I finally decided to go for a curly cut for my 7yr old and after doing some research I decided to go with Nora. I was not disappointed. My husband and I were pleased with every dollar invested. The service was also great. The whole family loved it. I cherish the tips and education Nora and her team provided me throughout the procedure to continue with my daughters hair care. The first picture is the before and the last picture is 4 days after the fact and it still looks wonderful.

I had an amazing experience at Norajane Salon! From the moment I walked in, Norajane and her assistant Samantha were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. This was my first time getting a Curly Cut, and my hair definitely needed a lot of work. However, just from the initial cut, I saw a tremendous difference in how my curls looked and felt! Im beyond impressed with the results and will definitely be coming back for more cuts and treatments to continue improving my hair. Highly recommend Norajane Salon for anyone with curly hair!

I found Norajane through Google search because I was tired of going to the hairsalon and not getting the direction I wanted on how to take care of my wavy hair. I had a consultation with Norajane and booked my next appointment for a detox and hair styling right away. Go here.For most of my adult life Ive had this love hate relationship with my curls. Dry and frizzy, no matter what I tried. Probably have sunk thousands into magic treatments (the heat keratin one that was all the rage a while back), miracle products, etc.I walked in here looking like I crawled out of a car wreck and left looking like I was on my way to a red carpet event.And she showed me, step by step, how to care for and style my hair, so I can keep it looking nice and healthy. In the past Ive had stylists that seemed to want me to need to come to them every other week, but Norajane wants your hair to thrive.A huge amount of my hair was just dead so its much shorter now, as I decided Id rather snip off the damage and let healthy grow back in vs trying to revive it. So I have a Very 80s mullet/mohawk thing going on that honestly, I really dig it, lol!I have never, ever walked out of a salon with my hair looking visibly healthier. Amazing place. If youre struggling, call her! Consultations are free and, yes, it is expensive but...my god it was so worth it. Ive spent more just to get disappointed, anyway (that keratin treatment did nothing and was 500!!).

In all of my 32 years of having curly hair, I have never once had a haircut that I was happy with. That is, until I got a haircut by Norajane. From the moment I entered her suite she was friendly, comforting, and down to earth. I was extremely nervous coming into the haircut due to my past traumatic experiences. I hadnt let anybody touch my hair for over three years because I was truly afraid of being disappointed once again. It was hard to change hairdressers as I had been going to my previous for a long time and taking my six year old, but really wanted someone who can enhance my little six years olds curls and boyyyy am I happy I did. I had such a lovely experience with Norajane. I was looking for someone to trust with a big chop. She gave me the exact cut that I was looking for and even tailored it to my head/face shape to make sure it looked great and how i wanted it to look. I showed her many reference pictures and she followed them! Both her and her assistant are extremely knowledgeable in all things curly hair and they gave me some important tips and advice on how to maintain my cut and my curls. I normally am afraid when I go to the hair salon for a cut because of bad experiences in the past with my curls. I am now sticking with Norajane as she has proven to be one I can trust! This was my first ever curly cut and i was nervous, i have looked at so many salons and wasn’t sure who to pick, once i booked with Norajane, it was the best decision i ever made. Norajane was sweet, kind, warm, and interested in your hair and hair goals. Its a quaint and cute salon and YOU are the only customer. I love her set up! The way she styled my hair was great and the curls stayed in place for days. The products are very nice and even better organic! I did notice, however, that the layering of a few products was a little heavy for my fine hair, but once I found a happy medium, the hair felt great and the product held the curl! I have been looking for a curly hairstylist and I found Nora, this was my first time going to someone who specializes in curly hair (every other time I’ve gotten a haircut, it went terrible). She is VERY informative and knowledgeable in her specialized field, not only that, she uses all organic products which I love (what you put in your body is SO important). She made me feel comfortable and embraced my natural hair! I didn’t feel pressured to do anything, like I would at a regular salon. I wasn’t expecting to get a cut as short as I did, but surprisingly, the cut fit me perfectly. NoraJane was amazing with me! First, our consultation was everything. We discussed the organic products, moisture, hair care goals, hair care challenges, and I just felt so comfortable with her. This was the consult I needed at this point in my curly journey, and as a result, my hair cut was so awesome. I asked for versatility, and I got it! It looks great down, up, half up, braided, off to the side—I love to play with my hair after this cut, it feels so healthy, and I feel empowered to care for it, including how to layer the different products to create the final style. I bought a bunch of the products because I loved the frizz control, the product’s scent and organic feel, and also— she happens to sell these incredible travel diffusers, which was been a lifesaver for travel, and also across different temperatures and climates. I had such a fun nice experience with Norajane and her husband. My hair was very dull and my curls were lost with my previous haircut. She studied it and worked her magic to bring it to life. Norajane is the best! She styled and blow dried my hair (naturally curly with previous chemical damage) for my graduation. I’m so grateful I went to her. It ended up raining ALL day but despite the weather my hair lasted and remained picture ready before and after the event. Nora is patient and works WITH you--she knew exactly what my dried out chemically processed curls needed. I got a curly cut and treatment for my 3c high porosity hair. It’s been two weeks now and my hair feels and looks so much healthier than before. I really needed a good detox and curly hair cut to shape my hair and Norajane did that. I can’t express how happy I am with my new hairstyle. I love love love it. I always had long hair and liked it that way but I felt it was time for a change so I went for a haircut and style appointment and wanted to cut it short, however I was unsure how it was going to turned out. I explained to Norajane what I was looking for and what my fears were with having short hair. She assured me it was going to be beautiful and easy to style and after she did her magic it was more than I expected. The whole experience was a 10/5 Norajane and her assistant Rosaly were amazing. I actually have pin straight hair with little to no volume . I did a DIY perm and it’s safe to say that I have no idea how to style curly hair, which is how I found myself at Norajane’s. She took the time to talk and connect before even getting started , she made me feel like we’ve been friends for forever . She styled my hair and explained the process throughout. Although, I’m still not able to mimic what her magic hands did to my hair, I have a much better understanding on healthy products and how to style my hair . I was visiting from atlanta and asked my friend if she had any curly hair stylist recommendations.. she gave me Norajane’s info and i made an appointment right away. Norajane took her time to not only slay my curls but to also EDUCATE me on how to take care of my hair from start to finish, how to style, wash etc. She shaped my hair so well without cutting too much off. My hair is so healthy looking and my curls are in the best shape they ever have been. My absolute favorite part of this hair experience and what won me over was her knowledge. I had been using SO MANY products that have been detrimental to my HEALTH! She showed me an app to scan my products at home to look up ingredients and it turns out the two main ingredients in the majority of my hair care collection cause thyroid issues and infertility. Okay, I’m a regular after my first visit. Norajane is incredibly good at what she does, is one of the sweetest people you’ll meet, and your experience is really all about you as an individual.I’m on my new “hair journey” bringing out my natural waves having moved to this hot and humid environment in South Florida. I’ve been learning a lot online and using new products on my own to get started. One of my fav YouTube curly gurus strongly recommended finding local a curl specialist for trims/cuts etc, especially if new to embracing your natural texture. I didn’t realize 1) how much texture I really have and 2) that I knew nothing about taking care of it properly.One visit with Norajane and I feel so much more educated - not just on curl care but on caring for MY SPECIFIC texture. Your cut will be part service you’ve booked and part tutorial. She really cares about you understanding how to care for AND perfectly style it. She walked me through everything step-by-step and answered all my questions. I left feeling awesome, and will 100% be returning. I’m excited to see how my hair continues to adjust to its natural state after years of heat styling.Day 2 curls were still awesome after sleeping in them in a “pineapple” (IYKYK) and even looked great later after a hot yoga class - it’s like witchcraft when you know what products to use. I hope I absorbed enough info to make it look somewhat as good as she did, hehe.Also - the general space is really cool. I’ve never been to a “salon suite,” which I understand is becoming more common in FL. These should be everywhere! It’s like walking into a spa in the lobby, with a directory of all the stylists in their individual suites, kind of like a co-working office space. Each of their salons are individually branded and styled - I have to imaging owning a business here would be really gratifying … to be out on your own and not have to be opening a 10 chair salon.Enough from me.
