online or ulta! If you dont see your products, she will order them for you! She is an excellent hair stylist!

    Rosie is very friendly and helpful. I had my hair cut, colored, perm there. My perm last forever. She reminds me by texts when its time for a hair trim or touch up (every 3-5 months). The shop is clean and moderate.

    The owner is the most down to earth woman.. she did an amazing turn around on my hair. I had a bad at home bleaching and I came into Rosies hair Design and she transformed me and gave and a beautiful drak root and blond ends, absolutely happy with my balayage.     The owner really knows how to cut hair, compared to most salons. She asks you exactly how you want your hair, and makes suggestions but doesnt force you to have your hair done a certain way.She likes to talk and acts very friendly to customers and the prices are very good for the quality of cut you are getting. 5 stars!

    What a great haircut! I have hair down to my butt and came here because of the photos of long hair. I have had long hair all my life and know that its a little bit of an art to get it right. She checked carefully to make sure she wasnt taking to much off. I come in once a year so 4 went. Walked out looking great for a good price. Got me in on short notice. See you next year!

    Rosa has been cutting my hair for a year and a half now. I am 64 years old and she has given me the best haircuts I have received in my life. I am somewhat vain about my hair and I will not tolerate a bad haircut and Rosa has never given me one. At work I am asked about where and who gives me my haircuts and I tell them that Rosa at Rosies on Park Boulevard is the best.
