    I called and needed my sons haircut for the same day. They had availability within 20 min for me.I was going to get a quick #2 all around. (I was just going to make this easy for everyone since my son sometimes fights to sit still.)When I got there she asked me if I was sure I wanted just a buzz cut and not a little boy haircut.I took a sigh of relief because she wanted to take her time to make my son look his best. And I really didnt want that buzz cut anyway.Jess has shown us a lot of compassion and passion for her field in hairstyle and haircuts.My son did amazing with her and she had unlimited patience with us.I will be back to book an appointment with her once my son is due for his next one.Its came out amazing and I cannot stop admiring my little boy with an actual style cut.Highly recommend Jess! She is very nice and went out of her way for me today when she didnt have too!

    Excellent service. Very nice stylist (I dont remember her name sorry!) I think shes the manager. She did an awesome job cutting my hair but the styling I didnt like. But overall she was amazing and I will be coming back every week. This was her first time doing my hair so itll be better next time.The salon was comfortable, clean and had a nice setup. Everyone was nice and inviting. I will be returning weekly for different styles.Oh and the pricing is awesome. Im used to paying $120 for wash, cut and style but it was only $55.00 and she gave me a discount because she didnt style exactly how I wanted it done. But overall she tried and thats what counts. When I told her I didnt like the curls she went above and beyond to make it right and thats what matters to me. I hate that I dont remember her name. Shes the little short black lady there. Go see her and get your hair needs done ✅

    Jess is wonderful. First went to her in December for a new look and she did a great job. Just saw her again in March and another great job. She listens to what you ask for and exceeds your expectations. Thank you so much Jess !!

    Yucky was terrific. She took her time. Listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were and then provided some useful tips for keeping my hair healthy.     Im making my post five stars again cuz I went again and the person who waited on me did an excellent job and she explained to me that the other girl who I gave a one star to have quit and that there was no rule against shopping carts it was just the motorized carts which I didnt have at the time that the other lady was giving me a hard time about it. I just went in today to get a haircut. Its in Walmart and I always bring my cart in with me. Apparently they changed the rule and wanted me to leave it outside the business. Ive been going there for 15 years and Ive always taken my cart in with me. I dont drive so I cant take it to my car. I have arthritis in my knees so I either need to have a cart to hold me up for one of those motorized carts which I wouldnt want to hold while getting my haircut. Im very disappointed and will have to take my business somewhere else now. I would get a haircut and a blow there I would spend decent money I would leave a decent tip.

    I was leary about walking into a Salon in the Pinellas Park WalMart, but my usual stylist was out for surgery for awhile. I desperately needed my (long layered hair) Dead End Free!Jessica listened, had great insight, suggestions, was very thourough in cutting my hair. AND, she great personality.Its a long way from my home, but I am going to be going back to Jessica when I need anything done! My hair looks and feels SO much healtier. Thank you Jessica!     My family and I are visiting from Northern New York and I was looking for a place to get my eyebrows done. I went to Wal Mart and saw SmartStyle, I only had a half hour wait time. The women who did my eyebrows, I believe her name was Jess was very friendly and showed interest in our visit. She suggested places to visit, she did a really thorough job and my eyebrows turned out really good!

    Iris was my stylist & she did amazing on my hair!!! Although I wish she would have thinned it a little more , overall I’m super happy with it.     I arrived with h less than an hour before closing time but Brandan was more than happy to help me. He was very kind and made me feel right at home. He did a great job on my hair and by the time I left I’d kept him well past closing but we had such a good time talking I wasn’t the wiser. About an hour later as I was leaving the store feeling hopeless and almost in tears because I had lost my phone somehow, he stopped me outside to give me back my phone. I had left it on the counter and he had been searching for me throughout the entire store to make sure I got it back and evenmade sure that I got home safely. It’s people like him that Truly, make a difference in this world and I am so very grateful. At the end of the day I am exhausted but I walked away with a great haircut and a wonderful new friend. One that I nope will be around for years to come. Thank you so much Brandon for your kindness and your selflessness. You’re a great hairdresser and a wonderful person and I consider myself extremely lucky to have you in my life!

    They have a new stylist, his name is Philip. He is absolutely amazing! He taught me about layering hair and how to help control my curly/frizzy hair. He is super knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. He didnt rush at all and took his time making sure I loved my hair.     Sweet woman that cut my hair really listened to me did exactly what I wanted and was just the sweetest sweetest person Ive met in forever. Big change from the last time I walked into the salon Im so glad the lady that worked there the last time I was there wasnt there. Place like this can be made or broken by the quality of the text they have apparently at this time they have some of the best cuz this lady who took care of me did exactly what I asked her for. It was all I could do not to hug her.

    I was hesitant to get a haircut at a salon in Walmart but Im so glad I went ahead and did it. Diamone was wonderful! My hair is very thick and can be difficult to cut but she gave me the best haircut Ive had in years. She was very gentle too. I highly recommend SmartStyle and Diamone to anyone! I wont be going anywhere else for a haircut as long as Diamone works here.
