    Wow! no words can express my experience in this place, but I will do my best. My sisters brought me here for my birthday. From the moment we got in, they treated us like royalty! From the owner to everyone there, they were all super nice, attentive, and fun. We went there to get a massage, facial, hair, mani, and pedicure and, OH MY GOSH! Everything was just amazing, we were relaxed, we had fun, I mean, the atmosphere was up to par. They also offered us drinks (water, tea, etc.) and snacks while we were there, and the prices are really affordable for all the services you can receive. Needles to say, If you want to relax and have a spectacular time alone or with friends, I really recommend this place.

    I had an amazing experience with Michelle! She is incredibly professional, skilled, and has such a positive energy that made my visit even better. I absolutely love my haircut—it turned out exactly how I wanted. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a 15% discount as a new client, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

    Shoutout to a wonderful precision hair stylist, Michelle (“L”). Started going to Body and Soul for my haircuts a couple years ago. All the staff are super knowledgeable and accommodating. The lady that cuts my hair is awesome. That’s saying something as my hair is very difficult to cut and blend. As she puts it, it (my hair grows) as she cuts it.     I have always had a great experience at this Spa. The atmosphere of the place is very relaxing and the technicians do a great job performing the services advertised. The front area personnel is very friendly and very attentive to one’s needs/requests. I will continue visiting this place for mani/pedi and facial massages services.

    I had a massage here by a wonderful lady named Michelle. Wow! Just what I needed! I am very particular about massage therapists. My husband gifted this to me- otherwise it’s rare for me to try someone new. I was in bad pain in my neck and back. I asked for someone with strong hands for a deep tissue massage. I was pleasantly surprised that I got what I asked for. (It’s a rare thing!)I’m feeling so much better now. So grateful to have found Michelle for an awesome massage at a very nice place. I will be going back to her for sure!

    Such an amazing place!! I went there to get a balayage done, and Michelle was such a delight! All the stylists are wearing face shields and masks, and Michelle let me know that my chair was disinfected before the session began, which was a touch I appreciated. She was so professional and friendly and was able to achieve a look I’m super happy with! I got my first balayage done there four years ago and Body and Soul is still consistently on-point with their friendly service, their talent, and creating a relaxing atmosphere

    Best Hair & Nails!! No more worries about finding a professional hair and nail salon, this place has it all. My hair color, cut & style was assessed and it was perfect. The manicurists are skilled & just as talented. I now need to try their spa services as I hear they are just as great!

    My family & I come a couple of times a year to light house point. I’m always nervous to try a nail salon other than the one i go to at home, well this place is AMAZING! Absolutely amazing! It’s so clean! The women there are so nice and caring and friendly, you feel like home! I got a beautiful French gel manicure that i couldn’t be happier with! The whole place plays this beautiful relaxing music i could have fallen asleep! I was so relaxed. Next time I’m in town I’m definetly coming here for more services!

    My first vist was in June.I scheduled a facial and massage it was definitely more than I expected Erica was amazing. The owners are hands on and since my first visit Ive brought in 4 more people. If you enjoy a clean, professional, relaxing environment and reasonably priced this is the spot!

    Loved this place. Got a gift certificate for my birthday and booked a facial. My facialist was the sweetest and took such good care of my skin. Only negatives are that its a little pricey and its always packed! So you have to really think ahead if you want to book something special for yourself. But you wont regret spoiling yourself if you go here.

    My friend and I were in town for vacation and desperately needed some services (me a haircut and pedicure, my friend a mani/pedi). I called on our way out of town and they were able to make appointments for us the next day! Every staff member we encountered was kind and accommodating. It was one of the best haircuts and pedicures Ive ever had and my friend felt the same about her mani/pedi. Best part is the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

    I have been going to Body and Soul for many years. They always do a wonderful job. I have gone there two times since they opened up after the quarantine. I believe they are doing an excellent job with safety precautions. They screen at the front door. There is hand sanitizer everywhere. There are large plexiglass separators between the pedicure stations. There are plexiglass dividers at the manicure stations. I love this place!
