    This location is nice! They carry all the major go to brands for home care with a touch of fashion items to go along for the full look! I took my cosmetology students to this location to understand the products in relation to the book and to sign up for VIP membership because the saving are amazing!

    Staff was very helpful and attentive. Large selection of products. Pricing was pretty average, with great deals. They do have a membership you can join for $10 a year, which is worth it for the discounts

    Needs a bit more hands on customer service. Busy store and it has everything you need, but the customer spends way too much time walking around aimlessly with no help in sight, because they cant locate what they want. All workers are busy doing other duties and thats cool. But theres really no attention to the customer and that must be addressed from management. If you need help you literally gotta walk back to the cashier and thats not ok. Management is doing a poor job making sure their customers are served. They may wanna consider hiring extra help just to help their customers. I often dont buy things I need because I cant find them, and I get frustrated and leave with the minimum.

    I walked into the store with only a picture of what my niece needed to do for her hair. An employee by the name of Kerrionn greeted me with a smile and a welcoming hello. Her willingness to help was amazing and knowledge of the business was wonderful! She has great customer service skills! The manager on duty that I spoke to was very pleasant as well. Thank you ladies for a great experience and amazing customer service

    Thanks to the employee Welby and the store Manager Angela and also another manager (which I didnt get his name) I was able to find and get everything I needed from their flyer that I received in the mail. They werent inpatient and the were also kind. I would definitely recommend everyone that needs any beauty needs to go get the items you need there. Also I did get a VIP Member card with just a $10 sign up fee. Thanks again I really appreciate it alot!!!!

    Had a sale going so i went for my sister, one of the workers asked if i needed assistance and was very polite. They even checked the back for an item for me. Clean store, organized, very nice staff. I would go again and also recommend it.

    Took my mother to this location and we did not regret our choice. We were helped by Yvane. She had great patience with my mother and made sure we walked out with something that made my mother happy. The customer service here is excellent and I recommend this place over any of the others. They have a large selection and great staff members.

    The store on Atlantic and powerline, a young lady was very informative and helpful in helping me select products to care for my braided hair. The store on 48th and Dixie highway, all the girls did was stand around speaking to each other in creole. Very uncomfortable environment and not helpful, uninformed of the products.

    I love the rewards program and the employees are lovely... However the wig section is horrible. I usually go for small items but I needed a new wig the other day. I looked up and down and couldnt find anything appealing. Had to go somewhere else but Ill come here for anything but a wig.

    The staff is always so kind and sweet. The new manager Miguel is sooooooo great and so wonderful. I’m just so speechless how he goes above and beyond. Best manager I’ve encountered at elegant(or any beauty supply store) hands down

    Very large selection of beauty supplies; although I was going to purchase a full lace frontal...I did not because all the laces with pale or beige in color. It would not blend with the color of my skin. Also I bought an Emory board that was useless ...only one side could be used to file nails.

    Very good customer service. Fairly good prices depending on the product. Some products have great prices and others fair. Great friendly customer service. Location is not my favorite but I do feel safe.

    Very helpful service. A huge supply of hair products like shampoo, conditioner, caster oil, hair mayonnaise. They have products for people with curly hair &/or to make your waves spin. They have hair extensions, wigs, and a hair salon onsite. They also have clippers, hair irons scented body oils and more.

    The customer service team was good. However this isnt a full service wig salon. If youre looking for a full service wig salon that can cut size and style your wigs, I would recommend JMC HAIRWEAR in the Festival Marketplace.

    Expensive but they have a lot of options of supplies to choose from. Plus if you by a $10 V.I.P card, you get discounts for a whole year on your purchase. Since the V.I.P card is only good for 1 year.
