    Natalie was great! Her experience and professionalism were present throughout my visit. She made me feel welcome and beautiful! Natalie cut my hair for donation to Locks of Love and even mailed it in for me! Ive been donating since I was a kid, and shes the first to offer to send it in, and I couldnt appreciate it more! Her passion for hair shows and Im proud to recommend her to everyone!

    I have been coming here for over 3 years every week to see Maria. She is the absolute best! My hair is very curly and unmanageable but she is able to give me a great blowout every time. I also get my color done by her as well. Maria is highly recommended for all services!!!

    Ann is amazing. So glad I came to this location today. Very professional and sweet. I went in for highlights and a haircut. I was a bit nervous it wasn’t going to come out as I was hoping because this isn’t a fancy hair salon, but she exceeded my expectations and made me feel beautiful today. I will be coming back again.

    Dimon is absolutely amazing!! She has been doing me and my daughters hair for years. She always makes me feel so gorgeous by the time shes done. She consistently exceeds my hair needs and expectations. I trust her suggestions and/or advice. I know my hair is always in good hands with her. The overall salon environment is welcoming and relaxing. The other staff there are very friendly and attentive to customers coming and going. Great customer service experience throughout. Definitely check out this location for your hair care needs. Ask for Dimon if shes available. :)

    The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. I had an appointment with Ann and I was willing to cut off 2 inches. She explained to me that it would be better if I cut 3 inches off. She assured me I would still have the length, and my hair would be more healthy, she was right. I can’t wait to go get my highlights done. She does an awesome job with highlights.

    Called early in the morning to get the same day appointment. Came there, got my hair cut done. They washed my hair, applied some conditioner and than cut the hair. I did want a blow out since I was not planning anything for a day. So I can’t say anything about that. My haircut looks good and refreshed. Ladies are nice. Def happy with the result.

    Went to this location today( made an appointment online) same day appointment available. I was skeptical because it’s hair cuttery and I’ve used them a few years ago, however, after a friend recommended them, I thought I would try them again( different location). Thalia did a great job and I only got a cut and blow dry and left feeling great. She did exactly what I asked and explained everything she was doing and asked me before she did it. I was happy for the price I paid. It was worth the price.

    Erica is amazing. I ended up at this branch by mistake but Im happy how everything turned out. The last time my hair was cut this way, how I wanted, was ten years ago back in my home country. She actually listened to what I wanted to achieve and did her magic. Unlike other hairstylists I encountered who would often cut me off and tell me whats supposed to happen... It was a wonderful sight watching her do exactly what I wanted. I love my haircut and finally found my girl.

    I have never had my hair done at the Hair Cuttery before. Went there today and I was assigned to Ron. I am very happy about that because he took great care of my hair and the end result was great. He gave me the layers and texture Ive been looking for. She was personable & professional, she did not let a single drop of water in my mask while washing my hair, it might seem trivial to some people but to me it speaks volume, shows how careful & professional stylist she is, the hair message was so relaxing.     When you get your hair done it is a lot about luck and personal taste. I went to get a trim and a few highlights with Crystal and I was very happy. I guess what needs a little improving would be the blow dry. I am not crazy about those square plastic brushes because they do not get the hair as sleek and polished. But in this case that was secondary. I would definitely go back.

As a store in general Id rate this location as average.But Im giving it 5-stars because I highly recommend Sonia.Im a person who doesnt place appointments or ask for particular stylists.
